Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer satisfaction on Photocopy of Kurnia Jaya Sangatta. The analysis uses descriptive statistics where the data is processed using SPSS version 21. The results of the study are proven from 96 respondents who answered the questions asked, the average answer was satisfied. In terms of data validity and reliability, the results of the study show that all indicators of satisfaction variables given a photocopy of Kurnia Jaya Sangatta proved valid and reliable. The conclusion of this study is that consumers feel satisfied while using the photocopy service of Kurnia Jaya Sangatta, both seen from the photocopying results and the services provided. This consumer satisfaction can be seen from the average respondents' answers above 49% answered satisfied. In terms of consumers wanting to use photocopying services and wanting to recommend, the average respondent's answers above 45% answered that they were willing. As for the problem of complaints or complaints, the average respondent's answers above 47% answered that they did not want to complain and if there were consumers who complained, consumers believed that the Kurnia Jaya shop owner was willing to accommodate their complaints.

Abstract

A business that lasts a long time without realizing it may not actually be profitable, but it is still going on. From this statement, the BEP for Rin Sweet Cakes and Cookies culinary was began. In addition, fluctuations in material prices and other costs often change every month. The analysis was carried out through linear equation graph by utilizing the sales and cost equations that occurred throughout 2020. So that the BEP value, margin of safety and future sales plans are produced. The results of the analysis stated that the production volume during BEP was around 2,594 pcs consisting of muffins, roti gembong and lapis legit. The margin of safety is 14.31%. The average operating profit obtained in 2020 is Rp. 5,662,046,- by bearing the loss for muffin products Rp.666.751,- and lapis legit Rp. 1.452.859,-. Based on sales data for 2020, the lapis legit will be a possible product to be made in future sales business plans.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of channeling funds for micro businesses between conventional banks and Islamic banks, then to find out the implementation according to the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 42 / POJK.03 / 2017 at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Problem solving uses a method that is done by combining observations, interviews, documentation and regulations of the Act. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of channeling Credit or Micro Business Financing funds at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Samarinda Branch is in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 42 / POJK.03 / 2017, the application of the principle there are differences in the implementation of the contract , the application of the system there is a significant difference, the application of the procedure there is no difference in the stages of completeness of the file and the settlement of credit or bad financing.

Abstract

The presentation of financial statements is carried out on Balitbang Kutim there is no empirical research to see the suitability applied in the agency based on SAP Number 1 of 2016 and PSAK Number 1 of 2013. This study's objective is to find out how SAP Number 1 of 2016 and PSAK Number 1 of 2013 are implemented on the Office of the Research and Development Agency of East Kutai in presenting their financial statements for the period 2015 to 2019. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing or describing the financial that has been collected as is the application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) Number 1 of 2016 and PSAK Number 1 of 2013 concerning the presentation of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine is an effect of financial ratios on the growth of bank profits listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. This study is a quantitative study with secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of banks listed on the IDX with a total bank population of 10 with a period of 3 years from 2018-2020 and the number of samples collected as many as 30 samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show the results of the t-test of the Loan to Deposit Ratio variable with t count of -3.461 < 2.0639 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. This proves that the Loan to Deposit Ratio variable partially has a negative and significant effect on the growth of bank profits listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. And for the variables Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio are partially not significant effect on profit growth, the significance value is greater than 0.05. Simultaneous test results are the results of the f test obtained that the calculated f value is greater than f table with a value of 3.223 > 2.60 and a significance value that is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.023. So it can be concluded that the variables Loan to Deposit Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio simultaneously affect the growth of bank profits listed on the IDX.

Abstract

The researcher took the title "Analysis of the Effect of Product Attributes, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Samarinda Branch Office 1”, under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Sudarlan, S.E., M.T. as a supervisor I and Mr. Dr. H. Omar Dhanny, S.E., M. Kom. as Advisor II. This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at BRI branch Samarinda 1. The object used in this study is one of the companies in Samarinda, namely PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Samarinda Branch Office 1, using descriptive statistical methods. The sampling method in this study was accidental sampling and the data collection method used a questionnaire measured by a Likert Scale. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, T test, F test, R test and R² test. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 168 respondents. The results showed that partially Product Attributes, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Simultaneously Product Attributes, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distribution technique. The sample in this study were 114 respondents. Data analysis techniques that will be used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, f Test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and using IBM SPSS Version 23 software. The results of this study partially knowledge variables have a significant effect on interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo, seen from Tcount > Ttable (2.812 > 1.981) and sig value of 0.006 <0.05, partially reputation variable has no significant effect on interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo , seen from Tcount < T table (1,249 < 1,981) and sig value of 0,214 > 0,05, partially religiosity variable has no significant effect on interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo, seen from Tcount < T table (1,279 < 1,981) and the sig value of 0.204 > 0.05, partially the motivation variable has a significant effect on the interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia onesia KCP Bung Tomo, seen from Tcount > T table (2,423 > 1,981) and sig value of 0.017 < 0.05, simultaneously the variables of knowledge, reputation, religiosity and motivation affect interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bung Tomo, seen from Fcount > Ftable (10,955 > 2,45) and the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05.

AbstractThe Effect of Ease of Use, Risk, Security, and Service Features on Public Interest in Using OVO in Samarinda City. Thesis for the Department of Accounting, Finance and Banking Study Program, under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Sudarlan, SE, MT as the first supervisor and Zulfikar, S.E, M.SA (Humbis) as a second guide. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in This study uses the technique of distributing questionnaires, observation, and literature. The sample in this study were 250 respondents. Data analysis techniques to be used used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linear Regression Test Multiple, t test, f test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and use IBM SPSS Version 19 software. The results of this study partially variable Ease of Use, Risk, Security, and Service Features Against Public Interest in Using OVO in Samarinda City., seen from Tcount < T table (-0483 < 1.969) and sig value of 0.629 < 0.05, partially the risk variable has a significant positive effect on Community Interest using the OVO application in Samarinda City, seen from Tcount > T table (4.648 > 1.969) and the sig value of 0.000 > 0.05, partially the security variable has no negative effect and not significant to Community Interest in Using OVO in Samarinda City, seen from Tcount < T table (-0.322 < 1.969) and sig value of 0.748 < 0.05, partially service feature variables have no significant negative effect on Community interest in using Ovo applications in the City Samarinda, seen from Tcount > Ttable (2,069 > 1,985) and the sig value of 0.041 > 0.05, simultaneously the convenience variable p use, risk, security and service features on public interest in using the OVO application in Samarinda City as seen from Fcount > Ftable (5,812 > 4,383) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The results of this study partially the perceived convenience variable, have a significant effect on the interest of the people of Samarinda City using online motorcycle taxi services, seen from Tcount > Ttable (2,974 > 1.975) and the sig value of 0.003 < 0.05, partially the perception variable the benefits have no significant effect on the interest of the people of Samarinda City using online motorcycle taxi services, seen from Tcount < Ttable (-1,361 < 1.975) and the sig value of 0.175 > 0.05, partially trust variable, has a significant effect on people's interest in using online motorcycle taxi services, seen from Tcount > Ttable (3,331 > 1.975) and the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, partial promotion variables have a significant effect on the interest of the people of Samarinda City using online motorcycle taxi services, seen from Tcount > Ttable (3.885 > 1.975) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, simultaneously the variables of perceived convenience, perceived benefits, trust, and promotion have an effect on the interest of the people of Samarinda City using online motorcycle taxi services, as seen from Fcount > Ftable (20,484 > 2.43) and the sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

One of the heavy assiagment carried out by PT Pertamina (Persero) is fulfilling oil and gas needs. Then the implementation of the system in the organization must be done well because of this purpose research (1) to find out the leadership will have a positive and significant effect to employee motivation (2) to find out compensation will have a positive and significant effect to motivation (3) to find out the motivation positive and significant to employee performance (4) to find out leadership will have a positive and significant effect to employee performance (5) to find out compensation will have a positive and significant effect to employee performance (6) to find out leadership and compensation will have a positive and significant effect to motivation. The method of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V samples taken as many as 80 respondents with the Probability Sampling Method. The analysis method used in this research is path analysis. From the results of the tests showed (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect to motivation (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect to motivation (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect to employee performance (4) leadership has a positive and significant effect to employee performance (5 ) compensation has a positive but not significant effect to employee performance (6) leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect to employee performance through motivation.
