Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of Badan Usaha MilikDesa (BUMDes) in Rokan Hulu district using financial ratios choice. In analyzing the dataobtained, the method used is descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. Descriptiveanalysis using financial ratio analysis method is selected while a comparative analysis wasused to compare the financial performance BUMDes in Rokan Hulu in 2014 in accordancewith the results of the calculation of financial ratios. Based on the results of the studyshowed that the average current ratio BUMDes in Rokan Hulu by 277% (very good).Average Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) by 42% (good). The average ratios Return on Assets(ROA) of 8% (good). The average ratio of Total Asset Tun Over (TATO) of 0.23 times (notgood).

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the differences in the financial performance of ruralbanks owned of local government with rural bank owned of private in terms of CAR, NPL,PPAP, ROA, ROA, CR, and LDR factors. Data analysis techniques in quantitative researchuses statistical analysis consisted of a descriptive statistical analysis and inferentialstatistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the characteristicsof the variables researched, while the inferential statistical analysis was used to see thedifference in financial performance of rural banks owned of local government and owned ofprivate by using a statistical test by the use of test model Mann-Whitney. Based on theresults of the research showed that the average ratio of CAR, PPAP, ROA, ROA, and CRbetween rural banks owned of local government with rural bank owned of private nodifference and financial performance both are in a healthy condition, while the averageratio of NPL in an equally unhealthy conditions. For average ratio LDR of rural bankowned of local government are in unhealthy conditions while the average ratio of LDR ofrural bank owned of private in unsanitary conditions. Overall, there was no difference infinancial performance between rural banks owned of local government with rural bankowned of private.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigates and analysis correlation betweenleader member exchange, perceived organizational support, affective commitment andperformance. The research focuses on employee performance PT AdikencanaMahkotabuana Kebakkramat Karanganyar. The study unitilizes probability samplingmethod and simple random sampling technique with 201 sample from 1.250 population. Byusing structural equational modeling analysis, the findings indicate that: (1) Leadermember exchange and affective commitment positive interaction on employee performancewith c.r value 3.198 ( 2) Leader member exchange and perceived organizational supportpositive interaction on affective commitment of employee with c.r value 4.294 and 7.503 ( 3)Perceived organizational support not significant on employee performance with c.r value0,587 ( 4) Leader member exchange positive interaction on employee performance withmediated affective commitment regression weight indirect effect 0,107. Management PTAdikencana Mahkotabuana Kebakkramat to increase of employee performance with focusleader member exchange, perceived organizational support and affective commitment.

Abstract

Standard contract is an agreement whose contents are made by one party only, whileothers do not have the opportunity to negotiate or ask for a change to the contents. Thepurpose of this study is to see the validity of the standard contract when viewed from theperspective of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection . This study uses normativejuridical method , using data sources , such as primary legal materials , secondary legalmaterials , and tertiary legal materials . Then the data obtained was done using descriptivemethod of analysis . Results of this research is that in the view of the Law No. 8 of 1999 onConsumer Protection , the raw agreement is not prohibited along the raw contents of theagreement does not contain terms that contain conditions restricting or removing entirelythe responsibility borne by the employer

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the Influence of Land Area, MaintenanceCosts, Revenues and Number of Families Against Rural Farmers Fullness Kingdom.Research methods through direct observation and interviews with the instrument aquestionnaire containing open questions to the respondents in the study area with multiplelinear regression analysis. The result, it was concluded that the higher the land area, cost ofcare, and the number of families of respondents, the higher the income earned. Variablemaintenance costs and land area significantly affect the income of farmers with significantvalue (0.00), but the number of families do not significantly affect the income of farmerswith a significance value (0.051).

Abstract

Kajian KelayakanInvestasi sebagai dasar titik tolak dalam mengevaluasi suatu bisnis, yang meliputi : evaluasiNPV, Payback Period dan ARR sehingga suatu bisnis dapat layak dilaksanakan dari sisiaspek Finansial. Abstract

This research aims to detect cost of goods manufactured and break even point sarijahe instan Rokan Hulu Regency. performed on december 2014 until with may 2015. Thisresearch intent to know cost structure, cost of goods manufacture, income, and break evenpoint efficiency of sari jahe instan. This research constitute case study on Sari Jahe InstanZahra belongs to Sumartini's in Rambah Utama village, district Rambah Samo, Rokan HuluRegency. with respondent as source of observational data information is effort owner that ata swoop manager and employ as much 3 person. Result observationaling to point out thatCost structure consisting of Fixed Cost as big as Rp 108.300,- and variable cost as big asRp 2.082.000,- Full scale production cost as big as Rp 2.190. 300,- Effort acceptance as bigas Rp 2.880.000,- its outgrows propertied be Rp 689.700,- with point r/c ratio as big as 1,31meanwhile total BEP productions as much 274 boxs and BEP assesses Rp 6.084,-/box.
