Abstract

Introduction: The availability of clean water is very important, given the very dynamic activities of people's lives. Residents living in coastal areas and small islands such as the Thousand Islands will find it difficult to get clean water for household purposes. The purpose of this research is to study the analysis of clean water quality in the working area of the North Seribu Islands Health Center based on the Minister of Health Regulation Number 32 of 2017. Methods: The method used in this study was qualitative research and research conducted through interviews conducted by several informants and secondary data analysis. The triangulation informants in this study were: 3 people officers and 1 community member. The validity test or data validity used in qualitative research is called triangulation, the triangulation used is the triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. Sources of data were obtained from secondary data at Seribu Utara District Health Center in the form of annual reports, in-depth interviews with informants, and direct observation. Results: Based on the results of research for the level parameters of dissolved solids are still high and still exist in some places it feels salty as well as for other parameters that are normal such as turbidity, temperature, air temperature, odor, and PH are still floating normally. normal. Suggestions to check regularly the quality of sanitary hygiene water at least once every 6 months. Discussion: Parameters of solute levels were still high and were still present in some salty terraces and other parameters were still normal such as turbidity, temperature, air temperature, odor, and pH were still on the normal threshold.

Abstract

Introduction: Antenatal care is a service for individuals who are preventive care to prevent problems that are not good for both mother and fetus to go through labor healthily and safely. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between supervision, work motivation, and resources and the performance of midwives in Integrated ANC services at Cipeuyeum Health Center in 2019. Methods: This study used descriptive analytic methods using a cross-sectional approach. The statistical test uses the chi-square test. The population in the study amounted to 32 and the sample amounted to 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Results: The results showed that midwife performance in ANC services was good (56%), supervision was good (63%), resources were good (59%) and work motivation was good (53%). There is a significant relationship between supervision (P-value 0.017), resources (P-value 0.003), and work motivation (P-value 0.004) on the performance of midwives in ANC services at Cipeuyeum Health Center in Cianjur in 2019. Discussion: The performance of midwives in integrated ANC services is good, supervision is good, resources are good, and work motivation is good. So that there is a significant relationship between supervision, resources, work motivation on the performance of midwives in integrated ANC services at the Cipeuyeum Health Center, Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: Service quality refers to the level of perfection of health services in meeting the needs of each customer. So, the quality of health is to meet the needs and satisfying services, which if the service is satisfactory it will lead to a sense of satisfaction with the health that is held. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in obstetrics at RSDH Cianjur. Methods: This research is a quantitative type with an analytic nature with a cross-sectional study. The population in this study were obstetric inpatients at RSDH Cianjur. The sample in this study was 98 respondents. Researchers used the Chi-Square test. Results: Based on the research, it is known that most of the patients stated that they were satisfied as many as 60 people (61.2%) and most of the patients stated that the service quality was good as many as 51 people (52%). Statistical test results There is a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in obstetrics at RSDH Cianjur r with P-value = 0.009 and OR = 3.322. In conclusion, there is an effect of service quality on the satisfaction of obstetric inpatients at RSDH Cianjur. Discussion: There is an effect of service quality on the satisfaction of obstetric inpatients at RSDH Cianjur.

Abstract

Introduction: Umbilical cord care is an act of care and cleaning of the umbilical cord, and try to keep the umbilical cord in a dry and clean condition to prevent infection. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between attitudes, media counseling, and guidance on independent behavior of postpartum mothers in performing umbilical cord care at the Surade Health Center, Sukabumi Regency in 2021. Methods: The design of this study was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach. In this study, the population of postpartum mothers on the 7th to 9th day in August 2021 at the Surade Health Center was based on data on delivery plans in August 2021 as many as 72 people. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents using a total population sampling technique. Researchers used the Chi-Square test. Results: Based on the results of the statistical test, it is known that the attitude variable has a P-value of 0.000, the media counseling variable has a P value of 0.003 and the guidance variable has a P-value of 0.001. Discussion: There is a relationship between attitudes, counseling, and guidance on the independent behavior of postpartum mothers in umbilical cord care at the Surade Health Center, Sukabumi Regency in 2021. Suggestions for the Public Health Centre to socialize with the community, especially postpartum mothers regarding central care.

Abstract

Introduction: in adolescence, adolescents must be able to meet their physiological needs, one of which is the need for rest and sleep. Sleep patterns in adolescence usually have different sleep patterns because adolescents experience many changes that make adolescents reduce their sleep time. Coupled with the covid-19 pandemic, teenagers become anxious, making them experience fewer obstacles to social interaction. The covid-19 pandemic has also made schools and institutions replace online learning methods using gadgets. So that this can make adolescents more intense in using gadgets and this behavior can affect the quality of adolescent sleep. Apart from the use of nutritional gadgets, it can also be a factor that affects sleep quality. Methods: The research method used is a correlational method with a cross-sectional approach. The population used in this study were teenagers aged 13-15 years in MTS Salafiyah. The sample in this study was 67 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires and observation sheets that were already on the google form link. Results: Most of the respondents were 13 years old as many as 36 respondents (53.7%). female sex as many as 46 respondents (68.7%). the characteristics of respondents based on the type of activity carried out the most are those who access social media with a total of 46 people (68.7%). Spearman rank shows the value of using gadgets with a sleep quality of p = 0.012. While the body mass index value with sleep quality with a p-value = 0.038. Discussion: There is a relationship between the use of gadgets with sleep quality and body mass index with sleep quality in adolescents during the covid-19 pandemic at MTS Salafiyah Depok in 2020.
