Abstract

In overcoming the enforcement of Criminal Law Against Drug Users In Central Java Police. The problems studied are: Criminal law policy contained in the Narcotics Act and Psychotropic Act in the prevention of narcotics and psychotropic crime, Law enforcement against the perpetrators of narcotic crime and psychotropic in Central Java Police, Efforts to overcome drug crime in Central Java Police. know and analyze the criminal law policy as well as the perpetrators as stated in Narcotics Law and Psychotropic Law in Central Java Regional Police. The results of a trial or conspiracy to commit Narcotics and Narcotics Precursor as stipulated in the narcotics law with the same imprisonment as a person committing a crime or violation of the provisions of this narcotic law, for example an experiment to provide narcotics class 1, shall be subject to imprisonment of a minimum of 4 (four) years and a maximum of 12 (twelve) years and a fine of at least Rp800.000.000,00 (eight hundred million rupiah) and a maximum of Rp8,000,000,000.00 (eight billion rupiah ). While law enforcement with non-penal efforts focus more on preventive properties (prevention / penangkalan / penegindalian) before the crime occurred. Given that non-penal crime prevention efforts are more of a preventive measure for the occurrence of crime, the main target is the conducive factors causing the crime. Abstract

The number of criminal acts committed by the community, especially the criminal act of murder, made the police officers investigators to conduct investigations. In particular Criminal Acts Murder crime requires the use of evidence or some kind of other guidance commonly referred to as the reconstruction of criminal acts, this makes the author want to know how the reconstruction as an effort to uncover the crime of murder planning case study of banyumanik polsek semarang law. The issues raised are what is the implementation of the reconstruction in an effort to uncover the crime of premeditated murder, what are the necessary reconstruction in an effort to reveal the crime of premeditated murder, what kind of criminal law policy in Indonesia in the field of reconstruction in an effort to reveal the crime of premeditated murder in the future come.The method used by the authors in making this thesis is the method of sociological juridical approach, namely by conducting interviews and perform data collection both from primary data and secondary data.According to the results of the authors' research, the implementation of the reconstruction is regulated in the Attachment to Decree of the Chief of Police. Pol: Skep 1205 / 1X / 2000 on the Revision of the Juklak and Juknis Association The Criminal Investigation Process has mentioned the implementation of reconstruction and what the reconstruction needs, the criminal law policy on reconstruction that is Indonesia must make revamping both substantial improvements namely improvements in terms of legislation - an invitation by establishing and drafting specific legislation concerning the investigative body in Indonesia.Keywords: Reconstruction, Killing, Banyumanik Polsek.

Abstract

In writing this journal background by the desire of the writer to know the legal protection of children born from marriage under the hands / sirri about the identity of children as it is known marriage under the hands / sirri not registered in the KUA in accordance with applicable law, even generally done secretly.The formulation of the problem / discussion in this journal is focused on (1) Position of Children Born of Marriage Below Hand / Marriage Sirri Regarding Child Identity. (2) Legal Protection Against Children Born of Marriage Below Hands according to the Constitutional Court's Decision (Mahkama Konstitusi). Abstract

This Research results that : a) The implementation of law enforcement in the field of food related to formalin noodles conducted by Central Java Police, based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 Year 2012 on Food, set forth in Article 132, Chapter XIV, on Investigation is described as follows: (1) In addition to the police officers of the Republic of Indonesia, certain civil servant officials whose scope of duties and responsibilities in the field of Food are given special powers as investigators to conduct investigations in criminal offenses in the field of Food in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations in the field of Criminal Procedure Law. (2) The civil servant investigator (3) The civil servant investigator as referred to in paragraph (1) shall inform the commencement of investigation to the police investigator officer of the Republic of Indonesia. (4) If the exercise of authority referred to in paragraph (2) requires arrest and detention measures, civil servant investigators shall coordinate with the police investigating officers of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of legislation. (5) The civil servant investigator as referred to in paragraph (1) shall submit the results of the investigation to the prosecutor through the police investigating officer of the Republic of Indonesia. (6) The appointment of civil servant investigation officers and procedures and investigation processes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. b) Obstacles from Witnesses: People who know about criminal events often avoid being made witnesses. Witnesses often ignore / evade an investigator's call for questioning. Thus from some of these constraints, especially in the investigation process conducted by Police Investigator of Central Java, the Investigator can handle it as follows: c) Perform performance professionally.
