Abstract

The Islamic economy and finance in Indonesia, which is increasingly developing in a positive direction, is an encouraging matter for the majority of Indonesian people who are Muslim. Conventional economic activities that have been developing have contained elements of speculation and the existence of an interest system that is considered to suffocate the public, including in capital market activities. The development of the capital market in Indonesia currently has a special attraction for investors. However, to be able to invest directly, there are several obstacles faced by investors such as limited knowledge, information and time. One alternative investment instrument that can be a solution to these constraints is Mutual Funds. Islamic mutual funds exist to complement the diversity of existing conventional mutual funds to be an investment choice for investors, not only Muslim investors but investors in general. Islamic mutual funds in Indonesia from 2010-2019 continued to increase both in quality and quantity. However, the development of sharia mutual funds also faces challenges, namely the challenges of applying the sharia principle itself which must be maintained so that sharia mutual funds continue to run in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Services of PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon, To find out the Customer Loyalty of PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon, and to determine the effect of Marketing Services on Customer Loyalty at PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon. The population in this study was 3,152 loan customers. The sampling technique uses a simple random technique with a sample of 100 customers. The results showed that there was a strong and significant positive effect between Marketing Services on Customer Loyalty of PT. BPR Cahaya Fajar Cirebon. Partial test results (t test) note that the independent variable Marketing Services has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable because both variables have a Sig value of 0.05,

Abstract

Money waqf is an elegant innovation with productive and innovative management so that cash waqf can be collaborated with fintech which refers to the internet platform, namely crowdfunding using al-qard financing contracts to create capital for the community in micro-businesses, this will stimulate and educate the public and create prosperity in in all fields, especially socio-economic, that way the community will recognize the potential and use the potential productively and communicatively. This research is a qualitative descriptive which will describe the public still lacking education about cash waqf which can be used as capital for micro businesses.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The methods used are documentation and interview methods. The analysis carried out is that the data is obtained, collected, processed, analyzed, adjusted between the concept and application of the Murabahah financing control system at the BPRS, interpretation and review then conclusions are drawn. In addition, this research also conducts a SWOT analysis on Murabahah Financing, then the authors make a strategy design in order to increase Murabahah Financing in managing the distribution of financing to BPRS. The results showed that the existing control activities at the BPRS were not guided by written controls but were based on directions and directives from the board of directors or commissioners. The control system is reflected in the organizational structure of the financing, financing systems and procedures, and efforts at guidance and supervision. The objective of the financing control carried out by the BPRS is to manage existing financing so that it remains smooth and productive. Based on the SWOT analysis of Murabahah Financing, when viewed from the SWOT, it is found that the SO, ST, WO, WT strategies, the need to build relationships with other parties and perform symmetric information about the advantages of buying and selling products. Adjusting products with competitors' products, so that they can serve customers effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In the business world, service is a thing that greatly affects success, with service, consumers will get many benefits. To get the maximum profit, customer satisfaction really needs to be considered carefully given the very competitive business conditions. Because human needs tend to be the same while the providers of needs are not only one, this triggers competition. So the main priority that must be considered in assessing the importance of company service quality is the extent to which the service can create the maximum possible level of satisfaction for consumers. This study uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. On the indicators of good waiters' attitude, it is shown that they do not force customers to buy unwanted goods, then the attention indicator is asking for news and not speaking in a loud tone, the indicators of good appearance are seen in a very clean and comfortable shop and the indicators of responsibility are seen from good quality goods and never make customers wait. The data from this observation and interview research aims to provide a firm statement on store services, the results of documentation show that good service and facilities make customers feel satisfied, with results that are considered sufficient based on the collection of observation data, interviews, and documentation showing that service has an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

With the high growth expectations of the creative economy sector, we are faced with the challenge of being able to stimulate the creation of forms of creativity that have higher value. Various economic problems such as poverty and low quality of human resources and the level of competition in the labor market, education. This kind of condition indicates that the level of community education in Merbo Village is still low, which in the end also impacts on the low human resources in Merbo Village, causing the community in the village to be unable to live in prosperity and develop. As increasing natural resources is realizing the many potentials in Merbo Village to be developed into something more valuable and economically valuable, community groups who are members of the organization. The efforts of the Village government and Human Resources directly provide good conditions to improve the quality and capacity of the community in creating and assisting the development of Village development. This research is a qualitative descriptive which will describe the low human resources in Merbo Village, Mataram Baru.

Abstract

Advances in technology and communication have changed the mindset of a person, especially the Islamic community in the use of online media. This is marked by the increasing number of sellers and consumers in online transactions, starting from offering goods to marketing to making transactions. Indonesia has the potential to develop e-commerce transactions. However, Indonesia is the most populous Muslim country in the world, so that we cannot forget the provisions of Islamic law in terms of trade. Considering that E-Commerce is carried out via computers and networks, there are several conditions that must be investigated further to ensure the validity of transactions. First, there must be a clear description of the product being traded. Second, both parties must receive a message to obtain confirmation of the agreement (including the contract). Third, there must be continuity in these communications, either through messages or consultations between the seller and the buyer. Overall, E-Commerce does not conflict with Islamic law as long as it fulfills the things contained in a contract according to Islamic binding law.
