Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply the 5P principle (party, purpose, payment, profitability, protection) in minimizing the risk of providing musyarakah mutanaqisah financing and find out whether or not the application of the 5P principle is effective in minimizing financing risk. This research uses a qualitative approach and by researching directly at PT. Bank NTB Syariah. This type of research data uses primary and secondary data types, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant came from the consumer finance division and risk management desk. The result of this study is the application of the 5P principle in minimizing the risk of providing musyarakah mutanaqisah financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah has been applied according to theories on every principle and has applied the precautionary principle as in Law No.21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 2 and Article 23 paragraphs (1) and (2), and Bank Indonesia Regulation No.14 of 2012 concerning Asset Quality Assessment of Commercial Banks, in Article 2 paragraphs (1) and (2). Then the effectiveness of the application of the 5P principle in 2019 to 2021 has been very effective in minimizing the risk of musyarakah mutanaqisah financing, this is based on the results of interviews and observations from Non-Performing Financing which is decreasing and the bank can achieve the Non Performing Financing target contained in the Bank's Business Plan in 2019 to 2021

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out how the form of the Experiental Marketing implementation strategy carried out by Bank Muamalat KCP Bone in increasing the number of customers (2) to find out and analyze the constraints of Bank Muamalat KCP Bone in increasing the number of customers through an Experiental Marketing approach and solutions to overcome these obstacles. This type of research is field research with qualitative research methods and descriptive approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed using data reduction methods, data presentation and inference. At Bank Muamalat KCP Bone, the form of strategy for implementing Experiental Marketing carried out in increasing prospective customers is by approaching emotionally to prospective customers/ customers, conducting ball pick-up services to prospective customers through the "Ayo Hijrah" program, product promotion through the Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) Application, building company branding through Sourvenir promotions, collaborating with students in the procurement of Islamic banking training and seminars and find out the background of potential customers. The obstacles that are usually faced are prospective customers who lack respect for the service/arrival of bank employees when providing information, in terms of corporate culture/ organizational culture, and lack of public understanding of Islamic banks. However, these obstacles can be overcome by always following the wishes of prospective customers by doing the best service, evaluating themselves in carrying out organizational culture, and aggressively conducting the "Ayo Hijrah" campaign to invite people to switch to a sharia-based economy.

Abstract

Stock value or stock price can be interpreted as a price that is created from the interaction of buyers and sellers stock, which based on their expectations for corporate profits. High value of the stock would make the company's value also high. There are several factor that affect the stock value, in this study only examined three variables, which are the Capital Structure, Profitability and Size Company. The study aims to determine the Capital Structure, Profitability and Size Company simultaneously and partially influence the stock value of Manufacture companies listed in Stock Exchange on period of 2016-2018. 36 companies was analyzed as the samples. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis using eviews program. The results showed that simultaneous Capital Structure, Profitability,size company influence on Stocks value. Capital Structureand and profitability partially affect the stock value, while size copany Policy does not affect the stock value. Suggestions for company management, must maintain the state of the company's capital structure and efficiently, so that company is able to perform an optimal capital structure.

Abstract

A bank is a financial institution whose main business is to raise funds, distribute funds, and provide services in payment traffic and money circulation. Islamic banking as an institution that collects and distributes funds has various types of businesses that offer various conveniences for the public to meet the needs of business capital, consumptive needs, future savings, and just meet entertainment needs. Mechanism is a process of carrying out an activity carried out by a person or several people using orders and rules as well as the flow of communication and division of tasks in accordance with professionalism. This study aims to find out how the mechanism for opening and closing savings accounts in early childhood in Islamic banks, and to find out how savings law in early childhood is in an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the purpose of the study, this research is a type of qualitative research using a grounded theory approach. This technique is used to describe the data that researchers collect, both data from interviews, observations and documentation during research at "PT. Bank Muamalat Bone Regency". The results of this study show that the mechanism for opening and closing accounts in early childhood savings is on the condition that the identity of the child who wants to open a savings account must already have a birth certificate and have been recorded in the family card, and the contract system used in this savings is to use a wadiah contract in the form of a entrustment

Abstract

This study discusses the strategy of developing sharia financing products for savings and loans cooperatives on sharia financing towards increasing competitiveness (KSPPS). KSPPS in performing its function is to collect, manage and distribute and distribute funds. The method used in this study is qualitative research as for the influence in the background with interview and documentation methods. The results of this study show that, the Sharia financing product system with a mudhārabah contract at the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative, the existing financing is financing used to help the community which is carried out in the form of deposits and loans by making contracts in accordance with sharia principles. The level of competitiveness in the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative must be gradual, meaning that the increase in competitiveness begins with efforts to win the competition. To find out the various conditions of competitiveness of cooperatives, a form of continuous development is needed, in order to improve the standard of living for cooperatives in the community. the strategy of increasing competitiveness in the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative is through approaches, services and strategies for members of the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative by conducting its payment system via online, namely through an application (member) and it does not stop there also the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative teaches its members how to manage the money lent to members and assist in the business process.
