.This research aims to investigate the procedures for servicing and issuing birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registry Service of East Aceh Regency. Descriptive research methods are used to describe and analyze the population administration process. The research population involved Department officials and the community who administer birth certificates, with samples selected purposively. Interviews and document analysis were used as data collection techniques. The research results show that there are two ways to process a birth certificate, namely directly at the Department office and through online services. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital expenditure on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Using panel data from 30 provinces during the 2007-2015 period. To sharpen the analysis, we divided the provinces into three groups, namely the western region, the central region, and the eastern region. The analysis model used is panel regression with a fixed effect approach. Using 95% confidence, our research provides empirical evidence that capital expenditure can significantly reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia's western and central regions, whereas for the eastern region, this expenditure does not significantly reduce unemployment

Abstract

The number of university graduates in Indonesia is increasing every year but it is not proportional to the number of available jobs so it has an impact on increasing educated unemployment. One of the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate among the educated is by cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in students. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (UU P2SK) on the Indonesian financial sector. By focusing on the effectiveness of the P2SK Law and its role in overcoming economic challenges and encouraging financial inclusion, this research uses a holistic approach with descriptive analysis, econometrics and case studies. The P2SK Law brings significant changes in the regulation and structure of the financial sector, especially in digital financial services and consumer protection. Econometric analysis shows increasing investor confidence, while financial sector innovation and financial access require further monitoring. A case study in Aceh Province highlights the positive impact of the P2SK Law, but factors such as infrastructure and financial literacy influence its implementation. Policy recommendations include improving infrastructure and increasing financial literacy to increase the impact of the P2SK Law. The results can provide insight for policy makers and financial practitioners to push Indonesia's financial sector towards greater inclusiveness and sustainability
