Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to formulate a business strategy at Surya Boutique Hotel Semarang by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using IFE, EFE, CPM, SWOT, and QSPM which showed the results of an IFE weighted score is 2,644, an EFE weighted score is 3,258, and a CPM score is 3,023 which means the company is in a strong enough position in controlling the strengths and weaknesses to face opportunities and threats. Based on the SWOT analysis, integration, intensive, and diversification strategies were developed into 8 alternative strategies for the company. The most suitable strategy based on QSPM is to rearrange the number of room availability based on customer interest with a TAS value of 6,968. This strategy is in line with the current condition of the hotel, which is experiencing a limited number of rooms in the type that consumers are most interested in.

Abstract

Bengkel Perkasa Autoresto and Club Tegal are MSMEs engaged in services that have not made financial reports in accordance with applicable standards. This study aims to helps Bengkel Perkasa Autoresto and Club in arrange and produce financial reports by implement an android-based accounting application, named SI APIK. The results of these financial statements can be used by the company to know the profite and loss obtained. This type of research is qualitative research use descriptive method. The data collection technique used in this research is by conduct interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. Based on the research results, the application of SI APIK can be used easily. SI APIK application helps Bengkel Perkasa in arrange financial reports according to SAK EMKM so that it can find out profit or loss obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of sales promotion, location and service quality on purchasing decisions at Kauman Regency Housing Demak. To accomplish the stated goal, it is necessary to monitor the 70 respondents who have purchased a home in Kauman Regency Housing Demak. The methods of collecting data are interviews, questionnaires, and literature review with saturated samples. Data processing in this study uses SPSS programs Version 26. The data analysis is using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and significantly on purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.598 means that sales promotion, location, and sales quality affect purchasing decisions by 59.8%, and the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of 8 (eight) HR functions at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Semarang. This research is a qualitative study, through the distribution of questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, and observations. Data analysis uses management audit with four stages, namely preliminary audit, management control reviews and tests, detailed audits, and reports. The results show that the company has implemented 8 (eight) existing HR functions. In the implementation of the 8 (eight) HR functions, it was found that performance appraisal, reward and compensation system, employment relations, and termination of employment function have been effective. The functions of orientation and placement, training and development.

Abstract

The purpose of thi study is to determine the cost of raw material inventory which is more efficient by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at CV Anugrah Sakti. Data collection methods in this study are interviews,observation, and documentation. This research uses comparative data analysis test to assess whether or not the efficiency of raw material inventory costs at CV Anugrah Sakti is significant. The results of this study indicate that the difference in inventory costs between the company's calculations with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for chicken feather raw materials is more efficient IDR. 189,043,691 and bread raw materials with EOQ are more efficient IDR. IDR1,457,285,871. With a frequency of ordering for chicken feather raw materials as much as 7 times, with orders made once every 41 days. While the raw material for bread waste is 3 times a year, once every 106 days.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 45 employees. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis model uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. While the data analysis technique used the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t statistical test which were processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. Partially, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the Audit Tool and Linked Archive System (ATLAS) Application as a working paper in improving audit quality. The population of this study is auditors who work in public accounting firms where the number is not known for sure so that from the results of calculations with a sample formula for an unlimited population, a minimum number of samples of 96 samples was obtained. In this study, the samples processed were 100 collected from the results of questionnaire answers that were distributed online to auditors working in public accountants with auditor criteria who had applied the use of the ATLAS Application in the audit process. The data analysis technique used is with PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study show that the ATLAS application plays an important role in improving the quality of audits. The auditor who was sampled in this study stated that the ATLAS Application provides a structured working paper that is very helpful for auditors in carrying out audit procedures starting from the planning stage, risk response to the audit reporting stage in accordance with audit standards as a basis for providing audit opinions where these stages help auditors in improving audit quality. Furthermore, the use of the ATLAS Application in the implementation of audit procedures makes the audit process more effective and efficient.
