Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of cooperative reputation in moderating the relationship between deposit interest rates and financial literacy in saving decisions of members of provincial savings and loan cooperatives in Bali Province. Methodology – The research population is all members of provincial savings and loan cooperatives in Bali Province. The sampling technique was carried out by stratified proportion sampling. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability are given to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis Findings – The results showed that the variable deposit interest rates and financial literacy had a positive and significant influence on member savings decisions. Cooperative reputation has a positive but insignificant moderating role between deposit interest rates and financial literacy on member savings decisions. Cooperative reputation tends to be a predictor (directly influencing) the savings decisions of members of provincial savings and loan cooperatives in Bali Province. The implication of the research is that cooperatives need to pay attention to providing deposit interest rates, member financial literacy, and cooperative reputation to increase member savings decisions. The research suggestion is that cooperatives provide moderate interest rates, improve the financial literacy of members and administrators, and improve the reputation of cooperatives. Originality – Cooperative reputation has a positive but insignificant moderating role between deposit interest rates and financial literacy on member savings decisions.

Abstract

Purpose – HR problems in MSMEs need special attention because they have an impact on the development of the business and also contribute to the government. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of compensation on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Methodology – The research used an explanatory approach with quantitative methods. The research population is employees in the culinary sector MSMEs in Denpasar City. The number of samples in this study using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 96 people determined using purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique was inferential with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. Findings – The results showed that compensation affects turnover intention directly or through mediation of job satisfaction. This applies to employees of culinary sector MSMEs in Denpasar City. Originality – MSMEs managers are expected to always follow the policy of compensating employees and also evaluate the compensation policy and provide information to employees regarding the compensation assessment system so that there is satisfaction in employees.

Abstract

Purpose – This study intends to determine the function of the supervisory board, the quality of human resources and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports. Quality financial reports are very important for LPDs to be able to assist in making decisions regarding their operations. Methodology – The population in this study were 175 employees in 35 LPDs in Denpasar City, consisting of the LPD Chair, Secretary, and Supervisory Board. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sampling method. Findings – The results showed that the variables of the function of the supervisory board, the quality of human resources and the use of information technology had a significant positive effect on the quality.

Abstract

Purpose - Consumers before making a purchase will do a lot of evaluation by looking at the considerations that exist because there are indeed many factors that must be considered by consumers, so that the products purchased are really in accordance with their wants and needs. Because there are many factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, including relationship marketing, influencer marketing and features. The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of relationship marketing, influencer marketing and features on purchasing decisions. Methodology – The location of this research was in Badung Regency and the sample used was 95 respondents. Research method used is quantitative. In this study the data analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t test and F test Findings - Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that relationship marketing has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, influencer marketing has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, features has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions and simultaneously relationship marketing , influencer marketing and features has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on purchasing decisions is 53%. Originality – Application of relationship marketing, influencer marketing, and features on zalora e-commerce to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Purpose – Electronic-Based Government System is a government administration that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services to the public. The application of an electronic-based government system plays an important role in accelerating the achievement of government goals in public sector services and contributing to regional economic growth. Methodology – This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Researchers conducted an analysis of digital transformation in Bali in improving the quality of public services through the implementation of E-Government. An analysis of e-government seen from the perspectiveGovernment to Citizen (G2C) andGovernment to Bussiness (G2B) Findings – This research places the community as the main user of government-owned public services and the government as a service provider. The results of this study describe that e-government has an important role in improving integrated public services, among others. Improving the accessibility of public services; Improving service efficiency and effectiveness; Increase transparency and accountability; as well as increasing community participation. Originality – Originality produces new knowledge without repeating what has already been done by others.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Methodology – The total population used is 35 people who are all employees of PT. SUSILA in Denpasar. This research is a population research or census study. Data collection using a questionnaire technique. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Findings – The results of the study indicate that there is a partial and simultaneous positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. Originality – The results showed that private employees also found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction would be able to encourage employees to do extra work outside of their main job.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to answer the Because of Motives and In Order to Motives Agent of accountability events in Nyingkrem practices in Customary Sub-Village of Gelulung, Sukawati Customary Village. Methodology – Qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach were applied in this study. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. The informant of this research was taken from the administrator of banjar Adat (customary sub-village) Gelulung Findings – The results of the study revealed that the motives of the Agent of events in interpreting accountability were based on the motive to maintain Balinese tradition (dresta), in an effort to respect the services of ancestors. The sacred procession of deification of witnesses and cane offerings is a form of spirituality accountability. And the banjar administrator accountability to society at large implicitly presents horizontal accountability.

Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this study is to examine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer return through satisfaction at Putri Ayu Weaving in Gianyar Regency. Methodology – In this study, a survey questionnaire was administered to 85 participants, and the data were analysed using SEM-PLS.. Findings – show that satisfaction plays an important role in purchase intention, where physical evidence is the main factor of service quality and design is the main factor of product quality. It has also been shown that satisfaction is often influenced by price. The results also confirm that service quality has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and positive effect on repeat intention, and product quality has a positive and positive effect on repeat intention. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention and plays a mediating role between service quality and repurchase intention. The implications of this study suggest that Putri Ayu Weaving should prioritise good service by providing staff training on operations, information accuracy, professionalism, and problem solving to meet customer needs and satisfaction. This study promotes a better understanding of consumer behaviour and provides better insights for businesses in the weaving industry. Originality – indicators measuring customer satisfaction act as a mediator between product quality and service quality on repurchase intention .

Abstract

Purpose – This research activity aims to find out how effective the use of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) is in increasing the accountability of village financial reports in Duda Timur Village, Selat District. Methodology –The technique or method used in this research activity is descriptive qualitative, consisting of data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Village officials starting from the village head, village secretary, and head of finance of Duda Timur Village became informants who were used as sources for this research activity. Findings – the results state that in Duda Timur Village the effectiveness of using the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) in increasing accountability in financial reports is based on appropriate terms, procedures and reporting stages, suitability of the information requested in the program or template, effectiveness feedback, as well as appropriate report forms. There are also several activity or activity options that do not appear in the application related to problems even though in the program or template there are problems with the indicators of suitability of the requested information. For this reason, the village government is required to report this matter to the district government and the problem has been handled properly.

Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this study was to examine how transformational leadership, achievement motivation, and organizational culture affect teacher's commitment to the organization. Methodology – This research adopted a quantitative causality approach to investigate the teaching population of civil servant and honorary teachers at SMP 2 Ubud. The study involved 88 respondents, and the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method (census method). The data for the study was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Findings – The study's findings indicate that transformational leadership had a significant and positive impact on organizational commitment. Similarly, achievement motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The study also revealed that organizational culture positively impacted organizational leadership, as well as transformational leadership, achievement motivation, and organizational culture all had a positive impact on organizational commitment. Originality – This research implies that the leaders should focus on inspiring their subordinates to consistently adhere to behavioral standards, provide tasks based on the experience of teachers, and increase the intensity of procurement activities that attract consumers' attention.
