Abstract

Background. Quality education is inseparable from how leaders can empower all elements in schools by school conditions. Improving the quality of school-based education, starting from the state of schools that are believed to have weaknesses, is time for improvements. Purpose. Therefore educational leaders must be observant in seeing which conditions are most important for improvement or change so that the goal of improving the quality of school-based education achieves its goals. Making changes in the context of improving the quality of education cannot be done alone but requires the full support of all elements of the school, starting from educators, education staff, students and the school community. Method. This article uses the literature review method by analyzing several research results and some literature related to educational leadership and school-based quality. The literature review method collects data using various literature, such as books, journals, and other references that are considered appropriate to the research topic Results. Effective educational leadership can cover all aspects of schools' need to improve quality, especially the quality of teaching staff as the frontline. The qualified teaching staff is a benchmark for school progress which will eventually become the quality of education. Therefore, it needs to be empowered according to the expertise possessed so that the quality of teaching staff can be improved sustainably. Educational leadership in carrying out their duties must be distinct from their leadership style, which also affects the quality of education. Conclusion. In addition, educational leadership also has competencies that are part of the leader's self to realize the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

Background. Higher education is a formal institution in government educational institutions. Higher education is expected to be a tool that assists everyone in obtaining adequate resources. As a result, understanding the system in a tertiary institution is critical in order to support the education system. Purpose. The objective of this research was to help tertiary institutions understand their role in developing superior human resources by developing an IQF-based curriculum system that produces graduates that meet the needs of the community. \Method. The descriptive qualitative method was used, along with a literature review. Results. The author explained each of the findings using a literature review. According to the findings of this study, tertiary institutions’ High School of Theology & Christian High School must determine graduate profiles, graduate learning outcomes, study materials, course formation, course grouping, course structure provisions, and semester lesson plans in the lecture curriculum. Conclusion. Each tertiary institution must pay attention to new systems in order to create superior human resources in their fields in order to advance the curriculum.

Abstract

Background. Reading is important in the teaching and learning process. Reading is the process of absorbing knowledge through reading or writing. Each student has varying abilities from fast, medium and slow in terms of reading. Purpose. This study aims to improve habituation in students in increasing interest in reading. Method. By holding literacy, it is hoped that it will be able to increase students' interest in reading and increase knowledge that can be a provision in the future in Carangwulung Wonosalam Village. Results. The research subjects were children aged 7-12 years with data collection techniques by direct observation, interviews and documentation. Conclusion. This research can be concluded that the reading corner is very helpful in fostering students' interest in reading in the classroom, the role of the reading corner in growing students' interest in reading, namely, as a place to read facilitator, as the closest reading material, a comfortable reading place and a place to read that attracts attention, so that from some of these roles it helps foster interest in reading.

Abstract

Background. In this research, the Indonesian National Navy principals have been chosen as unit analysis and 60 samples were purposive sampling. Purpose. The objective of this research is to know the effect of Leadership,  Management Skill, and Motivation to Performance of Indonesian navy officers. Method. Survey was applied in this research which data had been analyzed by path analysis after all variables put into a correlational matrix. Results. The result of the research shows that Performance of navy is effected directly by Leadership,  Management Skill, and Motivation. It is also found that Leadership is effected Motivation to Performance of navy directly. Based on those findings it could be concluded that any change or variation which occurred at Performance of navy might have been effected by Leadership,  Management Skill, and Motivation. Conclusion. Therefore, in Performance of navy, Leadership,  Management Skill, and Motivation should be put into strategic planning of human resources development.

Abstract

Background. Indonesian state-owned companies have the potential to increase Gross Domestic Product by USD 135 billion by 2025 if they can improve the status of gender equality in the world of work. Purpose. The Ministry of SOEs seeks to increase women's representation in the Board of Commissioners, Management Board and one level below the Management Council, with a target of 15% in 2021 and 25% in 2023. Method. The methodused by researchers in this study is descriptive analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results. The results obtained in this study are the leadership of women MSME owners who receive higher BUMN support than those who do not receive. While the novelty of this study is the leadership and empowerment of women in MSMEs within State-Owned Enterprises (MSMEs) Conclusion. There has also been an increased focus on the representation of young people within the Board of Directors, and below levels, from state-owned enterprises to 5% in 2021 and 10% in 2023.

Abstract

Background. Learning Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence in the world of education is a moral cultivation that must be owned by someone. This is because of the increasing promiscuity which is a moral decline for our teenagers today. Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University is a university that in addition to building intellectual intelligence also prioritizes Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence which is taken through the process of Hablum MinAllah Purification of the soul and Hablum Minannaas. Objectives. For this reason, this research was conducted, which aims to reveal Islamic religious education learning based on spiritual and emotional intelligence to foster the morals of Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University students. Methods. In this study, the author used a qualitative approach. By using a descriptive research model. While the methods used, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with data collection using the types of Mitode Triangulation and Source Triangulation. Results Learning Islamic Religious Education Based on spiritual and emotional intelligence to build student morals taken through Hablum MinAllah and Hablum Minannaas using the books Mahfudzot Fadoilul Iman, Mahfudzot Fadhoilun Nabi Wa Ash Shahabah, and Genggong Islamic Boarding School Philosophy proved to be able to shape the morals of Unzah students very well and religiously. Conclusion The results showed that: (a) Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence to build the morals of Unzah students was taken through Hablum MinAllah and Hablum Minannaas. (b) Islamic Religious Education learning courses based on spiritual and emotional intelligence to build the morals of Unzah students include the books Mahfudzot Fadoilul Iman, Mahfudzot Fadhoilun Nabi Wa Ash Shahabah, and Genggong Islamic Boarding School Philosophy which are basically interrelated, fill and complement the content. (c) steps for the formation of Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence to build the morals of Unzah students through Islamic Religious Education subjects in students carried out using the Tikrar Method approach, the strategy through the repetition of Quranic postulates
