Abstract

This paper deals with the problems of employment and unemployment, there should be discussion of the issues as a barrier to creating jobs, employment, and unemployment in order to increase and accelerate the economic growth of this country. In an effort to create the labor market is the key to ease of doing business. Implementation of policies that are not giving out the policy of convenience for the private and the world need to initiate and carry out business activities in Indonesia, including the lengthy licensing procedures, costs Mahan and long processing time. Is a major limiting factor in creating quality jobs. Institutional aspects is a key element that needs to be fixed in an effort to bring down unemployment. Pentingknya institutional aspects in solving development problems (institutionmatter), including creating and expanding employment opportunities. Institutional aspects laws regulate the public good in the rules of formal and non-formal rules.

Abstract

Competition in the current era of Technology would require a country to be able to improve the quality of human resources and it is one of them obtained through improving the quality of education, especially higher education. The purpose of this research is to identify the priority quality attribute to be improved in accordance with customer expectation at Pekanbaru Higher Education and then take improvement step by creating a strategy and plan for attribute of quality that prioritized. The population in this study are 47 Higher Education in Pekanbaru. Selection of Higher Education sample is done by simple random sampling technique where there are 381 Students from 6 University of Pekanbaru choosed as sample. This research uses Kano Model. The result of the research shows that it is necessary to evaluate and improve the attributes that are in the one dimensional category. Among the attributes are 1) curriculum oriented to the diversity of fields of science, technology, field skills, and areas of professional proficiency 2) Textbooks, teaching materials / handouts can be well understood, 3) atmosphere learning process are fun, creative, interactive and motivate the students, 4) Interaction with lecturers outside class, 5) Academic information is easy to obtain, fast and accurate, 6) Selection of new student candidates is implemented selectively and quickly, 7) Online and manual service is effective and fast, 8) Classroom facilities (desk, chairs, blackboard, air conditioner , Infocus) is adequate, 9) Ease of internet access, 10) Availability of parker facilities, 11) Mastery of technological skills and english students.

Abstract

The important role of human resources in improving the economy. Gender or gender status greatly affects income generation in the family. Women as a leader of the family has a very important role. Both in managing the family and can play a role as head seekers family to earn a living. Living. In this study the occupations occupied by women are farmers. Data collection techniques used survey and interview methods. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of research on the role of women to the family income in the village of Pasir Utama Rambah Hilir sub-district Rokan Hulu District contributed income of Rp. 10.977.559 / year and contributed 31.98% of total family income.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and examine the influence of welfare employee cost, partnership cost, and environment development cost either simultaneously or partially on ROA at BUMN which listing on BEI at 2010 until 2014. Based on the results of the study showed that the variables simultaneously welfare employee cost, partnership cost, and environment development cost significant effect on ROA. The variables partially welfare employee cost and partnership cost significant effect on ROA even though environment development cost unsignificant effect on ROA.

Abstract

The business world is increasingly complex in line with the awareness of the importance of legal protection and the security of property that makes the responsibility of individuals or legal entities increasing. Such security may take the form of legal documents, in the form of business agreements up to the document of insurance agreement that will not be separated from the possibility of a crime. Background by the complexity of problems in insurance crime, ranging from the use of smooth modus operandi, investigation, verification, to the problem of the lack of public knowledge about insurance. This research uses normative juridical method. Problems in the research is how the arrangement of criminal acts in the field of insurance in the positive law of Indonesia, how corporate responsibility in insurance crime and what factors are obstacles in the handling of criminal acts in the field of insurance as well as any efforts that can be done as a solution in mengfungsikan criminal law.

Abstract

Kualitas sebagai kemungkinan dimana auditor pada saat mengaudit laporan keuangan dapat mendeteksi salah saji yang yang mempengaruhi tingkat kewajaran laporan keuangan pihak klien. Kemungkinan penemuan salah saji yang bersifat materialitas itu tergantung pada kemampuan teknikal auditor dan independensi auditor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh spesialisasi audit di bidang industri klien dan independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit secara parsial, serta pengaruh spesialisasi audit di bidang industri klien dan independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit secara simultan. Objek penelitian in merupakan seluruh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang ada di kota Pekanbaru. Dari hasil survey ditemukan ada 5 KAP namun dari ke lima KAP tersebut hanya 3 KAP yang masih aktif dan bersedia untuk menerima kuesioner yang disebarkan oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan 3 KAP tersebut terdapat 13 auditor yang bersedia mengisi dan mengembalikan kuesioner tersebut. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda kemudian dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasi pengujian dengan uji t bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dimana nilai dari ttabel adalah 2,176 sedang thitung variabel spesialisasi audit di bidang industri klien sebesar 2,390 dan thitung variabel independensi auditor sebesar 3,811. Demikian juga pengujian uji F diperoleh bahwa Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel. Dimana nilai Ftabel adalah 4,965 sedangkan Fhitung sebesar 15,123. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa spesialisasi audit di bidang industri klien dan independensi auditor berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit baik secara parsial maupun simulta (bersama-sama) dengan tingkat kesalahan (error) sebesar 5%.
