Abstract

Abstract: Cases of bullying in Indonesia ranks first, namely as much as 34%. The existence of bullying seems to be underestimated, so maybe only a few are aware of the dangers of the existence of bullying. The danger of bullying can result in a lack of confidence or even loss of life. One of the factors that cause bullying behavior is parenting factors. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting and bullying behavior in adolescents aged 13-18 years in Kp.Jegang RW 001 Bojongmangu Village. Research Methods: The method used in this research is quantitative research, which is analytic with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling with a total of 94 teenagers in 2022. Research Results: The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and bullying behavior in adolescents aged 13-18 years in Kp.Jegang RW 001 Bojongmangu Village with the results chi-square P-Value (0.00) < a (0.05). The majority of poor parenting has as many as 52 respondents (55.3%) and no bullying behavior as many as 52 respondents (55.3%). Conclusion: The results of research analysts that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and bullying behavior in adolescents aged 13-18 years in Kp.Jegang RW 001 Bojongmangu Village.

Abstract

The flow of globalization that cannot be separated from human life at this time which greatly affects daily life, one of which is communication. Communication is the provision of infomation, news, or interaction carried out by two or more people in the hope that there will be feedback given after listening to the information. The communication tool that can be used in this case is using therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication can not only be done by nurses but parents to see  the lenght of time using gadgets that occur in children. Gadgets is a telecomunications medium taht has ad small form that is easy to carry and is widely used today. This is clear evidence of the development of science and tacholog (science technology) at this time, gadgets are able to influence humans both in terms of mindset and behavior. Abstract

Background: Menstrual disorders are a problem that many women face. (WHO) stated in 2015 that the problem of adolescents worldwide   is   menstrual   disorders   (38.45%).   In   Indonesia, according to 2013 Riskesdas data,  the percentage of menstrual irregularities at the age of 10-29 years is 16.4%. 51% of adolescent girls cited academic stress as the cause of their menstrual cycle irregularities. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between academic stress levels and menstrual disorders in class IX girls at SMP Negeri 1 Compreng in 2022. Research Methods: This research method is a quantitative type that is analytic with cross sectional. The population of this study was class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Compreng using the Probability Sampling technique with the type of Simple Random Sampling. Research Results: Univariate analysis showed that most of the young women experienced severe stress 78 respondents (73.6%). Experiencing severe menstrual disorders 86 respondents (81.1%). Bivariate analysis showed that most of the young women experienced severe academic stress levels with severe menstrual disorders 71 respondents (67.0%) statistical test results using chi-square obtained p-value of 0.00 <0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of academic stress with menstrual disorders in adolescent girls in grade IX at SMP Negeri 1 Compreng in 2022.

Abstract

Motivation is an impulse from within students to improve their performance and fulfill their needs. One of the basic nursing skills that must be mastered by nursing students is therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication is a consciously planned communication with its goals and activities focused on healing the patient. There are still many nursing students in taking action the nurse does not introduce themselves first, when measuring vital signs the nurse does not ask the patient's identity first, in administering medication the nurse does not explain what drug will be given to the patient, unless the patient asks. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and the application of therapeutic communication by nursing students at STIKes Medistra Indonesia in 2022. The research used is quantitative with cross sectional. The population is 8th semester nursing students of STIKes Medistra Indonesia in 2022 totaling 131 students. Data collection technique using simple random sampling. It was found that with a significant level of 95% or a value of 5% (0.05) the p value (0.004) < value (0.05). Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology in this era brings many changes from all walks of life, the most prominent development in this era is the internet. At this time the internet is not only used to meet information needs, but also for things that are entertainment, one of the entertainment on the internet is online games. Online games are electronic and visual games that can be played by many players at once using the internet. Playing online games excessively can lead to lack of sleep, disturbed sleep patterns, poor sleep quality and lead to mental health problems. Playing too much online games can make a teenager addicted.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between addiction to playing online games with adolescent sleep quality in RT 002 Kp.Pengarengan Central Kaliabang. The research method used is quantitative with cross-sectional analytic research. The population in this study of late teens amounted to 60 respondents. Data collection technique using simple random. The results showed that the chi square test results p-value (0.000) < (0.05) there was a relationship between Online Game Addiction and Sleep Quality in Teenagers in RT 002 Kp.Pengarengan Central Kaliabang.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that is the most important health problem in Indonesia because of its high prevalence. Management of hypertension can be done by undergoing adherence to a low-salt diet. One of the factors that influence the success of a low-salt diet is the presence of family support. This study aims to determine the family support with adherence to a low-salt diet in people with hypertension at Way Panji Public Health Center, in 2022. The research method used is quantitative with cross-sectional analytic research. The population in this study were people with hypertension 20-70 years old at Way Panji Public Health Center totaling 90 people. The data collection technique used type of simple random sampling based on the inclusion criteria and obtained the number of samples as many as 73 respondents. The results showed that with a significant level of 95% or α value of 5% (0,05) the results of the Chi Square obtained p-value (0,000) < α (0,05). This show that H0 is rejected. The conclusion of the study is a the family support with adherence to a low-salt diet in people with hypertension at Way Panji Public Health Center in 2022.

Abstract

Nursing communication is the basis and key for a nurse in carrying out nursing care. Communication carried out by nurses serves to listen to patient complaints and can explain the planned nursing action procedures. Nurses are required to be able to communicate well with patients. If it is not applied, it will interfere with the therapeutic relationship which will have an impact on the quality of nurse service quality. Research objective to find out the relationship between the application of therapeutic communication with the quality of nurse services at the Pratama Restu Pirnawat Clinic, Way Panji Lampung Selatan District in 2022. Research the method used by researchers is quantitative. The design in this study used observational analytic using a cross sectional approach. Research result It was found that the p-value is (0.00) < (0.05). This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between the application of therapeutic communication with the quality of nurse services at the Pratama Restu Pirnawat Clinic, Way Panji Lampuung Selatan District in 2022.
