Abstract

CV. Graha Agri Indonesia Bogor is a field of industrial undertaking engaged in the manufacture of food type Nata de Coco. The purpose of this study is to know Relationship Leaders Against Motivation and Employee Performance CV. Graha Agri Indonesia Bogor. The methodology used in the research is, Librarian Research (Lybrary Research) and Field Research (Field Research) by conducting interviews and questionnaires to the respondents. The results obtained are:Leadership (Y) with Motivation (X1) on CV. Graha Agri Industri Bogor with calculation where t arithmetic t table that is 13,98 3,67 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted meaning with statistic test hence there is significant relation between independent variable and dependent variable.Leadership (Y) with Performance (X2) on the CV. Graha Agri Industri Bogor with the calculation where t arithmetic t table is 12.70 3.67 thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted the meaning by statistical test then there is a significant relationship between independent variables and dependent variable.Leadership (Y) with Motivation (X1) and Performance (X2) on CV. Graha Agri Industri Bogor where F arithmetic greater than F table that is 10.66 3.67 thus can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a strong and significant relationship between Leadership with Motivation and Employee Performance on CV. Graha Agri Industri Bogor.In doing its activities CV. Graha Agri Indonesia Bogor, is very concerned about human resources, this is the main working capital in running its activities. Human Resources need certainly needs to be developed. It can be realized through giving motivation to its employees. Motivation is one of the development process of human resource management, both for employees and for company. The planned HR development system will provide benefits for CV. Graha Agri Indonesia Bogor in the form of performance improvement, employee career, productivity improvement, which will eventually lead to increase business results and mobility of employees. Because a company is in need of employees who have quality in running the company's operational activities with satisfactory results.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style on Work Motivation of central java expedition Post Office Employees. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation. The research sample at the central java expedition Post Office in the delivery section was 75 active employees. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination, as well as the classical assumption test.This study is a quantitative study using questionnaire data that has been tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis.Work Motivation (v) = 4.279 + 0.584 Leadership Style + e (error)The results of this study indicate that leadership style has an effect on employee work motivation at the central java expedition Post Office, as evidenced by the t value of 7.692 which is greater than t table of 1.992, with a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than the level of significant 0.05; and a regression coefficient of 0.584. From the R Square value of 0.448 or 44.8%, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has an effect on the performance of central java expedition pos employees but is less significant.

Abstract

The termination of employment for labor means the loss of a livelihood which means the beginning of the unemployment period with all its consequences, so as to ensure the certainty and security of the workforce there should be no termination of employment. However, in fact proves that termination of employment can not be prevented entirely the following article will explain about layoffs and its settlement according to the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia method This writing uses descriptive method bydescribing the problem ofworking relationship and the settlement of the problem in layoffs Power Work has a very important role and position as the agent and the purpose of development. Law no. 13 of 2003 on Manpower is made to ensure the maintenance of laborers / workers' rights in an employment relationship, so there is no cruelty from the stronger to the weaker. Although barakaai protection of labor has not been maximally can be done by the government but we appreciate the existence of legal rules that can protect the interests of the workers. We hope that in the future the legislation will be made more perfect so that the welfare and protection of the workers can be more fulfilled

Abstract

Competence and motivation may closedly effect to homeroom teachers. This study was to determine whether there was or not influence of Competence and Motivation to Homeroom Teachers’ Performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al - Zaytun Gantar Indramayu. The research activities were carried out from October 2013 to January 2014. The number of respondents were as many as 30 Homeroom Teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Al - Zaytun Gantar Indramayu, using proportional random sampling method . The Data collection methods used in this reasearch were questionnaires, interviews , observation and documentation . Precentage was used to analyze the data based on the statistical analysis with ANOVA technical analysis using SPSS 12.00 for windows . Based on the analysis using SPSS 12.0 for windows that was obtained by calculating the coefficient table based SPSS version 12.00, then the t-count for N = 30 was equal to 3,436 and 1.697 t-table . So t-count t-table or 3,436 1.697 with probility (significance) = 0.021 . Thus , Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted . Since the value of t-count t-table , it could be concluded that the Competence (variable X1) did have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Homeroom Teachers (Variable Y) . Based on the table by calculating the coefficient of SPSS version 12.00, then the t count for the variable motivation ( X2 ) was 2.435 while the value of t table for N = 30 was equal to 1.697 so t count t table or 2.435 1.697 with probibility (significance) = 0.002 . Thus , Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted . Since the value of t count t table , it could be concluded that the motivation (variable X2) indeed had a positive and significant influence on homeroom teachers’ performance (variable Y). From the result of calculation using ( SPSS ) version 12.00 the ANOVA test or F-test it was found that F-count was larger 11,915 . While the F-table or ( á 0.05 ) for N = 30 was equal to 2.69 with a significant level of 0.00 because 0.00 0.05 . It could be said that the variable Competence (X1), motivation variable (X2) simultaneously had a real influence to the performance variables of homeroom teachers (Y) in Madrasah Aliyah Al - Zaytun Gantar , Indramayu.

Abstract

he research aims to look at the Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership on the Performance of Polri Members on Pamperslog Ditpoludara Sub-Directorate Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, From the results of the research as follows: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on the performance of Polri Members on Pamperslog Sub Directorate Ditpoludara Korpolairud Baharkam National Police The research method used is the survey method. The research respondents were 58 members taken by census. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple and multiple correlations, as well as simple linear regression techniques and multiple regression. The results showed that the results of multiple regression tests simultaneously both independent variables (organizational culture and leadership) had a significant effect on organizational culture variables. But partially it shows that only 1 variable (leadership) that has a significant effect on Police Members on the Pamperslog Sub Directorate of the Police Directorate of Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. Thus making the leadership variable as the dominant variable in this study. Based on these findings, the application of organizational culture in the Pamperslog Ditpoludara Sub-Division, Korpolairud Baharkam Polri needs to be improved by encouraging each Member’s activities to apply organizational cultural values that have been applied in the work environment so as to improve the performance of Members. And try to accommodate new cultural values that promise the progress of the organization and abandon organizational cultural values that do not support the development of member performance. The leader must also show commitment to his organization and set an example and be a role model in implementing organizational values.

Abstract

PThe objectives of this research are: "To find out and analyze the influence of the leader's attitude on the morale of employees at the Central Jakarta City Administration Fire and Rescue Agency".“In this study the author uses quantitative research, because the data obtained will be in the form of numbers. The population in this study were all staff of the Central Jakarta City Administration Fire and Rescue Sub-dept. totaling 48 people. The sampling technique used is by using Simple Random Sampling. By using simple random sampling, a sample of 38 staff at the Central Jakarta City Administration Fire and Rescue Service was taken as respondents in this study.“The results showed that: There was a significant effect of Leader's Attitude (X) on Employee Morale (Y), because the tcount value for the X variable (Leader's Attitude) was 10,648, while the ttable value for N = 38 was 2,024. So 10,648 2,024, it can be concluded that partially the leader's attitude variable (X) has an effect on employee morale (Y). As for the value of R2 (R Square) of 0.759. This shows that 75.9% of the leader's attitude has a positive effect on employee morale while the remaining 24.1% has an effect on other factors not examined in this study. That is, the more precise the attitude of the leadership style that is applied, the morale of the employees of the Central Jakarta City Administration Fire and Rescue Sub-dept. will increase.

Abstract

The study entitled “The Influence of Communication and Work Ethics on Job Satisfaction of Polri Members of the Mechanic Section in the Fasharkan Sub-Directorate of the Directorate of Polriud of Baharkam Polri aims to get an overview of the influence and contribution of work ethics in realizing Member job satisfaction. This research was carried out using primary and secondary data from the Fasharkan Sub-Directorate of Polriud of Baharkam Police. The results of the study show that together communication and work ethic make a significant contribution in realizing Member job satisfaction. Partially only communication that contributes significantly, while work ethic has no influence. However, besides continuing to improve constructive communication, the work ethic must be cultivated by instilling awareness that work is trust, worship, grace and work is an honor.

Abstract

Motivation is the process of determining the intensity, direction and perseverance of the individual to achieve the goal. Motivation can be sourced from within the employee in the form of awareness about the importance of the benefits of the work it does. And so does the motivation that comes from outside the employee concerned in the form of a condition that requires himto perform a job optimally. Human resource development is a process of improving the quality or ability in order to achieve the goal rate or level of development of the company must always be considered, therefore the company requires employees who have high discipline and have the motivation to further develop again. Motivation is very influential in the performance of employees who are the main motivation to motivate himself so that his performance will be better than ever and can carry out their duties properly, a motivation can be arousing and directing towards his behavior to achieve the expected goal of a company. This study aims to provide an overview of how the influence of motivation on employee performance.
