Abstract

BNI Syariah’s marketing strategy in marketing the iB Hasanah savings product refers to two patterns of intensification pattern in which these efforts are made to customers who have already used BNI Syariah products, but BNI Syariah sells them to the closest relatives of the customers and the extensification pattern in which these efforts conducted to customers in other banks that also have high potential for funding in BNI Syariah. The application in marketing the product of Tabungan iB Hasanah in general use the marketing mix 4P theory which includes process (process), people (people or marketing target), product (product), price (place), promotion.

Abstract

Currently there is no doubt that globalization has demanded a lot of change, improvement and increased in various fields. If connected to the human resources needs to be an increase in the quality of labour and the ability to be able to independently and compete. The aim in this research are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee job performance Directorate Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. 2) To determine the effect on the performance of employees disciplined In Directorate Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. 3) To determine the effect of motivation and discipline together on the performance of employees In Directorate Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta.Type of research is a descriptive study using a survey method. The sampling technique used is by using simple random sampling. By using simple random sampling, the samples taken were employees Directorate Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta some 45 people. Proven obtained from the ANOVA test results obtained value of F or F count of 39 442 which is greater than the value of F table for N = 45 at 2.81 or 39 442 2.81 with a significant level of 0.000 for 0.000 0.05, it can be said Motivation (X1) and Discipline (X2) jointly influence on Employee Job Performance (Y). While the value of R Square of 0653 means that Motivation and Discipline has the effect of 65.3% against the Employee Job Performance while the remaining 34.7% influenced by other factors not examined by the authors in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of stress and motivation on the performance of members of the National Aviation Pilots on the Directorate of Politics and Human Rights Baharkam. The research method used was a survey method. The research respondents were 100 members who were being placed in the Polri Police Academy Baharkam Ditpoludara. The results of the study showed that although the Stress and Motivation variables were jointly affected by the performance of members of the National Aviation Pilots in the Indonesian Police Headquarters of the Polark. However, only partially one variable (Motivation) is significant for Polri Aviator Pilots Members at the Polri Korpolairud Baharkam Police Department, and this also makes Motivation the dominant variable. Technically, stepwise it can be seen that the motivation variable (X2) is more dominant (more instrumental) in the Performance of Polri Aviation Members in the Polytechnic Air Force Headquarters Baharkam than the Stress variable (X1).From the testing of the hypothesis shows that the significance with Alpha (Alpha) is far below 5%, thus H1 is accepted which means that there are influences of variables X1 and X2, together with Y variables or in other words performance formation variables are influenced simultaneously by stress variables and motivation. Based on these findings, the existing Motivation Factor has a very strong influence on the Performance of Polri Aviation Pilots in the Polri Police Headquarters, and improvements in the provision of continuous motivation will contribute well to improving the quality of work of Polri Aviator Pilots in the Polri Ditpoludara Baharkam Polri.As for the other variables, the member stress variable is apparently not dominant in improving the performance of members of the National Aviation Pilots in the Polri Police Headquarters Baharkam. Therefore, it is necessary to further examine whether the current program has been effective in reducing stress or vice versa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Customer Orientation on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandir. This study uses a descriptive research design, while the type of research is quantitative research with a questionnaire method. The study population was TVRI employees who were customers at PT. Bank Mandiri Jakarta, while the sample or research respondents were 55 respondents, which were conducted using accidental sampling (convenience sampling) techniques. The analytical tool used is the correlation test, regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive and significant relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction, (2) There was a positive and significant relationship between Customer Orientation and Customer Satisfaction (3) The F Test results showed that the regression model was feasible to use to predict all variables are independent of the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of placement on the performance of employees of cooperative employees ofPT. Signify CommercialIndonesia. This analysis uses the independent variable, namely placement, and the dependent variable is employee performance.. From the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained is 0.674 and the results obtained from these calculations have a strong correlation level interpretation. This is because r = 0.674 which lies between 0.60 - 0.799 which means it has a strong correlation.. The results of this study prove that the hypothesis proposed is partially accepted because it shows significant test results. This means that placement has a very significant effect on employee performance by 45.4% where 54.6% is influenced by other factors. From the hypothesis test, it is found that the tcount value is 6.316 which is greater than the t table which is 2.010. Conclusion Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a positive correlation of the Effect of Placement on Employee Performance at PT. Signify Commercial Indonesia.

Abstract

The existence of banks is important in the business world. The link between the business world and bank financial institutions cannot be separated, especially in terms of investment and credit. The bank will distribute loans in the form of investment loans and working capital needed by the business world and continue to develop its competence to promote sustainable credit growth while carrying out its function as a financial intermediary service. Macroeconomic environment is an environment that affects the company's operational activities, therefore it is necessary to be able to understand and predict future macroeconomic conditions. For this reason, several macroeconomic indicators need to be considered in order to assist in making decisions. Macroeconomic indicators that are often linked in making decisions are Bank Indonesia interest rates, Rupiah exchange rates, inflation rates and MSME financing allocationsMany factors can affect the demand and lending by banks, both internal factors, namely the bank itself, such as the level of bad loans, lack of capital, and so on, as well as macro factors such as national income, interest rates, rupiah exchange rates, inflation and other factors . For this reason, a good understanding of the influence of these factors, particularly macro factors, is needed, and is expected to provide an explanation of the impact of the movement of these macro indicators on credit in Indonesian banks. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the analysis of the impact of the Gross Domestic Product, SBI Interest Rate, Rupiah Exchange Rate against the USD and Inflation Rate on the Interest Rates of the Indonesian Banking Credit. Secondary data were obtained from the annual published financial statements of the Persero Banks. The population used in this study is Conventional and Sharia Commercial Banks, Rural Banks and Sharia Rural Banks.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis test uses the t test to test the coefficient of multiple linear regression, and the F test to test the effect simultaneously with a significance level of 5%. The classic assumption test was also carried out which included a normality test, a multicollinearity test, a heteroscedasticity test, and an autocorrelation test. In the Multiple Regression test, the variable SBI Interest Rate, Rupiah Exchange Rate against USD and Inflation Rate have a direct (positive) effect. While GDP has the opposite effect (negative). Data collection techniques using the method of literature that is by collecting library data. Data sources are textbooks, articles, journals, literature reviews and statistical data over time

Abstract

Empowerment of Natural Resources in the education environment provides positive values for the environment and provides its own economic contribution for institution. Environmental factors also have added value for students in carrying out the teaching and learning process so that researchers will find out whether the education model by integrating on empowering aspects of natural resources will provide creativity to students and also how integrated education patterns in natural resource empowerment aspects will produce results of academic and non-academic achievements. In addition, the results of this study can provide inspiration for prospective educators to find out about education models that integrate into Natural Resources at school locations and for education can be used as role models of education in the future. Therefore researchers will conduct research with a qualitative research method approach. The use of data collection tools in the form of interview guide sheets, observation sheets, documentation, and questionnaires. The interview model is carried out with open and structured interview techniques. Interview guides that have been arranged, but if there are questions that are developing but are still relevant to aspects of the research will be adjusted to the answers of the subjects or respondents. The   distribution   of   questiionnairs about   students’s   satisfaction   with the results of the antpes education that show more   than   70%   of   them   are   happy   and motivated to learn many things and obey the rules tht have been announced . This natural resource    which is one of the sources    of income    in Modern    Islamic    Boarding     School teaches the students   the balance of life   and is implemented   with daily   activities    that are always guided by making very significant result in the academic achievement   and the non academic achievement .
