Abstract

This study aims to develop an application for improving HR efficiency by applying the concept of web-based and SMS Gateway Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The study is used as a tool to help in providing information to the general public and patients, especially those with Tuberculosis in the Community Centre for Lung Health (BKPM) of Klaten Regency. The CRM system in BKPM Klaten is used to efficiently manage patients and all health information. This application will provide information including medical check-up timing and manage appointments with patients more effectively to improve medical staffs’ schedule efficiency. The patients’ notification method is using SMS Gateway (Short Message Service). This research implemented a survey and an interview to the agency and analyze the system that was running in BKPM Klaten as its research method. The development of this system uses both Data Flow Diagrams (DAD) and Relationship Between Tables methods. The application is expected to improve the efficiency of human resources management in BKPM Klaten in doing its job of providing information to the public, arranging required reports, and specifically for the patients, impacting on increasing the customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. This system can also make it easier for BKPM to interact directly with patients using an SMS gateway.

Abstract

The development of computer networks is so fast along with technological developments. IPv6 is a new type of IP addressing as a successor to the IPv4 type. This study uses the type of network configuration using IPv6.The application of IPv6 in this computer network configuration is to prove that IPv6 can be used to replace IPv4 in building computer networks. The method used in this research is to conduct a trial with one of the computer network simulation software, namely Cisco Packet Tracer from a network topology that has been designed. This research was carried out through 5 stages as follows: making network design, analysis of network device requirements, conceptual analysis of configuration requirements, software network configuration and network connectivity tests. IPv6 can be used to build networks from the simplest to complex networks including LAN networks. The test results of the two network topology experiments made can be configured using IPv6 and it is proven that all computers connected to the network are all connected (100%) after the connectivity test using the ping utility. IPv6 is recommended to be used along with the increasing use of telecommunications equipment that requires an internet connection.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a collection of opinions that studies opinions about something like an issue, product, event or topic. In deciding to choose cryptocurrency, the majority of Indonesian people tend to only read the latest reviews about cryptocurrencies and even a few will lead to wrong conclusions. To analyze cryptocurrency sentiment easily and quickly, a sentiment analysis system with a convenient and easy-to-use interface is required. The application to analyze this sentiment is web-based which is made using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) framework by applying the MVC (Model View Controller) concept. This application can import data in CSV format which is then processed into an application using the nave Bayes algorithm in the sentiment classification process which is then evaluated by the confusion matrix method. The reviews are taken from social media twitter and it is hoped that this application will be able to provide classification information accurately, precisely and reliably.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the measurement of service levels and user satisfaction of theLearning Management System of SMK Negeri 2 Kuripan using the WebQual 4.0 method. To find outand identify the significant influence of the Learning Management System service quality on service qualityand user satisfaction with perceptions measured using the variables approach in WebQual 4.0.This study uses the Learning Management System website object at SMK Negeri 2 Kuripanwith the www.smkn2kuripan.id page, with a sample of 204 respondents, namely teachers and students.the method used to evaluate the calculation of perception with the WebQual approach and variables aswell as the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis and science. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant and insignificantrelationship between the variables of website service quality. level of satisfaction. and intensity of use thatform the conceptual model of the study. So to improve service quality and user satisfaction. it is necessaryto maintain consistency in service performance by conducting periodic evaluations and perceptualinteractions with users. And what needs to be considered is related to the ease of Usability. InformationQuality. and Service Interaction Quality on the website. The results of the research are expected to helpthe website manager of SMK Negeri 2 Kuripan to evaluate improvements and develop service qualityimprovements based on user responses/perceptions in accordance with the expectations of users of SMKNegeri 2 Kuripan.

Abstract

The process of selecting new teacher recruitment at Tk Waladu Sholihun generally still uses a manual system, where the determination is based on an assessment of 5 missing criteria, using a computerized system, resulting in inaccurate or less maximal problems arising by the school and in selecting recruitment new teacher.The system that will be used to perform analysis and research is using the TOPSIS method. The criteria used in determining decision making are work experience, ability test, interview test, latest education, age. The Decision Support System determines the acceptance of this new teacher based on the desktop using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database as data storage.This system produces the best choice of teacher selection from the alternative options produced. The final result of the TOPSIS method produces the best alternative choice that is determined. This system makes the process of determining the selection of new teacher recruitment computerized

Abstract

This study was made based on the body's requirements matching, because during this banya land cultivation cases that do not fit resulting in crop failures or even crop failure. The data used agricultural plant data consisting of rice, corn, soybeans and wheat. The right decision related to tersebuat is one of the determining factors in improving the agricultural sector. Determination of the appropriate plant based agriculture through three criteria: soil, climate and topography. Climate criteria has 4 sub-criteria which consists of precipitation, temperature, pH, and the intensity of the irradiation. This study shows how a decision support system profile matching can emberika recommendations on priorities for the agricultural crops of the land. In a profile matching methods are steps include finding the difference / gap, gap weighting, determine and calculate the value of core and secondary factor, calculate totals and calculates the ranking of land as a result. Interpolation calculations are also used in this system, which is to help find the value for the data used in the form of intervals. Interpolation is also used to help locate the weight values ​​gap gapnya values ​​in decimal form. From the results of this study demonstrate the benefits of the profile matching method as a model for decision support system that can help fatherly determine the appropriate agricultural crops occur ring on one particular area.
