Abstract

The paper  aimed at discussing the  nurturing  effects  of utilizing second hand  as authentic materials for encouraging English as a foreign language (EFL) learning atmosphere among  Madrasah learners. The paper was based on the community services  program conducted by writer several  months ago in collaboration with research and  community services  unit of IAIN Bengkulu.  The program involved head master, English school teacher and  90 learners of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Mambaul  Ulum at central  Bengkulu  district.  Quasi experiment reserach design was applied  to testify the hypotheses. The raw data was analyzed  by SPSS software program. The  findings  showed that  authentic media impacts significantly towards students’  motivation and learning  achievement. The research result also proved  that the school  teachers were  motivated to design  their own classroom teaching media. In conclusion, the authentic materials bring the real world into the classroom teaching, promoting learners’ motivation and learning achievement. The last, encouraging teachers’ creativity in designing  their own media without expense

Abstract

The research qualitative  to the traditional  islamic  boarding school  (pesantren salafiyah)are basesthe scholar  prespektive through  books,  journals  and  so  on  with  descriptive analisys  by normative, filosofis and sociologis.The research are tries to description how pesantren salafiyah have 1.800.000 more students to readiness of them  to face the fenomenan globalization  era. Pesantren salafiyah areborn in colonialismat Walisongoera as a institution  learn  Islamic  knowledge. Those  all institutionare established by community and  now  thats  atthe remote area.  The  institutionsnow have  1.882.901 of 3.876.696 student and  18.232 of 29.535 institutions  from three  types of be traditional  pesantren, combinate pesantren and  modem pesantren. Thatinstitution just learn Islamic  knowledge through  Islamic  classical  texbook (kitab  kuning)  most  of institution  are  not learn  science such  as MIFA. Abstract

Indonesia telah  memberi apresiasi kepada setiap  warga  negara, dan  menjunjung tinggi hal-hal  yang berhubungan dengan hak dan kewajiban warga  Negara dalam  keseluruhan aspek  kehidupan. Satu bidang  yang mesti  diperkuat dalam  rangka  menuju stabilitas  NKRI adalah pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan penting  bagi setiap  manusia, terlebih  warga  negara di negeri  ini, negara dan  pemerintahnya, maka  pendidikan harus  ditumbuh kembangkan secara sistematis oleh para pengambil kebijakan yang berwenang di Republik ini. Pendidikan memiliki  peran  strategis  dalam  mempercepat  terbentuknya masyarakat berperadaban  (civilized- people) atau masyarakat utama (al-Madiinah al-Faadhilah). Artikel ini mempertegas tentang NKRI dan Penguatan Pendidikan yang kaitannya dengan hak dan kewajiban warga negara diharapkan menjadi sebuah penguatan nilai- nilai didalamnya. Pembahasan meliputi  beberpapa su bahasan, yaitu: warga  negara dan keharusan pendidikan, aspek  pendidikan sebaga langkah  peradaban, problematika pendidikan di Indonesia, menjadi civilized-people. Hakikat  pendidikan adalah proses pembelajaran yang tidak  saja  pemberian pengetahuan, melainkan aktivitas untuk   membangun kesadaran, kedewasaan  dan  kemandirian serta   pembebasan.  Kesadaran, kedewasaan kemandirian, dan  pembebasan merupakan tujuan  inti pendidikan dan  demokrasi. Hal tersebut dapat  diartikan bahwa manusia sebagai pusat  pendidikan harus  menjadikan program pendidikan sebagai alat  pembebasan untuk mengantarkan manusia menjadi mahluk  yang bermartabat. Pendidikan dimaksud tidak sebatas al-Ta’liim, melainkan al-Tarbiyah,  al-Ta’diib dan  juga  al-Riyaadhah. Abstract

One of the religious movements in Indonesia who care about the fate of the backwardness of the people in its various aspects and  maintenance the tradition  versus  modernist is NU. Therefore,  the presences of NU in addition  to preserve the  understand of Islam of Ahlu Sunnah  wal Jamaah, but also to stem  the  flow of radical religious movements. Therefore, KH MA Sahal Mahfudh as one of the key figures of NU then initiated a paradigm of social jurisprudence to address the problem. Based on this paradigm, the goal of this study was to explore the social paradigm of ijtihad jurisprudence by MA KH Sahal Mahfudh along with social jurisprudence product in addressing the  actual  problems of the  people. The theoretical framework used  is thought  of M Amin Abdullah,  while  the method of this study  is descriptive-analytic study.  The results  show  that  the  paradigm of ijtihad jurisprudence social proposed by KH MA Sahal Mahfudh is built on reason and revelation or naqliyah and aqliyah proportionally, so using the  framework of M Amin Abdullah,  the  paradigm of ijtihad jurisprudence proposed by KH MA Sahal Mahfudh  include  into interconnected entities  approach category  which  where there  is a balance between the use  of aqliyah and  naqliyah  propositionally. The products of the legal jurisprudence was  seen in building social dynamics and the livelihood of the people, both in the field ukhuwah, economics, Siyasah ‘Aliyah Samiyah, as well as the understanding of Aswaja in order to answer the problems of actual people in Indonesia

Abstract

Humans are the only creatures who  are entrusted with managing this earth  as His caliph.  Therefore the existence of human beings  should  be sustained. In this regard  humans are given the ability to have sexual intercourse for the sake  of the process of regeneration of the human species in a sustainable manner. Or with other terms of sexuality is a universal process media in the context  of the preservation of creation. Not only that, sexual  pleasure in Islam is considered as being  privileged.  So life with legitimate partner (married) are  more honored than the single life. Thus aqad marriage essentially as a means true, dignity and respect for every human being in order to channel their biological desires. This is where Islam prohibits any form of sexual  relations that are not done  correctly and with dignity as adultery, sodomy, and so on. Because in addition  to violating the rules of religion, is also incompatible with the position of the human beings with dignity and respect. Abstract

Orientalism was originally conceived as an ideology or thought  alliran undertaken by Western scholars to the development and  progress of East countries, both from the aspect of religion, language, culture,  history and  other  aspects. Later, some experts said that a study conducted by Western scholars of the East, primarily related to the Arab and  Islamic world. One of the studies in the field of Islam is the Hadith. Some  Orientalists much consern in Hadith studies, among others, Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht. Among the views Goldziher about  tradition  is that most  traditions  can  not be trusted  as a whole  as a source of teachings originating from the  Prophet. Most of the  material hadith  in the  collections of hadith  originating  from the  development of the religious, social and historical Islam is derived  from the characters in the first two centuries of tradition (century I and II H). It is similar, even more  extreme, Joseph Schacht argued  that the traditions  that were  collected in the book  of hadith  basically sourced from the Successors (formula  scholars centuries II and  III H), no one  hadist authentic sources of the Prophet, especially  the traditions  about  their law problem
