Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi banyak sekali kasus yang telah terungkap bahwa makanan dan/atau minuman yang beredar di masyarakat, sebagian merupakan “makanan dan/atau minuman yang berbahaya atau mengandung zat kimia yang secara aturan melebihi takaran/porsi di luar aturan yang telah ditentukan, sehingga hal tersebut berbahaya bagi orang yang mengkonsumsinya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penegakan hukum pidana terhadap penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia berbahaya dalam makanan yang beredar. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian hukum normatif dimaksudkan untuk menelaah ketentuan-ketentuan hukum positif, dan perangkat hukum positif yang diteliti secara normative digunakan sebagai sumber bahan hukum. Pelaku diduga melanggar pasal 196 dan 197 Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama 15 tahun dan denda paling banyak 1,5 miliar rupiah. Selain itu, dalam Pasal 64 angka 19 UU Cipta Kerja yang mengubah Pasal 140 ayat (1) UU Pangan diatur bahwa setiap orang yang memproduksi dan memperdagangkan pangan yang dengan sengaja tidak memenuhi standar keamanan pangan yang mengakibatkan timbulnya korban gangguan kesehatan manusia dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 2 tahun atau denda paling banyak Rp 4 miliar. Namun, perlu diperhatikan, ketentuan pidana di atas dikecualikan terhadap setiap orang yang melakukan usaha dan/atau kegiatan berisiko rendah atau sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the application of the Raw Material inventory Accounting System at PT Industri Kapal ndonesia (Persero). The type of research used s descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research conducted from July to September 2021. The results showed that the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) has been effective, this can be seen by the existence of interrelated functions. Then the inventory recording method used is the perpetual recording method and the FIFO (First In First Out) valuation method. And the procedures that form the inventory system at PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) are quite good because of the division of tasks and documents that can be accounted for.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23% It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. Abstract

The state is an organization that has a purpose. The purpose of this study is to enforce the law regarding permits for waste water disposal in motor vehicle washing businesses and the sanctions imposed by the government on motorized vehicle washing businesses that do not have a waste water disposal permit. Normative juridical research, namely research originating from laws and regulations that present actual facts with the topic of study. Law enforcement of waste water disposal permits in motorized vehicle washing businesses through administrative instruments aims to prevent acts or omissions that violate the law or do not meet the requirements, stop or return to their original state (before the violation). So the focus of administrative sanctions is the actions of violators of the rules. In the Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control Article 34 explains the administrative sanctions referred to in the form of: written warning, Government coercion, Freezing of waste water disposal permits, Revocation of waste water disposal permits. In addition to administrative sanctions, there are also criminal sanctions in the form of violations. The local government should socialize the Regional Regulation on Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control to the general public and the organizers of motor vehicle washing wastewater management (motor vehicle washing entrepreneurs) in order to increase legal awareness embedded in the community and it is hoped that the government will issue implementing regulations, namely Regulation Mayor.

Abstract

The Order for Termination of Investigation or hereinafter referred to as SP3 is the authority given attributively to criminal investigators. This paper intends to provide an analysis in terms of normative law regarding the validity of the termination of an investigation carried out based on reconciliation between the suspect and the complainant in the case of ordinary offenses. Research is a main means in developing a science and technology with the aim of revealing the existence of a truth both systematically, methodologically, and consistently through the research process as well as conducting analysis and construction of the data that has been processed and then concluded. Article 109 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) states that there are three conditions to stop an investigation of a criminal act. First, there is not enough evidence. Second, the act committed by the suspect is not a crime. Third, the investigation was stopped for the sake of law. The fact that the revocation of the police report resulted in the case being discontinued or terminated, as evidenced by the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order or SP3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1. There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan produk wisata Pantai Sembilan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan A4 dalam upaya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di obyek wisata Pantai Sembilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan obyek wisata Pantai Sembilan dengan analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis A4. Bentuk pengembangan produk wisata Pantai Sembilan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan yaitu: meningkatkan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan standar keamanan terutama kapal penyeberangan, meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi/internet sebagai penunjang fasilitas pelayanan, meningkatkan standarisasi keamanan atraksi wisata demi keselamatan pengunjung dan pengembangan daya tarik wisata lainnya di sekitar kawasan Pantai Sembilan, serta menambah jumlah cottage. Pengaruh pengembangan A4 yaitu: dengan standarisasi keamanan atraksi wisata membuat wisatawan merasa aman saat berkunjung, pengembangan daya tarik wisata dapat memberikan atraksi baru sehingga wisatawan tidak jenuh saat berkunjung, peningkatan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan standar keamanan pada kapal penyeberangan dapat meminimalisir ketakutan calon wisatawan akan resiko kecelakaan di laut, serta peningkatan kualitas internet dan keasrian cottage dapat membuat wisatawan nyaman untuk berkunjung dalam tenggat waktu yang lebih lama.

Abstract

Ketentuan Pasal 24C ayat (1) UUD NRI Tahun 1945 memberikan wewenang pada Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk mengadili sengketa kewenangan lembaga negara yang kewenangannya diberikan oleh UUD. Sedangkan sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara yang tidak diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 mengalami vacuum of norm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, perlunya diatur sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara yang tidak diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 karena Indonesia adalah negara hukum, karena belum tuntasnya pembahasan dalam Perubahan UUD NRI Tahun 1945, karena adanya potensi sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara. Kedua, implikasi hukum penyelesaian kewenangan antarlembaga negara yang tidak diatur dalam UUD NRI Tahun 1945 yang dilakukan oleh Presiden melalui instruksi-instruksi terselesaikannya sengketa. Ketiga, dalam perspektif kehidupan kenegaraan, formulasi pengaturan penyelesaian sengketa kewenangan antarlembaga negara dapat dilakukan melalui tiga opsi : (1) memperluas kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi (2) memperluas kewenangan Mahkamah Agung (3) memberikan kewenangan pada lembaga negara lain.
