Abstract

Di Indonesia banyak memiliki keindahan alam maupun bangunan bersejarah yang bisa di manfaatkan untuk objek wisata sebagai sektor ekonomi yang ada di setiap daerah, sehingga bisa menarik wisatawan dalam mengunjunginya. Pariwisata dapat dijadikan upaya perlindungan terhadap aset-aset bersejarah bagi negara. Hal ini menjadikan Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang memiliki potensi wisata di berbagai ragam, mulai dari wisata alam, wisata sosial dan wisata budaya. Pariwisata di era sekarang tidak hanya dimaknai sekadar jalan-jalan semata, tetapi sebagai sektor pariwisata dalam suatu Negara akan mendorong perkembangan ekonomi.

Abstract

Termination of employment often triggers industrial relations conflicts between workers and employers, conflicts between the two parties occur because of disputes over the amount of proper severance pay, long service pay, compensation money and so on. As stated in the Minister of Manpower Regulation number 14 of 2020 concerning guidelines for providing government assistance in the form of salary/wages subsidies, Article 1 paragraph (3) which states "salary/wages are the rights of workers/laborers who are received and expressed in the form of money as compensation from the employer or employer to workers/laborers who are determined and paid according to a work agreement, agreement or statutory regulations, including allowances for workers/laborers and their families for a work and/or service that has been performed” with the existence of statutory regulations life is organized and regulated justice and legal certainty are distributed, and crimes and violations are dealt with. Abstract

One aspect that does not escape the reach of the development of technology and information systems is the aspect of government. Where at this time the government is required to be able to run the government system manually and digitally based on technology. One of the actions taken by the government to answer these challenges is to use the implementation of the E-Government system in every government agency or organization. The implementation of E-Government in every government organization is intended so that every official government agency is able to provide effective and efficient public services to the general public, especially being able to provide time and cost efficiency in the process of providing services to the public.

Abstract

The Drug Clean Village Program (Bersinar) is a program that implements advocacy and dissemination activities. Advocacy here is to provide understanding to the public about the adverse effects of narcotics abuse through outreach in the community. This activity was carried out by a team of Field Line officers as described above and also involved important figures as resource persons, such as the BNNK and the Police. The targets and objectives of this activity are all elements in the village, both for the village community and village officials. Continuing the Dissemination activity, this activity contains coaching and empowerment activities for the Village community. This activity is carried out by a team of Recovery Agents. The targets of this activity are victims of narcotics abuse who have attended community-based rehabilitation and/or recovery services, youth and families who have problems with drug use disorders in one of their members.

Abstract

Agencies engaged in the field of public services under the government, especially in paying taxes, should provide good performance and service, so as to provide good organizational effectiveness as well, bearing in mind that taxes are one of the major revenues of the State. Where, if the government improves services in paying taxes, it will increase public interest in paying taxes.
