<![CDATA[This study discusses Teacher Professional Competence in Improving Technology-Based SKI Learning at Madrasah Ibdtidaiyah Kondangjaya. With the aim of describing and analyzing factors inhibiting teacher competence in improving SKI learning at the Kondangjaya Ibdtidaiyah madrasah. The approach used is a qualitative-descriptive approach. The method used in this research uses literature and field study methods. The results of this research show that teachers' professional competence cannot improve SKI learning at the Kondangjaya Ibdtidaiyah madrasah due to the lack of supporting factors from school principals such as holding training and attending educational seminars that can develop teacher competence in the teaching process. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the impact of students who are conditionally promoted to the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Huda, Mandalawangi Center. This research was carried out during for one month, starting on 24 July-23 August 2023. This research method uses qualitative methods, including observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this research, students who are promoted conditionally have an impact on the school, community, environment and especially have a negative impact on themselves. The solution from this research includes several parties, namely: Firstly, parents, parents must pay attention to their children's behavior and care about their children's education. Second, from the school side, the school must provide humanist services so that students are happy at school. If students are happy then the learning process will run conducively and the quality will increase. Not only that, the school also helped improve school discipline and order.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out during the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities of the Syekh Manshur Islamic College for the 2023 Academic Year. Starting from July 25 to August 24 2023 at MA Darul Huda, Mandalawangi Center. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection tools in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research aims to analyze teachers' professional abilities in the context of teaching in the classroom, including mastery of material, structure, concepts and scientific thinking patterns, mastery of competency standards and basic competencies, as well as creative development of material. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The research results show that teachers' professional abilities in teaching sociology are not yet ideal. It can be seen from the three aspects of teacher assessment that only one aspect is met, namely material mastery ability, structural ability, conceptual ability and scientific thinking ability. Teachers' ability to master competency standards and basic competencies is not yet optimal. The teacher assesses whether students must master basic competency and ability standards, including cognitive, psychomotor or affective abilities, which have been implemented, but the teacher has not implemented them in the classroom teaching process. The teacher's ability to develop material creatively and innovatively has been implemented but is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the minimal use of teaching methods, learning resources and learning media.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze several regulations related to marriage between people of different religions in Indonesia, especially based on the regulations of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Law No. 23 of 2006 concerning Administration and Supreme Court Circular No. 2 of 2023 concerning instructions for judges in order to adjudicate cases of applications for registration of marriages between people of different religions and beliefs. In addition, it is also to explain how the legal certainty of marriage between people is after the issuance of SEMA Number 2 of 2023. Research methods used by analyzing literature data qualitatively through legal and conceptual approaches on legal certainty of marriage between people of different religions. The results showed that Law No. 1 of 1974 as amended by Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage does not regulate firmly and clearly about interfaith marriage. Article 2 paragraph 1 of the regulation only states whether or not marriage is valid and not submitted based on the law of their respective religions and beliefs, Article 35 (a) of Law No. 23 of 2006 which is a reference for judges in determining marriage between people of different religions contrary to the marriage law, there is a discrepancy between the two regulations that causes uncertainty in the law of marriage between people of different religions in Indonesia. The issuance of SEMA No. 2 of 2023 provides fresh air in an effort to end the polemic of marriage between interfaith couples in Indonesiaso that there is certainty and similarity in the application of law related to cases of marriage registration applications carried out by couples of different religions, even though the problem of marriage between people of different religions has not ended because article 35 (a) of Law No. 23 of 2006 concerning Administration and its explanation is still valid today.]]>

This research uses qualitative methods, and the results found from this research are; there is still a lack of discipline between teachers and students, as well as a lack of facilities that support the learning process. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dapat menjamin pengelolaan yang efektif dan efisien dari semua sarana dan prasarana di SMA At-Ta’awun. Serta menyediakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang aman, nyaman, dan kondusif bagi siswa dan staf. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis metode deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberadaan variabel mandiri, baik hanya pada satu variabel atau lebih tanpa membuat perbandingan dan mencari hubungan variabel itu dengan variabel yang lain. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu proses kebijakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai serangkaian rencana program, aktivitas, aksi, keputusan, sikap, untuk bertindak oleh para pihak sebagai tahapan untuk penyelesaian berbagai masalah yang dihadap. Selain itu, pelaksanaan kebijakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA At-Ta'awun ini menggambarkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang optimal bagi siswa. Pemeliharaan rutin dan perbaikan yang dilakukan menunjukkan kesadaran akan pentingnya fasilitas sekolah dalam mendukung proses pendidikan. Selanjutnya, dampak kebijakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA At-Ta'awun dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, peningkatan prestasi siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif bagi pengembangan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan inklusi telah menjadi fokus utama dalam menghadapi tantangan inklusivitas di dunia pendidikan. Salah satu aspek yang menarik perhatian dalam konteks ini adalah implementasi pendidikan inklusi dengan pendekatan Agama Islam di Sekolah Khusus Al Karim Cikeudal Pandeglang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pendidikan inklusi diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai agama Islam di lingkungan pendidikan khusus ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus sebagai desain penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan para guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan materi ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Khusus Al Karim Cikeudal Pandeglang telah melakukan upaya nyata untuk menerapkan pendidikan inklusi dengan mengakomodasi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, terdapat integrasi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi melibatkan pengembangan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung keberhasilan siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, serta memastikan bahwa nilai-nilai agama Islam terintegrasi secara mendalam dalam pengalaman pendidikan mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang implementasi pendidikan inklusi yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai agama Islam di Sekolah Khusus Al Karim Cikeudal Pandeglang. Background factors include poor school administration, poor leadership role in developing the quality of education such as "facilities and infrastructure." Apart from that, a factor that is quite influential is the role of the principal's leadership. schools in improving the quality of education in schools. The researcher's aim is to determine the role of school principal leadership in improving the quality of education. To find out the results of the school principal's leadership role in improving the quality of education. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the leadership role of the principal at Mts Masyariqul Anwar is a central element in determining the success of the school and the principal's leadership is optimal, so that the principal has more time in the school environment. Improving the quality of the Principal at Mts Masyariqul Anwar pays attention to the members of his school, creating a vision and mission, preparing programs (prota, promes), implementing what has been prepared, and carrying out evaluations, and facilitating students' talents and interests with extracurricular activities and improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure. not yet optimal and many are obsolete, such as laboratories and science labs. <![CDATA[Majlis Ta'lim is very closely related to society where in a Majlis Ta'lim there will be social interaction between the speaker and the congregation, as well as between congregations. In the local community, the recitation is only attended by a group of women or mothers whose reception, especially enlightenment, is less than optimal and optimal. However, this did not happen at the Nurul Jannah ta'lim majlis in the Kelapa Dua Tangerang housing complex, which in fact is the biggest advantage of the presence of recitations with the teaching of Islamic education which is able to reflect the norms of good religious life in social life. This research method uses qualitative methods, including observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it is clear that the recitation of Islamic education has an impact on the community environment, the complex environment especially has an impact on the behavior of the women of the Majlis Ta'lim as parents, they must pay attention to their children's behavior and care about their children's education. Furthermore, the Majlis Ta'lim has provided humanist services through teachers or material providers so that the learning process will run conducively and the quality will increase. <![CDATA[This research aims to explore and analyze the historical development of Islamic culture in Indonesia today. The main focus of this research is to identify the transformation of Islamic culture, the role of Islam in everyday life, and the impact of globalization on the sustainability of Islamic culture in Indonesia. This research method involves analysis of historical documents, interviews with cultural figures, and observation of religious and cultural practices related to Islam. The research results show that Islamic culture in Indonesia today is experiencing complex dynamics. Globalization brings new influences in the form of technology, social media and lifestyle, which significantly influence the way Indonesian people understand and practice Islamic culture. On the one hand, there have been positive changes in religious interpretation and adaptation to local values. However, on the other hand, there are challenges such as moral decline, conflict of interpretations, and the loss of local cultural identity in the global flow. In this context, this research also highlights the important role of education in developing a correct understanding of Islamic culture, as well as facilitating intergenerational dialogue to maintain the continuity of cultural values. This research provides in-depth insight into the complexity of the dynamics of Islamic culture in Indonesia today, which can be the basis for public policy, educational institutions and society in building harmony and diversity in society.]]>
