Abstract

The health of banks is a condition assessment of the bank's financial statements at agiven time period and in accordance with Standard Bank Indonesia assessed with aqualitative approach on various aspects affecting the condition and development of a bank.Implementation of the assessment carried out by qualified some of the components of eachfactor is a component of Capital, Asset, Management, earnings (profitability), Liquidity orabbreviated terms CAMEL. The research was conducted in PD. BPR Rokan Hulusubdistrict Sand Pengaraian Rambah. To collect the study data, researchers used datacollection techniques in the form of documentation by asking some of the documentssupporting the company or related to this research. In analyzing the data obtained, theresearcher uses descriptive method that the data obtained is then arranged so that it can beanalyzed properly and accurately based on the theory that are relevant to the issues to beconcluded later. Based on the research that has been done can be seen that the level of thefinancial health of PD. BPR Rokan Hulu Sand Pengaraian are in a healthy condition forcapital aspect, the aspect of assets (ratio KAP), management aspects, aspects of earnings,and liquidity (LDR). While the level of the financial health of PD. BPR Rokan Hulu SandPengaraian are in unsanitary conditions for aspects of assets (PPAP ratio) and liquidity(cash ratio).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which understanding of the cooperativesmallholders source of sustenance village highway districts fullness fullness of accountingcooperative. Abstract

This study examines the loyalty of visitors in Rokan Hulu consisting of four objectsthat Hapanasan, Cipogas, Hot Suaman and Aek Martua.Focused in this study is to explorethe contribution of experiential marketing strategy antribut loyalty visitor is using deslriptifquantitative methods and sample collection that visitors encountered during tourist locationstudy with 100 primary responden.Data of distributing questionnaires to the respondentsusing a Likert scale and further descriptive analysis and path analysis or path analysis. Theresults of research that can that attribute experiential marketing strategy consisting sensevariable (X1), feel (X2), think (X3) directly no significant effect on loyalty (Y), but the actvariable (X4), and relate (X5) direct significant effect on loyalty (Y). From the findings inthis study, the researchers suggest Rokan Hulu Government should pay attention to theexisting tourist attraction, especially in the location of this research to develop touristfacilities and infrastructures and services be improved for tourist visitors. If it is addressed,it will provide a good impression so that there will be an attitude of loyalty of the touristvisitors.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the basis of the leading sectors in North Sumatera,2) to determine an employment in the basis of sectors in North Sumatera, 3) to determinethe effect of investment, inflation, interest rates, and wages to the agricultural employmentin North Sumatera. To determine the basis of the leading sectors was conducted usinganalysis of Location Question (LQ). The effect of the investment, inflation, interest rates,and wages to agricultural employment in North Sumatera were analyzed by multiple linearregression analysis. The results of the research; 1) The basis sector in North Sumatera are;agriculture, construction, trade, transportation, and services sector, 2) basis labor sector inNorth Sumatera are agricultural transportation sector, 3) wages and investments have anegative significant to agricultural employment in North Sumatera.

Abstract

This study aimed to quantify and analyze the potential of local taxes to improve theoriginal income Rokan Hulu. The average contribution of each type of local taxes in 2008-2012 observations with an average contribution of 12.02%. The average growth of everykind of local taxes in 2008-2012 observations with an average growth of 19.30%.Identification or classification of types of local taxes Rokan Hulu potential based on thecriteria of growth and contribution criteria consists of: local tax is a tax that primarestaurants and street lighting tax. Local tax taxes mineral potential is not logan and rocks.Local tax is a tax that develops underground water and fees for acquisition of land andbuilding rights. Tax underdeveloped areas is hotel tax, entertainment tax and advertisementtax. Local tax elasticity calculations Rokan Hulu during the period 2008 to 2012 showed anincrease elasticity value and per capita income growth also increased. Increased growth ofper capita income elastic with increasing growth of local taxes. The period 2008-2009 theincrease in per capita income is less than 1% of 0.94%. In 2009-2010 the growth of incomeper capita amounted to 1.72%, also has the potential to increase the growth of local taxes,as well as in 2010-2011 the increase in per capita income growth of 2.92% is also thepotential to increase growth and local taxes in 2011-2012 increased revenue per capita of5.22% also has the potential to increase the growth of local taxes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know and analyze: (1) The influence of familyenvironment on students'interest in reading class XI IS high schools in the city of Padang(2) The influence of family environment and interest in reading for class XI student learningresult IS high schools in the city of Padang. This kind of this research belong to thecausative descriptive study with a population of 1,779 students. The sampling techniqueused a Proportional Stratified Random Sampling taken based on school accreditation. Thesample totaled 327 students taken from theen tire population. The primary data in this studywere obtained from question naires that were distributed to the respondents, whilesecondary data was data associated with the objectsof the research presented by otherparties, namely student learning outcomes data fromthe value of the End SemesterExamination (UAS) of Economics subjects. Data analysis techniques used by using pathanalysis with SPSS version 15.00. To examine the hypothesis used the F test and t test. Theresults of this research ere: (1) There isa significant effect of family environment onstudents'interest in reading class XI IS SMA Negeri Padang (2) There is a significant effectof family environment and interest in reading for class XI student learning result of IS classon SMA Negeri Padang. Adviceto parents to pay attention to the environmental aspects offamily and children in order to increase interest in reading learning result are achieved forthe better.
