Abstract

Educational administration consists of two main ideas , namely administration and education . Administration comes from the Latin , which consists of "ad " and " ministro " . Ad means " to " and ministro means "to serve " . Thus the administration is a system that is adrift with the organization . In fact, it can be stated as well that the Administration is achieving its objectives effectively and efficiently by utilizing the people in a pattern of cooperation . Meanwhile, according UUSPN Education 1989 is a conscious effort to prepare students through the guidance of teaching and training activities for its role in the future.Administrasi pendidikan terdiri dari dua ide utama, yaitu administrasi dan pendidikan. Administrasi berasal dari bahasa Latin, yang terdiri dari "ad" dan "ministro". Iklan berarti "untuk" dan ministro berarti "untuk melayani". Jadi administrasi adalah sistem yang terpaut dengan organisasi. Bahkan, dapat dinyatakan juga bahwa Administrasi adalah mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan orang dalam pola kerjasama. Sementara itu, menurut UUSPN Pendidikan 1989 adalah usaha sadar untuk menyiapkan siswa melalui bimbingan kegiatan pengajaran dan pelatihan untuk perannya di masa depan.

Abstract

Education is a special thing only given tu human. Because it is only human can thraigh education. Education was essentially interded to form a perpect, human being human out wardly and inwardly, forming a happy human in the word and the here after. There fore, Islam considers that education is a right and a duty for every followers both men and women. This paper discurses how the image of women in the era of early education, namely education middle eastern woman approximately 14 centuries ago, and Indonesian women‟s education during the early era either before birth or arrival of Islam as well as after birth or arrival of Islam. it turned out that in the period before the islamic, education has not been fully enjoyed by women. The are considered hot so important to learn and they are placed in the number two position after men. After arrival of Islam, women get a fresh breeze and there are new colors for their. Women were given equal rights with men which in the end the degree they also raised as a human.Pendidikan adalah hal yang khusus hanya diberikan tu manusia. Karena hanya manusia dapat thraigh pendidikan. Pendidikan pada dasarnya interded untuk membentuk perpect, manusia manusia keluar wardly dan batin, membentuk manusia bahagia dalam kata dan di sini setelah. Ada kedepan, Islam memandang bahwa pendidikan adalah hak dan kewajiban bagi setiap pengikut laki-laki dan perempuan. Jurnal ini discurses bagaimana citra perempuan di era pendidikan awal, yaitu pendidikan wanita timur tengah sekitar 14 abad yang lalu, dan pendidikan perempuan Indonesia selama era awal baik sebelum kelahiran atau kedatangan Islam serta setelah lahir atau kedatangan Islam. ternyata bahwa pada periode sebelum Islam, pendidikan belum sepenuhnya dinikmati oleh perempuan. The dianggap panas sehingga penting untuk belajar dan mereka ditempatkan di posisi nomor dua setelah laki-laki. Setelah kedatangan Islam, perempuan mendapatkan angin segar dan ada warna baru bagi mereka. Perempuan diberi hak yang sama dengan laki-laki yang pada akhirnya gelar mereka juga dibesarkan sebagai manusia

Abstract

Education is a critical need for each country, thegovernment in general and schools in particular.Religious education is more important whereas the roleof parents of children is essential during the children‟searly education. Thus the first form of education presentin family life. Education is nothing but emphasized theconcept of Islamic education which makes the problem ofservitude to God and obedience to Him become the axisof all life. It should be noted also that the child's physicaleducation is included in the integral part and theeducation of the soul, mental, and personality. Duties ofparents in educating children from childhood is going tointroduce children the Lord that create and administerthe universe, understand who is the prophet, andunderstand what is their religion, so that childrenunderstood the responsibility living in this world, whichis to worship Allah alone by following the sunnah of HisMessenger. It is obvious, that Islam tells them to carryout the education of their children, based on the viewthat children as beings who are growing and developingin the direction of maturity, have the basic skills whichare dynamic and responsive to external influences andhimself.

Abstract

In looking at and defining the Islamic religion, Adams using the theoretical framework of Wilfred Cantwell Smith distinguishes between Tradition and Faith. Aspects of faith is to understand and appreciate the personal experience and the real behavior of a person. Aspects of the tradition that the external aspects of religious, social and historical aspects of religion that can be observed in the community. Adam approaches to approach aspects of life in individuals and religious communities is twofold: Normative approach and descriptive approach. Normative approach is the approach that is inspired by the motivation and religious purposes, while the descriptive approach emerged as a response to the intellectual curiosity or academic motivation.

Abstract

Internalization of Values Character Education is a system of cultivation of character values to the resident of Madrasah and School, which includes knowledge, awareness or willpower, and actions to perform it, either against the Almighty God, ourselves, others, the environment, or nationality to become complete human beings.The values that need to be developed in Education Character in Madrasah and Schools is the peace, respect, compassion, tolerance, honesty, humility, cooperation, happiness, responsibility, simplicity, freedom and unity.The way that is done is always instilled by teachers to their students, by making posters that made the image that corresponds to the theme of the value above, along with a brief word that is easily understood by children or students at school. For example is "The Value of Peace" on the wall of the school or madrasah that made posters. First,create the title of the poster in large letters so can be easy to read, second, create an image of people who are in a peaceful condition, third, create the text below of the picture as: "Peace is Beautiful", “The peace is to have a good feeling in my heart", "Peace is harmony and not fighting or hitting","Peace is positive thoughts about themselves and others","Peace starts from myself". So, if the students walk past the poster indirectly they will understand and absorb the sentences contained in the poster.

Abstract

Teacher is one of the keys to the success of students, both in the social emotional development, especially in developing child cognition, without the active role of the teacher will be one of the developing child cognition, this will result in patal in children for the future. In order to improve the quality of children's cognitive, teachers strive to develop as much as possible in accordance with the child's cognitive development. But often the practice in the field is not in accordance with the spirit and ideals. There are some children who exhibit aggressive behavior as disruptive friends, grabbing a friend, make noise, roads and fro endlessly, hitting friends and screaming. The action taken by the teacher is giving additional tasks to the children who behave aggressively mentioned, this is done so that they can learn seriously, because such children are generally children who have IQ Superior. This paper will explore the role of teachers in the cognitive development of children.

Abstract

Developers have made observations and preliminary field studies (needs assessment) found that the media are often used in the learning process is the book. Unavailability of multimedia-based teaching materials for learning SKI MTs be the basis of selecting the level of this development. This research aims to develop multimedia based teaching materials on the subjects of History of Islamic Culture. Content and work presented, designed with learning theories of communication, cognitive, Cybernetic and Behavioral Learning Theory that became the starting point of the development of teaching materials that will be used by the students. Research and development uses models Lee and Owen, while the procedures in the study of this development are as follows: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation, and use learning model contextual teaching and Learning (CTL).

Abstract

In simple terms it is understood that the school-based management is one of the government's efforts to achieve excellence Indonesian people in the mastery of science and technology . MBS is also a new paradigm of development -oriented education at school needs and the needs of each area . Great hope of course , the previous school management conditions that seem somewhat " semberawutan " can be improved by the presence of MBS , which in turn would have an impact on improving the quality of education in this beloved country.

Abstract

Parents as educators must also keep children's personal development as a determinant in education in accordance with the treatment period or age levels and thinking ability of children.We as students are not separated from the motivation to learn, so I as speaker expects the reader siding with this paper that we may mengetahuai about how the role of parents in improving learning motivation in students / children. Abstract

Character education is education that emphasizes the formation of character values in students. The goal of character edocation is: (1)to develop student sosially, ethically and academically by infusing character development into every aspect of the school culture and curriculum, (2) to help students develop good character which includes knowing, caring about and acting upon core ethical values such as: respect, responsibility, honest, fairness, compassion. Pesantren contributed greatly to the character of education in Indonesia, because the values prevailing in the pesantren-containing cargo formation of character. Those values are respect, brotherhood, sincerity and simplicity, independence, the prohibition violates the rules, and exemplary. As the basis of character education, values in pesantren is also a positive impact on mental health.
