Abstract

Abstract The preparation of a lesson schedule is a routine that is carried out by every educational institution, both official and unofficial. The block system is a scheduling system that aims to support learning achievement by using a complete learning method with a long duration every day. Permata Harapan SMK currently implements the block system as its scheduling system. The purpose of this research is to design a scheduling information system based on the block system at SMK Permata Harapan. the waterfall method was chosen as a method of developing the system. This method is a software development method that is systematic and sequential, the waterfall method is chosen as a system development method. This method is a software development method that is systematic and sequential. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature study. The programming language implemented is PHP with the CodeIgniter framework accompanied by MYSQL as the data center. The implementation of the scheduling information system design at SMK Permata Harapan can simplify and provide benefits for the scheduling process and the smoothness of the teaching and learning process at SMK Permata Harapan. Abstract

Academic information system has an important role for an educational institution, in addition to providing academic services, its presence can increase the advantage to compete with other universities. IT Telkom Purwokerto has an academic information system, namely igracias which is used for student academic purposes. The development of the igracias information system needs to be done to improve the quality of the IT Telkom Purwokerto igracias information system. This study uses the Webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, service interaction quality and Importance Performance Analysis as well as data collection using a questionnaire that results in the calculation of the gap value with the highest average being -0.37 on the service interaction quality and service interaction quality variables. The lowest average gap value is -0.35 on the information quality variable and the overall conformity average value is 0.905. Based on the results of these calculations indicate that the quality of the igracias information system is still not appropriate or meets user expectations so that improvements and developments are needed by the management. Abstract

The Corona virus has now infected more than 100 countries in the world. WHO has also declared theCorona virus a pandemic. This means that the Corona virus has spread to almost the entire world,including Indonesia. The virus is spread through human interaction from an infected person to anotherthrough droplets from the nose or mouth when the infected person coughs, sneezes and even exhales.This condition made the Indonesian government immediately make a decision to break the chain of thespread of COVID-19 by carrying out activities from home including learning system activities in a networkor called online as an effort to prevent transmission of the Corona Virus. From the impact of the Covidpandemic, it has a very bad impact on underprivileged students, because there are still many studentswho do not have facilities for online learning or e-learning. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning model of higher education in Indonesia from face-to-face meetings to online learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Faculty of Computer Science, Lancang Kuning University (Fasilkom Unilak). The effectiveness measured is related to the application used, the content in the learning, the device used, the time used, the cost used, the interaction between students and lecturers. The form of the variable is a single variable. Using a questionnaire with 26 questions. The object of this research is 63 students of class 2018 and 2019 who are active and take part in online learning. After measuring, all the variables used were declared valid and reliable. Of the 6 indicators of effectiveness measured using the percentage formula, the results obtained for all indicators are said to be effective. The determined effective limit is 50%. The results of the indicator measurements, all of them have a value of more than 50%. Based on the measurement results, it is stated that online learning during the covid-19 pandemic at the Faculty of Computer Science, Lancang Kuning University is said to be effective with an average measurement result of above 50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, design and build an industrial salt sales information system using PHP and MySQL at CV Bintang Indo Prakasa Bandung. The research method used in collecting the required data is using descriptive analysis methods, such as direct observation of the system that is running or observation, interviews. The software development method uses waterfall modeling. From the research conducted, it was found that the sales information system currently running at CV Bintang Indo Prakasa Bandung still uses a manual sales recording system. Therefore, a new information system was created using a website-based sales system to overcome the problems that occurred. With the use of this information system, it is expected to increase sales transactions that are neatly detailed. The suggestions given are (1) Adding the necessary tools and facilities such as computers, internet networks, and also web hosting, so that this system can run well. (2) Improving the quality of human resources to apply this system. (3) Re-develop the program that has been made so that the results obtained can be better. Abstract

Sanggar Dwipayana Nusantara is a dance studio that provides rental facilities for various traditional costumes and dances. The business process at Sanggar Dwipayana Nusantara still uses manual methods, so that the studio has difficulty in cross-checking borrowing and returning data as well as student registration data for dance courses that are often lost. From the existing problems, it is necessary to build an information system for the website-based Dwipayana Nusantara Studio with a reminder feature via email. The method used for this research is an approach method by collecting data and data analysis techniques. The SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method is a system development method that can be used in this study. The result of this research is the construction of a costume rental information system and website-based dance course registration with a reminder feature which is expected to solve problems in data processing at Sanggar Dwipayana Nusantara. Abstract

The target data for the 2020 MCH program at the Ahmad Yani Health Center in Bandung City are 472 pregnant women. Every pregnant woman is obliged to check her pregnancy 4 times in 9 months, in which documentation of the development of pregnant women needs to be reported in order to support the health of mothers and children. The recording and reporting system for the cohort registration of pregnant women at the Ahmad Yani Health Center in Bandung City is still manual, so that data incompleteness often occurs due to the many components that must be filled manually in the cohort register, which results in delays in submitting reports to the Head of the Puskesmas and the Bandung City Health Office. This study aims to design a cohort information system for pregnant women at the Ahmad Yani Health Center in Bandung City which can facilitate midwives in recording, processing and reporting data quickly and accurately. The development method used is Waterfall with DFD modeling (Data Flow Diagram) which is implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and programming language Microsoft Access 2016 as the database. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. With this information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate data collection on patients, data on routine visits for pregnant women, data collection on midwives, and presentation of reports periodically, by region, visits, detection of risk factors, referrals and computerized quarterly visit charts.

Abstract

Pada umumnya para nelayan di Batam telah beralih dari menangkap ikan dengan kapal pukat menjadi nelayan yang menggunakan keramba jaring untuk membudidayakan Ikan Bawal Bintang.Keramba adalah nama kolam ikan yang terbuat dari jaring untuk menampung ikan hasil budidaya, masalah yang sering terjadi pada Ikan Bawal Bintang. kasus penyakit yang disebabkan oleh berbagai sebab. Dan masih banyak ketidaktahuan nelayan akan jenis penyakit yang menyerang Ikan Bawal Bintang tersebut yang mengakibatkan nelayan tidak mengetahui cara pengobatan dan pencegahan terhadap penyakit tersebut. Karena permasalahan tersebut maka penggunaan metode case-based reasoning (CBR) memberikan solusi berupa sistem pakar, dimana metode tersebut menggunakan kemiripan dari setiap penyakit ikan yang akan diteliti. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai persentase kesamaan serta saran berupa saran dan solusi yang akan dilaksanakan oleh para nelayan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Case Base Reasoning, Penyakit Ikan Bawal Bintang, Nelayan.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) yaitu sebuah sistem yang melakukan kegiatan pencatatan, pengisian formulir, serta pelaporan dengan susunan tertentu yang menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Untuk membuat biaya produksi dapat lebih efektif dan efisien dibutuhkan sebuah informasi yang tepat dan akurat dalam sistem informasi akuntasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merubah proses pencatatan manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama aplikasi Web menggunakan PHP MYSQL, penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang akan berguna bagi petugas kecamatan agar dapat mengurangi resiko kesalahan pembukuan pencairan anggaran belanja barang dan jasa, juga dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam bekerja. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA), Web, PHP MYSQL, Pencairan Dana Belanja Barang dan Jasa.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health care facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts by prioritizing promotional and preventive efforts in its work area. Problems that occur in the recording of daily visits of outpatients in the Puskesmas are still done manually, so as not to close the possibility of mistakes in recording daily visits of patients. In addition, in making a monthly report the officer calculates one by one the number of patient visits on the day manually so that it takes a long time. The purpose of this study was to design the Patient Daily Visit Information System Program using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to make it easier for officers to record and report monthly. This research method uses the waterfall method. The final result of the design of this system resulted in the Patient's Daily Visit Information System using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 which is expected to facilitate the recording and storage of daily visits of patients because it is computerized.
