Abstract

Arduino is an open-source based microcontroller derived by wiring platform that has its own programming language and is designed to facilitate the designer of electronic devices in various fields. The main component is a microcontroller chip with AVR type from Atmel company.In the world of intelligent system electronics are widely used microcontroller devices, both as controls, displays, sensor readings and data processing. Now, there is a type of microcontroller that is easy to use and quickly mastered the Arduino. There are various types of arduino in terms of size, function and the complexity of its function. By understanding the basic principles of microcontroller work in its application on arduino, the design of electronic equipment can be easily realized.

Abstract

Rapid development times on eraglobalisasi currently, has demanded a man to always be inspired and give new ideas in developing appropriate and advanced technology, which can help human beings in ease in carrying out daily activities such as water activity, batam city is one of the industrial cities also have growing land that has been widely used by some people who choose to open businesses in the farming activities in the form of greenhouse, but due to too much a flurry led to a lack of time and lack of cost in hiring another person to replace such activities. so with the existence of these problems made an automatic plant watering tools (smart green house) with the arduino which is already designed back by leveraging application telegram as a means of controlling from a distance, after a testing on prototype watering plants automatically, it can be seen that each of the components used are already working in accordance with the order in which they had already determined by the percentage of success amounting to 90%. and the results obtained at the time when the appliance is turned on the wifi module nodemcu will be directly connected to the wifi signal already inputed into the arduino ide, and soil sensors will detect the status of the land that has been rapid thrusting with the soil sensors and then submit the application to the soil status conditions telegram as an indication to receive the next command.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to realize an Android-based human health condition monitoring tool, to combine Pulse sensors, DS18B20 temperature sensors and sound sensors as a tool for monitoring Android-based human health conditions, to provide new alternatives for the procurement of more health monitoring tools. cheap. The objects to be measured are 3 indicators, namely measurement of heart rate, body temperature, and breathing which input data through DS18B20 temperature sensor, Pulse sensor, Sound sensor. For measurement of heart rate and respiration measurements are carried out for 1 minute. The measurement results will be displayed on the LCD then the measurement data will be sent to the Android application via Bluetooth HC-05. The results of the study through later measurements were compared with manual measurements and using a thermometer for measuring body temperature. Based on the research data it can be concluded that all the circuits are going well, there are small differences between the measurement results manually or with a thermometer with measurements using research tools, the percentage of temperature sensor error DS18B20 0.33%, Pulse sensor 2.46%, Sound sensor 4.84% so that this tool can be a measuring tool for health monitoring. This tool is expected to be further developed by combining other health indicators.

Abstract

The distribution of waterwhichis limited to certain hours, repairs andmaintenanceof water distribution pipescan causethe flowof water flowing fromthe company managing the water to housing to be disrupted, this results in disruption of activities that require clean water. The design of filling an automatic water storage drum using an Arduino microcontroller, a water sensor, a solenoid valve, and an LCD is expected to help in the design of automatic water drumfilling andcan help in storingwaterautomatically. In the designof anautomatic drum water storage device that has been made obtained the results of the success of the tool is 92%. With a success value of 92% it is expected that the design of this tool can help overcome the problem of the availability of clean water.

Abstract

Forest is a gift from the Almighty God that we have to preserve, forests are very useful in the survival of humans, but due to human activity itself can damage forests such as cutting down trees wildly and burning forests to make land. The most forest fires occur from year to year, namely Indonesia resulting from forest fires will have a lot of negative impacts that occur on all living things. Therefore a forest fire detection system is needed to minimize forest fires. In this study the authors made a forest fire detection system using an Arduino-based microcontroller. The tools used are in the form of Arduino uno, Arduino mega 2560, fire sensor, MQ-7 smoke sensor and sim 800l module this tool is made so that the fire does not spread and expand. the workings of this system are when the fire and smoke sensors detect fire and smoke in the forest location, the data will be processed and directly the forested sim800l module sends sms to the sim800l module located in the office according to the number specified and the data received will produce output in the form of sirens from the buzzer, marker lights, and LCD as a description of the location of the fire. From the results of all testing tools that are made to work as expected. It can be concluded that each sensor has the maximum distance to detect smoke and fire, the sim800l module sends a message in 10 seconds, and the sound of the siren on the buzzer will live according to the conditions specified.
