Abstract

The Musola Al Ikrom which is located at Ragamukti RT 01/ RW 02 Citayam Village, Tajur Halang District, has been damaged, therefore The Prosperity Council of Musola and The Community want it to be renovated. Damage occurred on the roof after demolition and the condition was no longer suitable so renovations had to be carried out. The Community and The Prosperity Council of Musola formed to renovate it. These conditions are the background to the preparation of this community service program which is planned to be carried out for 12 weeks and includes survey activities, identifying problems, taking physical data on the prayer room renovation site, compiling working drawings and 3D images of the musola and making billboards as a means of information about the renovation work. , it is hoped that this image can then be used properly and also as documentation and permit processing.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a significant increase in the number of unemployed in various economic sectors. Collaboration between IBM ASMI and the business world is a strategic step in overcoming the problem of unemployment after COVID-19. By combining technological expertise and resources from IBM ASMI as well as experience and business networks from the corporate world, this collaboration aims to create new job opportunities, provide training and increase skills to job seekers, and encourage innovation in creating sustainable solutions to improve the post-pandemic economy . The collaboration developed in this paper is a summary and analysis of reports on PKM activities carried out by IBM and the Business World in Community Development Training activities. The activity participants consisted of 40 participants, consisting of 30 participants from the ready-to-work group and 10 participants from the entrepreneurial group. Furthermore, after completing the training, the participants are immediately distributed to companies that have collaborated and are committed to this program. The conclusions are: a) The companies are ready to accept participants who have been trained by IBM according to their field of expertise and company needs, b) A total of 40 training participants consisting of 30 work-ready participants and 10 entrepreneurial participants successfully passed both theoretical and practical learning. . c) Participants are trained by official IBM instructors/lecturers who are experts in the fields of management, accounting, business administration, office administration and information systems.

Abstract

Audiovisual (AV) production training is a crucial effort to enhance the competence of village apparatus in delivering effective information and public services in the current digital era. This article discusses the implementation of AV training over three days in the Village of Sumberagung, Moyudan, Sleman. On the first day, the training commenced with an opening session led by the head of the studio production engineering program and the village head. This was followed by theoretical lessons on AV production and practical sessions introducing AV equipment. On the second day, participants focused on AV production practices and creating content relevant to the tasks and functions of the village. Finally, on the third day, the training concluded with presenting participants' audiovisual works and distributing certificates. This training is expected to enhance the competence of village apparatus in utilizing AV technology for improved public services.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) entitled "Training in Audio-Visual Production, Digital Marketing, and Website Development for MSMEs and Tourism Players, Temanggung Regency" is an effort to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSMEs and tourism players in the fields of audio-visual production and digital marketing. Through lectures and practical sessions, this PKM provides a platform for participants to understand the basic concepts of audio-visual production, digital marketing strategies, and website development. The activity is supported by collaboration between academic institutions, local stakeholders, and industry players, aimed at positively contributing to the development of the local economy. This training will have a significant impact on enhancing the skills and competitiveness of MSMEs and tourism players, as well as fostering local economic growth in Temanggung Regency.

Abstract

Teachers are a profession that guides and mentors students both in the school environment and outside of school. To improve the quality of education and teacher professionalism, teacher performance evaluation is very important. This study looks at how effective the management of teacher performance evaluation is at SMAK 7 PENABUR Jakarta. The goal is to find out what influences the performance evaluation and to make suggestions for improving the evaluation methods. Data was collected from teachers, principals, and support staff through observation, interviews, and checklists. The findings indicate that the management of performance evaluation depends on clear standards for evaluation, teacher participation in the evaluation process, and the use of evaluation results for professional development. Additionally, this study found issues with the current evaluation practices, such as a lack of resources and teacher disagreement. The results suggest that schools should improve communication between teachers and students and provide ongoing training on performance evaluation. This study shows that teacher performance evaluation management is crucial to improving teacher professionalism and education quality.

Abstract

Community Service activities of STKIP Abdi Wacana are carried out as a form of concern for educational conditions and at the same time as the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The characteristics of children at the age of pre-school, elementary school to junior high school in the Papua Mountains tend to be more interested in concrete things so that they need a more tangible learning tool. Learning habits experienced at school by taking notes make children uninterested in learning so that after school, they will spend their free time just playing without learning at all. Creating a fun learning atmosphere by utilising a simple learning aid and the concept of jarimatika is one option in attracting children's interest and motivation to learn. This is what underlies the Community Service activities by lecturers and students of STKIP Abdi Wacana Wamena. The implementation of Community Service activities is located in the Honelama Coffee area. Based on the results of brief oral interviews with the children who participated in the activities, it turned out that they were very happy with the new learning experience and different from what they experienced at school. In addition, the response of the children's parents was very positive where they hoped that children in the Honelama Coffee-Coffee Area could be given guidance on a regular basis.

Abstract

People can now easily obtain knowledge through written and electronic media. Those who find it easier to obtain information are not always better at distinguishing between real and fake information or hoaxes. One of the reasons why people struggle to make fact-based decisions about what information is true and false is because they are not very interested in reading. People can therefore distinguish between acceptable and accurate information, as well as draw connections between new and old information; media literacy and information are necessary abilities. This community service activity aims to provide education to residents regarding media and information literacy so that they can choose between true and false information in order to reduce the negative impacts of using social networking media. This community service activity will also help residents to evaluate which information is true and which is false, provide skills to residents to be able to organize the information they obtain from their social media networks and encourage them to use and share helpful information which they get from the social media networks they own.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs in the Meruya Utara Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta, there are 1249 MSMEs, there are 30 MSMEs assisted by the PKK, Meruya Utara Village looks active. From monitoring in the field, it is known that various types of MSME businesses have problems (1) lacking knowledge in determining the cost of goods sold, (2) determining selling prices based on increases in market prices when purchasing merchandise, (3) and knowledge of preparing profit reports. losses are still very minimal. This makes us, the community service team from the Bachelor of Accounting study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University very interested in providing community service to MSMEs in the North Meruya Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta to increase knowledge in determining the cost of goods sold to calculate business profits. support business sustainability. Potential that can be developed includes the availability of PKK mothers and PKK-assisted MSMEs who are active, have high awareness of entrepreneurship, and are willing to participate as Empowerment participants. Thus, this activity is designed to empower the people of Meruya Utara Subdistrict to become familiar with the concept of Production Costs, calculate the Cost of Goods Sold and prepare profit and loss reports to support business sustainability. Specifically, the solution offered by this activity consists of (1) designing a cost of goods sold report template, (2) training in determining the cost of goods sold, and (3) preparing a Profit and Loss report. The urgency of community empowerment through training in calculating the cost of goods sold, calculating selling prices and preparing profit and loss reports. The aim of this community partnership empowerment activity was formulated in line with the UMB Institute for Research and Community Service program, namely that lecturers and students were jointly involved in empowering partner communities in increasing knowledge of MSMEs in determining the Cost of Goods Sold, compiling profit and loss reports for MSMEs in Meruya Utara District. . The outputs of this community partnership empowerment program include (1) increasing knowledge of determining COGS and skills in calculating COGS (2) increasing community knowledge and skills in preparing Profit and Loss Reports (3) Journal publications, (4) mass media publications, (5) YouTube videos.

Abstract

Developing relevant learning media and learning resources in the classroom can optimize the learning process. For teachers, media helps concretize concepts or ideas and helps motivate active learning participants. For students, media can be a bridge for critical thinking and action. This training activity provides an opportunity for teachers to understand how to create Canva-based learning media. Participants in this activity were 15 teachers at the Cendana Abadi educational foundation at the primary and secondary education unit levels. The results achieved were that all teachers were able to understand and create Canva-based learning media.

Abstract

Community Service Activities regarding environmental-based education, as an effort to increase community awareness of the quality of the environment, but also a form of concern for the service team from Cenderawasih University towards environmental problems which are increasingly less controlled along the Acai River. Through environment-based education, we can form souls who have high environmental awareness. Starting from the lower and middle classes of society, it is hoped that they will become agents of change. Through outreach activities and using environmental campaign media through songs and calls for environmental safety, it is hoped that it can inspire the community so that the community can become an agent of change for the environment in the future. This Community Service activity aims to shape the mindset and concern of the community in promoting environmental care movements to create clean, comfortable and healthy conditions starting from providing education on the importance of keeping the environment clean, recognizing and classifying the types of waste in the area, how to use waste, planting plants in one's own environment, and environmental campaigns through songs and calls for the safety of the environment and the earth. Environmental cleanliness must come from the family environment so that it forms a far-sighted mindset and will become an agent of change in their environment through healthy lifestyle education programs.
