Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Precadets Studieson the agility of the bodyon the prospectivecadets Academy of Engineering and Aviation Safety Makassar. The research was conducted on the campus ATKP Makassar. The method used in this study isa prospective observational study approach, to perform an agility examination with a sides tepping tester. Sampling is non random sampling technique by taking as aturated sample. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis by pairedt-testif data were normally distributed, theWilcoxon test the alternative is. The results showed that therate increaseagility by 63% after the implementation of P2ST. Significance test results showed that there P2Steffect the agilityof the body (p =0.002). It was concluded that the implementation of the Pre-Stud y Program cadets give effect to the increased agilityof the body on the prospectivecadets Academy of Engineering and Aviation Safety Makassar.

Abstract

Sejak kota Gorontalo tumbuh menjadi ibukota propinsi dan terpusatnya pembangunan di wilayah perkotaan menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri. Salah satu adalah banjir. Mengingat begitu besarnya dampaknya maka diperlukan penelitian untuk menghasilkan informasi tentang tingkat kerawanan banjir di Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian adalah mengkompilasi antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dipadukan dengan survey lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah daerah penelitian dapat dibagi kedalam 3 satuan geomorfologi yaitu satuang geomorfologi pedaran, bergelombang dan perbukitan bergelombang. Curah hujan rata-rata bulanan berkisar antara 61 - 169.58 mm/bulanan sedangkan curah hujan tahunan adalah 1.461 mm/tahun dengan tipe iklimnya adalah C - D. Geologi di bagi kedalam 3 satuan batuan yaitu dari tua ke muda adalah satuan batuan granit, breksi vulkanik dan alluvial, struktur geologi yang bekerja berarah barat laut-tenggara. Jenis tanah di daerah ini adalah lempung. Kedalaman muka air tanah berkisar antara 100 - 225 cm termasuk air tanah dangkal. Penggunaan lahan dapat di bagi 5 yaitu persawahan, pemukiman dan perkantoran, tegalan, pertambangan dan hutan jarang. Zonasi tingkat kerawanan banjir dapat di bagi 3 yaitu zona rawan tinggi, aona rawan rendah dan zona tidak rawan. Upaya mitigasi yang harus dilakukan adalah mengembalikan fungsi lahan sesuai peruntukannya

Abstract

Ant (Solenopsis invicta) has the small body, social life and discipline the highest, loyal to the rule, smart and creative. Even the ant has the small body but it could hit the people and it cause a bite has liquid and swallen because it has poison and produce the poison chemistry such as acid format. The ant has role in ecosystem to hole the amound soil and it coused to pick soil up. It could live together with another living organism, so it is avoided from extinction and energy cycle on one habitat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure Linoleic Acid and Linolenic Acid Level in Tofu and Fermented Soybean Cake through Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. This is a laboratory research that use tofu and fermented soybean cake from Telaga traditional market as the sample of research. Sample was extracted by using n-hexane to produce oil. Then, oil was hydrolyzed by using KOH liquid and H2SO4 as a catalyst to get the free fatty acid. Then, it was converted to metil ester by using CH3OH as a solvent and H2SO4 as a catalyst for the necessity of fatty acid analysis. This research used Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry to identify Linoleic Acid and Linolenic Acid Level in the sample. The analysis result shows that the biggest component of metil ester in tofu and soybean cake are dominated by metil linoleic (metil 9.12-octadekadienoat) with percentage 55.25% and 27.08% for each. Mean, the linolenic acid in tofu and fermented soybean cake cannot be detected by GC-MS. It is caused by the fermentation time, high temperature during production and fermentation, and humidity in the sample. Therefore, a further research is necessary to investigate level of linolenic acid. In tofu and fermented soybean cake.

Abstract

One of the restoration of contaminated environmental quality method is using phytoremediation techniques. That is recovery contaminated environment using plants. This research studied the ability of kangkung darat (Ipome reptans) to absorb metallic copper and to find out which part of the Kangkung Darat that absorb most of the metal Cu, also to know the difference between absorption and kangkung darat are harvested at 2, 4 and 6 weeks. The research activities are carried out by planting kangkung darat in a contaminated soil media and in the flush of copper metal with a solution of Cu mg / L two times a day. Samples of kangkung darat have been taken from accordance with plant age (2, 4 and 6 weeks), and plant parts (roots, stems and leaves). Used in Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) Simatzu type AA to measure the content of Cu in the sample. Results obtained from this study that Cu accumulation in plants is mainly found in the roots. On the kangkung darat were 2 weeks of Cu contained as much as 5.3403 ppm in the roots, stems and leaves of 2.6637 5.1117. At the age of 4 weeks in a row at the root, stem leaves are 10.6998, 5.8281 and 2.0666 ppm. Mean, at the age of 6 weeks at the root of 10.4605, the leaves on the stem 7.7839 and 9.1863 ppm. From the research results can be concluded that kangkung darat could be used as fitoremediator Cu metal contaminated soil.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the voltage of each bus on Electric Power System Gorontalo under normal conditions. The problem of this study is limited to the determination of the voltage at various points / bus and channels. The approachmethod of power flow used in this study is the Newton-Rhapson by an accuracyfactor of 0.0001 through simulations with the aid of ETAP 4.0 (Electrical Transient Analyzer Program).

Abstract

The aim of the study was to obtain an endofityc microorganisms that potential to produce IAA hormone in the root of corn and to analyze the ability to produce IAA by manipulating of the growth medium that used the liquid waste of tofu industry. The method based on descriptive methode that describe the ability of ed endofityc microorganism in IAA hormone producing at the liquid waste of tofu industry. The isolation of endofityc bacterial based on Radu and Kqeen method (2002), then characterization and ion was done. The ability producing IAA hormone test was based on colorimetry method used spectrophotometer on 530 nm of wavelength. The results showed that there were six isolates of endophytic bacteria isolated from the roots of Bisi and Motoro II maize varieties which shows the character of colony morphology and cell-specific forms. The results of measurements of the ability of the hormone IAA in vitro income showed an increase in levels of IAA until the seventh day of incubation. the test results of hormone production on the medium tofu industrial wastewater know precisely a decline compared to in vitro tests and the highest IAA levels achieved at 48 hours of incubation.
