Abstract

National development that  lasts  all the  time,  then the  development of higher education is still prioritized by the government to continue to grow, including the role and  duties of lecturers. Strategy  setting is part  of long-term development. The goal is in the most appropriate way in the future to be able. Improving the quality of higher education can not be separated from the quality of human resources owned. Therefore, improving the quality of the behavior and behavior of lecturers as teachers through education channels and  effective training programs in their  work is needed. With qualified human resources, it is expected that  higher education will become an institution capable of effectively facing the challenges of the future.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the implementation of the school-based management quality in achieving the educational quality at the public MTs in Kota Bengkulu. The design of this research used  a descriptive one  the  data  were  collected by using  a set of instrument ; i.e. interview, observationand documentation. The results ahow  that  the otonomi, responsibility, authority, participation, transparency, accountability, equality, equity  and  sus- tainability has not yet been optimally applied. So it can be suggested if you want to improve the quality of education then implement the program MPMBS

Abstract

Problem identification of this research is 1. Still low student interest which caused by Lack of attention of stu- dent to learning of PAI especially in subject matter closer to Allah SWT. Its very beautiful name, like students often jok- ing, often daydreaming and students often out of the classroom. 2. the method used is always monoton that the teacher always use the lecture method, so that students feel bored in teaching and learning process (PBM). The approach used in this is a classroom action research, which will be carried out through a few steps  until the research is successful. The results obtained on the prasiklus step the number of values  obtained is 453 with the result  of the average value of 17.42 with 43.55% percentage, from the  observation proves that  the  lack of interest in learning students in learning PAI es- pecially  the subject matter closer to the god SWT .The very beautiful name with the value category is still low, because the value obtained in the observation is still below the KKM. Because the value obtained is low, therefore the next step needs to be done, so that the results achieved can be maximized.The next step is cycle I with the total value of 591 with the result  of the average value of 22,73 result  of the percentage of 56,82% from result  of observation prove  that  student have interest but student interest of student have not show in full, and  value obtained in observation still below KKM . Because the results obtained are still not maximal then need to re-implement the next step, so that the results achieved can be maximized. The second step  of cycle II with the total  value  of 731 and  the results of the average value  of 28.11 with the percentage of 70.27%, And the results of students already interested but the student’s learning interest has not shown fully, given the  value  obtained in the  observation is still less and  still below  KKM. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the next step,  so that  the results achieved can be maximized. Step cycle III the number of values  obtained is 837 with an average value of 32.19 and  the percentage is 80.47%. From  the observations made through the observa- tion sheet proves that  in the step of cycle III students already seen  if they are very interested in learning and  the value obtained is already above  the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that  have been determined. Because the results obtained are satisfactory, the action research is stopped, just until the third cycle. From the results of the above research proves that by using NHT method can increase student learning interest in learning PAI

Abstract

The formulation of the  problem in this  study  is how students respond to learning Islamic Education (PAI) courses using  the “Alms, Grants and  Gifts” module at the Bengkulu Al-Fatah  Pharmacy Academy. This research is in- cluded in quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study  were all third semester students at the Beng- kulu  Al-Fatah  Pharmacy Academy, while  the  research sample used  was third semester B1 students at the  Al-Fatah Pharmacy Academy  Bengkulu Academic Year 2016-2017. The instruments used  in this study were the student response questionnaire and  the module “Alms, Grants and  Gifts”. The technique of collecting data  using questionnaires and  test sheets. Based on the research that  has been done, the results show that : The average percentage score of all students is82.86764706% and is classified as very high criteria. It can be concluded that the 3rd grade B1 Semester 3-2017 Academic Year at the Al-Fatah  Pharmacy Academy gave a positive response to the learning of Islamic Education courses using the “Alms, Grants, and Gifts” module

Abstract

This article  aims  to reveal  how the  education system  developed for early childhood in the  Islamic concept, which  includes curriculum, methods and  evaluation of education. The method used  in this paper is descriptive quali- tative  method. The results of the  discussion indicate that  the  education that  should be given to early childhood, is to include; first, the  aqidah education, this  is given because Islam  puts  the  education of faith  in the  most  fundamental position, Second, the Education of worship, so that  someday they grow into beings who really piety, that  is the devout man to carry out all religious commands and  obedient also in steer  clear of any ban.  Third, moral education, in order to educate morals to the children, in addition to be given the right example, should also be shown about how to respect and to manners with fellow human beings. Islamic educational methods that can and should be applied to early child- hood educational activities are exemplary methods, methods of practice and  practice, game  methods, songs,  and  sto- ries, methods of targhib and tarhib, methods of praise and flattery and inculcation of good habits. The evaluation for the assessment of the educational process of children at an early age can be done in various ways, among others through the observation and recording of anecdotes which is a record of the attitude and behavior of children

Abstract

The issue of aqeedah and psychological aspects, as well as mental health in it are human needs. On the other hand, the highest needs of human beings are religion, religion is identical with belief, this belief is understood as a faith which in Islam manifests in the six pillars  of faith. Psychologically humans need religion and  one of the characteristics that  humans are healthy is by the existence of religion. One of the mental health can be achieved through the Islamic method, through the correct implementation of the pillars of faith in daily life, so that the faith is not only imprinted in the heart, but is spoken with verbally  and  concretely in its behavior. The psychological aspects of worship can be seen from  the  nature of worship education itself. The essence is like the  birth in man (psychologically) of the  intensity of consciousness in thinking, then a Muslim wherever he is will feel bound to such  ties of consciousness, therefore hu- mans will act systematically based on honesty and  self-confidence. In addition, Muslims who feel bound by Allah will feel the delicacy and attitude of prioritizing God as a source, with worship like this that humans will have identity (self- development), because unity has strengthened itself

Abstract

Communication as a process in delivering messages to achieve a goal, the main component is a communica- tor or source message, communicant or recipient of the message and the message itself. In the learning process for early childhood, communication should be developed with strategies tailored to the  growth  and  development of children, one the foccus of study is the development to the language of children who will give a big influence on communication strategies against early age.
