Abstract

Issues regarding occupational safety and health are important and often overlooked. This is evident from the significant occurrence of workplace accidents. Type, nature, condition and location of work in construction projects that tends to be dangerous resulting in a relatively high level of work accidents that occur to workers compared to other industries so it affects work productivity. The goal of this study is to determine the role that workplace health and safety plays in influencing worker output. The methodology employed for this study involves the utilization of a survey approach, employing both descriptive and verification methods. The population of this research consist of the workforce employed at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Majalengka Rentang Dam Project. This research employed a non-probability sampling strategy, specifically the saturation sampling method. The study's sample size was 60 participants. The data analysis makes use of numerous techniques, the t-test for hypothesis testing and other statistical methods such as the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient assessment, model feasibility study, and so on. The study method followed a survey format and combined descriptive and verification techniques. Employee productivity was found to be affected by both workplace safety and occupational health, as predicted by the study's hypotheses.

Abstract

In a company, human resources or employees are the most important asset for achieving common goals. A company can develop quickly depending on the workers in it, therefore if the company wants good changes and progress in achieving its goals, then the employees who are hired must also have good abilities. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were employees of the PPIC department of PT. Shoetown Ligung Indonesia, totaling 305 people. Determination of the sample in this study using Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination, which first performed the classical assumption test, then tested the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that partially motivational variables have a positive and significant influence on career development. Partially, the work experience variable has a positive and significant influence on career development. Simultaneously variables of motivation and work experience have a positive and significant influence on career development.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the consumption patterns of remittance recipient households using the Life Cycle Hypothesis (LCH) model. Using data from three periods of the IFLS (IFLS 2000, IFLS 2007 and IFLS 2014) and the decomposition of cohort and age effects on consumption, the results show that consumption behavior is not as described as in the LCH theory. The curve of average consumption-age in this remittance recipient household has a "hump shape" pattern.

Abstract

Village funds are foods that are prone to misuse if the village government is less responsible to the community. This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency and community participation on the management of village funds in Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency.This research method uses a survey method with an instrument test approach, descriptive and verification. The population of the research village in Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency with a sample of 90 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. For partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test.The results of this study indicate simultaneously or partially that accountability, transparency and community participation have a significant effect on the management of village funds in Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency. This shows that the better the accountability, transparency and community participation, the better the management of village funds in Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency. Village fund management aims to create good welfare in the village community. This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency and community participation on the management of village funds in Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of Intellectual Capital, Islamicity Performance Index and Corporate Social Responsibility on Profitability. This type of research is descriptive and verification research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, the samples used in this study amounted to 9 bank with a 5 years period of observation to 45sample data. the data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive, classical assumption test, multiple linear, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital affects profitability, meaning that the higher the intellectual capital, the lower the profitability. The Islamicity Performance Index affects Profitability, meaning that the higher the Islamicity Performance Index, the higher the profitability. And Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on Profitability. Intellectual Capital, Islamicity Performance Index, and Corporate Social Responsibility have an effect on Profitability.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of Intellectual Capital, Islamicity Performance Index and Corporate Social Responsibility on Profitability. This type of research is descriptive and verification research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, the samples used in this study amounted to 9 bank with a 5 years period of observation to 45sample data. the data used in this research is secondary data. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive, classical assumption test, multiple linear, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital affects profitability, meaning that the higher the intellectual capital, the lower the profitability. The Islamicity Performance Index affects Profitability, meaning that the higher the Islamicity Performance Index, the higher the profitability. And Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on Profitability. Intellectual Capital, Islamicity Performance Index, and Corporate Social Responsibility have an effect on Profitability.
