Abstract

In Indonesia, bottled drinking water is the primary source of daily water consumption. The consumption of bottled drinking water in Bogor City is quite high 43.63%, while in Bogor Regency it is 30.43%. People usually used to like drinking mineral water from popular brands like Aqua and Amidis. Apart from that, sales of mineral water at Prima Freshmart have caught our attention despite selling many popular brands of mineral water. Brand Frozen mineral water is leading in sales at Prima Freshmart, indicating intense competition between the brands. The research aims to identify the attributes that influence consumer purchases of Frozen mineral water at Prima Freshmart. After comparing the attributes of Aqua, Frozen, and Amidis, three of the most popular bottled mineral water brands we determined which brand is superior. Using the Fishbein Multi-Attributes Behavior Methods, we have found that price, taste, and size are the most critical qualities that significantly influence consumer purchases. Our study concludes that Aqua brand mineral water is generally preferred over other brands.

Abstract

Planting mangroves along the coast of Jakarta is an important strategy in addressing coastal erosion and preserving environmental sustainability. Mangroves, with their strong roots and efficient water absorption system, help mitigate coastal erosion and strengthen coastal structures. Amidst rapid population growth and infrastructure development, the risk of coastal erosion increases, influenced by global climate change. Research shows significant economic losses due to coastal erosion, threatening the preservation of coastal ecosystems and human settlements. Planting mangroves provides benefits in combating coastal erosion. In addition to coastal protection, mangroves enhance biodiversity, sequester carbon, restore degraded land, and empower local communities through ecotourism and sustainable natural resources. Implementation requires careful planning and collaboration among government, communities, and non-governmental organizations. With the natural protection provided by mangroves, the risk of coastal erosion can be reduced, coastal infrastructure can be maintained, and the sustainability of coastal ecosystems preserved. Mangrove planting should be an integral part of coastal erosion control strategies in areas like Jakarta. Collaboration among government, communities, and various stakeholders is needed to implement mangrove planting programs for the sustainability of coastal environments and the well-being of communities.

Abstract

Based on the phenomenon of childfree in marriage which is common, this sparked controversy especially in Indonesia, because it is not in line with the cultural customs and beliefs that exist, then how the view of Islamic law using the theory of marriage murals and views of the marriage law no. 1 of 1974 against the legal status of childless such. This research is normative qualitative research using the study of documents or libraries using normative approaches. The conclusion of this study is generally that, the phenomenon of childfree in marriage is a controversial thing because it does not conform to one of the purposes of marriage in Islam, it is reinforced by the theory of Mursalah that says that childfree goes behind with three categories of Mushah, namely: dharuriah, Hajiyah and Tahsiniah, but different from the view of the marriage law which, the purpose of marriages according to the law No. 1 of 1974 is to form a happy and eternal family, which prioritizes that having a child is the right of each person, because there are two different perspectives of both such prospects that can be set as arguments.

Abstract

This research aims to examine whether or not there is an influence on work motivation and work discipline factors on employee performance at PT. Kirana Permata. Employee performance is now an important indicator to support the company's success, both for operational achievement purposes and to achieve competitive advantage and maintain existence. The company always tries to provide policies and rules to encourage employees to achieve the performance desired by the company. so the focus of this research is the importance of managing human resources by considering work motivation and work discipline factors to improve employee performance. The research method applied in this work is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques were obtained through the observation process and distributing questionnaires to 50 PT employees. Kirana Permata in the production section of Division A. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling, this was done by taking all employees in Division A as research samples. The research results indicate that the two aspects raised, namely motivation and work discipline, are able to contribute or have a positive influence on employee performance. The conclusion of the results obtained is that it was found that there is an influence of work motivation factors and work discipline which can have an influence on the performance of employees who work at PT. Kirana Permata with a sig value obtained*, namely 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) and the coefficient of determination or what can be called r2 square has an achievement of 0.445, meaning that work motivation factors along with work discipline can have an influence on employee performance by 44.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining value of 55.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the discussion of the topic of this scientific work.

Abstract

The strategy of building a harmonious household is very important. In every household there are differences to achieve a harmonious household, there must be criteria for a harmonious household, strategies for building a harmonious household, factors inhibiting and supporting factors for harmony and equality based on the public and domestic domains. This research is empirical research, with a qualitative approach, namely an approach that produces written or verbal data from the people interviewed. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods with farm workers in Mojosari village, Kras sub-district, Kediri regency.These results show that:Farm workers' efforts to create household harmony by complementing each other, giving in to each other, being open to each other {honest with each other in all matters}, respecting each other, carrying out obligations ordered by Allah, educating wives and children., In a household there are definitely factors that hinder household harmony, including: Parents or in-laws interfering, being selfish towards each other, not understanding each other towards family members.Meanwhile, the supporting factors are the presence of family members who always provide assistance, children who understand the family situation and the condition of the house which is a motivation to provide a suitable place for the family.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) analyze the feasibility of non-financial aspects (market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects) of the DZ Khas Lande Fried Onion business in Gerak Makmur Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency, (2) analyze the financial aspects with the criteria (NPV, Net B/C, IRR, PP and sensitivity analysis) DZ Khas Lande Fried Onion business in Gerak Makmur Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. The sample determination in this research was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely by making 2 business owners and 3 employees as respondents. The research results look at the market and marketing aspects of businesses that have market opportunities and a marketing mix that is quite adequate. The technical aspects include reviewing the business location, production area, equipment and production processes that meet the operational standards for the production of DZ Khas Lande Fried Onions. Then viewed from the financial aspect with criteria, the NPV value is Rp. 27,722,168,-, with a discount factor of 10%, the Net B/C is 2, the IRR value is 32.27% and the Payback Period (PP) is obtained with a term of long investment return period of 1 year 2 months. This business, viewed from non-financial and financial aspects, is declared worthy of development. In addition, based on sensitivity analysis, the business remains viable even though there is an increase in input costs of 5% and a decrease in output prices of 5%. However, if there is an increase in input costs of 5% and a decrease in output prices of 5% simultaneously, then the DZ Khas Lande fried onion business is not feasible to run.

Abstract

This research aims to explore in depth the various aspects of high school students' development, including physical, cognitive, creativity, personal, self-conception, independence, resilience, interpersonal relationships, moral, and spiritual. The method used is a systematic literature review from various trusted academic sources. The discussion shows that the development of high school students is multidimensional and influenced by complex interactions between genetic and environmental factors. They experience significant changes in these aspects, along with challenges such as academic pressure, interpersonal conflicts, and mental health problems. Appropriate support and guidance from the surrounding environment is necessary to facilitate healthy and optimal growth. This study provides insights for the development of education, guidance, and counseling programs that are appropriate to the developmental stages of high school learners.

Abstract

This article discusses the professional ethics of judges in the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court of Indonesia. Judges play a crucial role in the enforcement of law and justice and bear a high moral responsibility. The article explains various aspects of ethics that judges must uphold, including personal ethics, ethics in the performance of duties and positions, ethics in service, and ethics in relationships with fellow judges. This research also highlights the importance of supervision by the Judicial Commission to maintain integrity and public trust in the judicial system. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that the code of ethics is not only a moral guideline but also a tool to address legal issues in society. Several suggestions are proposed to enhance supervision and ethical education for judges to strengthen the integrity of the judiciary in Indonesia.
