Abstract

The performance of nurses in the inpatient room at Bangkinang Hospital can be seen from the quality of nursing services provided, oriented to better patient outcomes. The performance of nurses is influenced by the characteristics of nurses, competence, motivation and workload. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the competence, motivation and workload of implementing nurses with the performance of nurses in the inpatient room at Bangkinang Hospital. The study used a cross sectional analytic design. A sample of 111 nurses in the inpatient room was taken using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between competence, motivation and marital status with the performance of nurses, with p values for each variable, namely aspects of competence (p < 0.001), aspects of motivation (p < 0.001). Meanwhile, marital status (AOR = 4.5) and this relationship were not statistically significant (p = 0.095). Nurse performance is closely related to the competence and work motivation of nurses, so aspects that can improve competence and work motivation need to be managed properly to get good nurse performance results.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the quality of the Tabir River which is increasingly being damaged by illegal gold mining. The purpose of this study was to determine the water quality and concentration of Hg in the water and sediment of the Tabir river and its correlation to bacterial population. Water and sediment samples were taken from 6 segments along the Tabir river to check pH, Hg, and total bacteria in each segment. Data analysis used the pollutant index method and the correlation was tested with SPSS 22. The results of observations on river water showed that the average pH was normal in the range of 6.6-7.1 and the level of Hg contamination was heavily polluted with a score of 10.72. On the river sediments, pH in segments 1 to 5 was in accordance with the quality standard, which ranged from 6.2 to 7.1 and in segment 6 was below the quality standard 5.9 while the level of Hg contamination ranged from 3-35Mg/L and lightly polluted with a score of 3.4. The number of bacterial populations in the waters ranged from 1.52 x 104 to 9.40 x 103. Correlation analysis showed a significance value of 0.889, that can be concluded that the presence of Hg in the waters of the Tabir river does not have a significant effect on the number of bacterial populations. The number of bacterial populations in the sediment ranged from 3.00 x 104 to 9.05 x 103. Correlation analysis obtained a significance value of 0.254 that can be concluded that the presence of Hg does not have a significant effect on the number of bacterial populations in the sediment of the Tabir river.

Abstract

The acoustic quality of a theatrical or musical room is an important factor in a musical or theater performance because it affects how sound is conveyed from the stage to the audience. In this study, the acoustic quality of a room was evaluated using standard values or recommendation criteria for acoustic parameters for a room Salihara Black Box Theter Room. The response impulse is measured using a balloon popping sound source. The measurement results of the research object show that the space still does not meet the recommendation criteria for reverberation time (T30), early decay time (EDT), clarity (C80), and definition (D50).

Abstract

An ideal treatment is an orthognathic surgery for patients having prognathi skeletal with crossbite and openbite anterior. When a patient chooses camouflage treatment, the treatment applied is upper anterior dental proclination, lower anterior dental retroclination, and upper and lower incisive extrusion. Limitation of camouflage treatment results in the need to heed etiological factors and patient complaints. Treatment of prognati skeletal and Class III dental (Angle) cases accompanied by skeletal type openbite anterior and crossbite anterior on a female patient aged 32. Orthodontic treatment using a pre-adjusted system and palatal crib. Type of anchorage for moderate upper and maximum lower dental arc. The position of the upper anterior dental bracket is installed 0.5 mm toward the gingival. Anterior dental protraction with protraction arch. Removal of 34 and 44 to retract lower anterior dental. Openbite anterior is corrected by upper anterior dental extrusion using extrusion arch and elastic vertical. After 26 months of treatment, the treatment goal is achieved, i.e., 2 mm overjet and overbite, better smile incisal display, and lowered concave profile. In a patient with camouflage orthodontic treatment, improvement occurs mostly at dental. Use of palatal crib provides an opportunity for upper anterior dental extrusion and lower anterior dental movement to lingual. The success of camouflage treatment occurs when esthetic and dental are not compromised to get good occlusion. To get stability, the dental movement must heed the position of supporting tissues.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe the evaluation of the Tahfidz Program at Tahfidz Mahir Bil Qur'an Junior High School Cilincing, North Jakarta. The evaluation components focus on the context, input, process, and product of the Tahfidz Program. This type of research is Evaluative Research. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP evaluation model. Data collection techniques using IOD (Interview, Observation, and Documentation). The research results are as follows: 1) From the context component, the formulation of the vision, mission, and objectives of the tahfidz program needs to reorganize. The vision, mission, and aim need to be improved and adjusted. Some criteria are still out of sync, and there has been no evaluation of changes since 2015 until now. 2) The input component shows that the teacher's input has been stated well. As for student input, it is necessary to note that the criteria for acceptance of students to Advanced Junior High School need to be emphasized because this will affect the target of achieving tahfidz itself. Curriculum inputs indicate that there is a need for standard and documented curriculum reforms. The input of facilities and facilities, in general, is good, it's just that for the 4th floor it needs to be reviewed because it still feels uncomfortable. 3) From the components of the process, the use of methods, materials, and time are good. It's just that maximizing existing resources does not feel optimal. 4) From the components of the product, it's still not good. Many of the targets have been missed the target. A program can be continued by decreasing of memorization target.

The sample in this research is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period using the purposive sampling method. 13 companies meet the research sample criteria, so a sample of 65 financial statements data is obtained. The research results simultaneously show the influence of corporate governance, profitability, and leverage on earnings management. They partially show that the size of the board of directors and the expertise of the audit committee do not affect earnings management. Meanwhile, the board of commissioners meeting and profitability variables hurt earnings management, while the leverage variable has a positive effect on earnings management
