Abstract

In the restaurant sector, the consumer's decision to purchase plays a crucial role in a company's existence, particularly for Mcdonald’s, as it directly affects profitability. The objective of this study is to examine the effects of brand image (X1), promotion (X2), and price perception (X3) as predictor variables on the purchase decisions (Y) made at Mcdonald’s Grand Wisata Tambun. This research adopts a quantitative research design based on surveys and employs an accidental sampling method, with a sample size of 100 individuals who have previously made purchases at Mcdonald’s Grand Wisata Tambun. Multiple regression analysis is employed to analyze the data acquired from the participants, and the primary data is directly gathered from the respondents. Research findings show that, independent variables affect purchase decision simultaneously at Grand Wisata Tambun. However, partially brand image, promotion, and price perception affect significantly purchase decision at Mcdonald’s Grand Wisata Tambun.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of product quality, price perception and store atmosphere on Paris Baguette customer satisfaction. The population in this study are customers who buy at Paris Baguette PIM 3 during the January-March period. For the data collection technique used is the survey method by distributing questionnaires, using a sample of 200 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS using Smart-PLS 3 software to process data. The results showed that product quality had no effect on customer satisfaction, but other variables namely perception of price and store atmosphere showed  significant  and positive effect, effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how product quality, promotion, and price perceptions impact customer satisfaction at de' MARGO Restaurant in The Margo Hotel Depok. The research was conducted during February to March 2023, and a quantitative method using primary data was employed. The sample consisted of 100 respondents, selected randomly through an accidental sampling method, who had purchased products from the restaurant. Only customers who had visited the restaurant at least twice were included in the data collection process, which involved filling out a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the collected data were assessed through tests. IBM SPSS 26 software was used to perform multiple linear regression analysis, along with correlation coefficient and determination analysis. The results indicate that product quality has a partial impact on customer satisfaction, whereas promotion and price perceptions do not have a partial impact. However, when considered collectively, product quality, promotion, and price perceptions do have an influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Increasingly competitive competition, Kopi Kenangan cafes must innovate to keep up with the times. In the case of Kopi Kenangan Cipayung, the decisions made by customers regarding purchases can affect the company's profits, so it is very important for business. This study aims to discuss the impact on brand image (X1), price perception (X2), and location (X3) as intervening variables on purchasing decisions (Y) at Kopi Kenangan Cipayung. This study uses anti-survey arguments. The accidental sampling method was used to collect (n=100) individuals who had purchased Kenangan Cipayung coffee. Primary data collected directly from the respondents is used to analyze multiple regression analysis. Based on research findings, purchasing decisions on Kopi Kenangan Cipayung are influenced by Brand Image. It is underlined that the perception of price and location has an impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the impact of Product Quality and Price Perception on Promotion and Purchase Decisions, both directly and indirectly in the culinary business context. A sample of 100 respondents. With research methods using questionnaires in collecting data obtained from survey results. This method uses quantitative methoes using Path Analysis. The results of this study show the direct influence of product quality, price perception and promotion variables on purchasing decision variables. The indirect influence of variable product quality and price perception affects purchase decisions through promotions.

Abstract

A This study aims to analyze whether Product Quality, Price, and Advertising have an effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie Brand Instant Noodles. The number of samples used in this study was 100 from the population who had purchased indomie brand instant noodles in the ASAINDO environment. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The author uses multiple linear regression analysis methods using the Statistical Package for the Social Science version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Era globalisasi saat ini sukar ditemukan suatu desa dengan penduduk masyarakat adat yang berdasarkan asas keturunan geneologis atau semarga di satu ruang geografis. Dominan suatu desa, penduduk masyarakatnya beridentitas multietnis atau multimarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketahanan suatu masyarakat komunal dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan strategi ketahanan sosial kekeluargaan di Desa Huta Bargot. Data diperoleh menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan tindakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data ialah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta triangualasi yang digunakan ialah triangulasi sumber. Terjadinya ketahanan masyarakat adat marga Pulungan ini ialah secara alamiah dan terlaksana turun-temurun hingga saat ini. Masyarakat marga Pulungan tidak menghambat kelompok-kelompok marga lain untuk menjadikan Desa Huta Bargot sebagai tempat bermukim tetap dalam menjalankan aktivitas kehidupan sosial bersama kelompok marga Pulungan, namun dominan kelompok dari marga lain yang mencoba bergabung tidak bertahan lama bermukim, karena adanya kepaduan dan persatuan kelompok marga Pulungan dalam menjaga keharmonisan hubungan kekeluargaan bersama serta sumber ekonomi yang tidak mumpuni bagi kelompok pendatang marga lain sehingga menjadikan Desa Huta Bargot sebagai desa yang dihuni oleh anggota keluarga hubungan semarga dan sedarah.

Abstract

Intimasi adalah aspek sosial-emosi dari tahapan dewasa awal yang menjadi salah satu tugas perkembangan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi intimasi antara tokoh Fatih dan Fana di dalam karya sastra. Karya yang menjadi objek material dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah novel bertema romansa dewasa awal berjudul Egosentris karya Syahid Muhammad. Masalah di dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk intimasi yang terjalin antara tokoh Fatih dan Fana di dalam novel tersebut, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses terjadinya intimasi beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intimasi antara tokoh Fatih dan Fana. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra dengan teori perkembangan psikososial oleh Erik Erikson yaitu teori intimasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah kutipan-kutipan di dalam novel tersebut. Temuan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Fatih dan Fana menunjukan adanya intimasi di tahap perkembangan dewasa awal yang sedang mereka jalani yang ditunjukan dengan adanya communication, self-disclosure dan commitment yang timbul dari proses perkenalan, kecocokan pribadi, saling terbuka dan penyesuaian diri yang terjadi antara Fatih dan Fana meskipun mereka tidak dalam hubungan pacaran yang resmi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat peningkatan kinerja kosa kata siswa. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji t dependen. Survei cross-sectional diadaptasi dari model ACRS-V. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada siswa Kelas 4 dari sebuah sekolah dasar nasional di Negeri Pekanbaru yang menggunakan silabus Kurikulum Merdeka dengan mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk Sekolah Dasar . Temuan menunjukkan tingkat Kepuasan, Perhatian, Relevansi, Keyakinan, dan Kemauan yang moderat. Selain itu, uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada skor kosakata siswa setelah menggunakan WordWall (WOW) sebagai materi tambahan pembelajaran kosakata. Ukuran efek yang ditunjukkan juga lebih besar dalam kaitannya dengan pengaruhnya dalam ilmu perilaku. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting sebagai panduan bagi guru bahasa Inggris sekolah dasar di Repertoar kosakata bahasa Inggris. mengintegrasikan game online sebagai sarana pembelajaran pembelajaran bahasa Inggris khususnya dalam mengembangkan kemampuan siswa

Abstract

This research aims to determine employee performance and productivity in the Employee Performance Analysis in Increasing Productivity in the Yoyakarta City Waste Water Channel Management Technical Implementation Unit; To find out efforts to increase employee productivity in the Employee Performance Analysis in Increasing Productivity in the Yoyakarta City Waste Water Channel Management Technical Implementation Unit; and To determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for employee performance in the Employee Performance Analysis in Increasing Productivity in the Yoyakarta City Waste Water Channel Management Technical Implementation Unit. The data collection method was carried out by means of field research consisting of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative analysis. From the research results it is known that employee competence in improving performance in Employee Performance Analysis in Increasing Productivity in the Yoyakarta City Waste Water Channel Management Technical Implementation Unit has increased based on the concepts of good performance, namely productivity, responsibility and discipline in accordance with applicable regulations. Based on the research results, it was concluded that employee productivity. Employee Performance Analysis in Increasing Productivity in the Yoyakarta City Waste Water Channel Management Technical Implementation Unit increased based on good performance concepts.
