Abstract

Wasathiyah Islam can be called moderate Islam. The meaning of Wasathiyah itself is an attitude that requires a person to do two things, namely knowledge and holding back emotions. Islam Wasathiyah is a model of expression and understanding that is relevant in the framework of statehood in Indonesia. Indonesia is a Muslim majority religion in which there are several Islamic organizations and have different opinions in understanding modern Islam, but the understanding can be different. Islamic organizations have contributed to understanding Islam as rahmatanlilalamin. Indonesian Muslim communities present offer the concept of Islam Wasatiyah in building Islamic civilization as an effort to build peace and implement the values of Unity in Diversity. The Islamic world is confronted with groups that hold fast to the text and ignore the socio-historical aspects in carrying out religious teachings which then declare themselves to be holders of religious authority. This article will reveal and analyze the paradigm of textual-scriptual groups towards the values contained in the Wasatiah Islamic concept. Religious experience in Indonesia that adopts the values of Pancasila by promoting cultural-philosophical aspects is often considered to be far from the purity of Islam. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe and analyze the paradigms of groups that tend to understand the written source as it is by ignoring the circumstances and the conditions underlying it. The results of this study are (1) Islam Wasatiyah is a religious experience in Indonesia that internalizes local wisdom into Islamic teachings (2) The monopoly of truth and the rationalization of the term were never done by the Prophet without regard to the context of being a challenge in the implementation of Wasatiyah Islam (3) Textual Group- Scriptures tend to distort the understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith so that they ignore themes related to peace and tolerance.

Abstract

The term of “Jihad” or “Jihad fi Sabilillah” is often become an interesting theme to attract attention from some people, either inside Islam or outside this religious community. Apart from the pros and cons in a case of religiousity, study of Jihad is also fulfilled with theological overview, meaning, procedure, and examples. Contrary to Jihad, Tasawuf / Sufism, so far, considered as negation term and relatively tend to be liked caused of its mystical (esoteric) impression and universal love. However, Islamic History contains the facts of involvement of Sufis in waging Jihad actions, some names like Sheikh Yusuf Al-Maqassari and the most noted one, Sheikh Abdus Shamad Al-Palimbani, were two prominent figures that well known as “Warrior Cleric”. Library research method is deployed in this article to answer three main questions : 1) How is the relationship between Sufism and Jihad ?, 2) How was the role of Sheikh Abdus Shamad Al-Palimbani in Indonesian archipelago’s Jihad activism ?, and, 3) What is the impact of Sufi’s Jihad activism toward Indonesia ?. This research proves the involvement of Sufis in Indonesian archipelago Jihads were based on Quranic value to honor the safety of bloods and properties belonged to people, with the result that Jihad in the term of ‘Qital’ / Warfare is a defensive reaction not an aggressive action, keep obeying to ‘Ulil Amri (legitimate government) not subversive-terror movement, and not based on hatred for other religious adherents. Such an essential meaning of this Jihad even formed a sense of Godly love for the country in accordance with Islamic mission of Rahmatan lil-‘alamin (mercy for the whole world). Keywords : Jihad, Sufism, Love for the country, Sheikh Abdus Shamad Al-Palimbani

Abstract

As a boarding school that is trusted by the wider community and even outside Madura, Al-Amien Prenduan exerts every effort to produce potential and expert students in their respective fields. In this case, the writer observes that Al-Amien Prenduan uses the hierarchy of needs theory initiated by Maslow in order to achieve all his goals and expectations. By using a phenomenological qualitative research approach, the data that the researcher will take comes from the results of interviews with Mahasantri in the form of words and movements of the subject, observations and documents of the boarding school. The researcher intends to reveal the efforts of the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic boarding school in fulfilling the basic needs of students and the existence of self-actualizing students in the intensive circle of Al-Amien Prenduan, Based on the results of interviews and observations made by researchers to three students who have been manualized, the results of this study reveal that the application of basic student needs fulfillment is very good and satisfying for most students so that researchers find some students who are self-actualizing in the Al-Amien Prenduan boarding school. the characteristics that the researcher will present further in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pemberian santunan asuransi jiwa dalam kecelakaan penumpang dan lalu lintas pada PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Sumatera , 2) permasalahan yang timbul dalam pembayaran sejumlah uang atas klaim pada PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Sumatera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal terpancang dalam arti lokasi yang di teliti hanya di wilayah Surakarta . Sumber data yang digunakan berupa informan , tempat dan peristiwa serta arsip dan dokumen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling objektif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh dan mengedit data surveiadalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Dalam penelitian ini, triangulasi data digunakan untuk menjaga keabsahan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data model analisis interaktif. Hasil survei ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Proses PT Jasa Raharja Surakarta dalam memberikan perlindungan asuransi jiwa bagi individu dan kecelakaan lalu lintas melibatkan dua langkah utama: penentuan premi dan penetapan klaim. Premi asuransi ada dua, yaitu iuran wajib yang dikenakan atas harga tiket penumpang angkutan umum dan iuran wajib yang dibayarkan setiap tahun oleh pemilik angkutan umum pada saat perpanjangan STNK di kantor Samsat, yang berasal dari satu sumber. Sedangkan tahap penentuan tata cara penagihan atau pembayaran adalah korban atau ahli waris korban menghubungi kantor Jasa Raharja dan mengisi surat permohonan ganti rugi. Jasa Raharja kemudian memeriksa apakah korban layak mendapatkan ganti rugi. Sesuai dengan aturan dan bila semua berkas sudah lengkap, Jasa Raharja akan membayar santunan kecelakaan kepada korban atau ahli waris korban dalam waktu satu hari, yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Keuangan. 2) Masalah yang terjadi saat membayar jumlah tagihan ke PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Sumatera, yaitu: (1) pembayaran premi terlambat lebih dari 3 bulan, (2) informasi yang tidak benar yang diberikan oleh staf layanan luar atau agen asuransi saat mengisi permintaan Ya, (3) Calon tertanggung saat mengisikeluar surat permintaan akan memberikan informasi palsu. B. Tentang penyakityang diderita, (4) Pemalsuan syarat pengajuan klaim asuransi jiwa oleh pemegang polis atau ahli waris.Key Word: Asuransi Jiwa, Pemberian Santunan, PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Sumatera

Abstract

Abstrak: Play therapy adalah salah satu usaha yang dapat membantu anak yang memiliki masalah emosional, kecemasan karena stress serta keragu-raguan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode play therapy terhadap kemantapan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa kelas XII IPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singosari dengan menggunakan rancangan pre-eksperimen dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa dengan sampling purposive. Analisa data menggunakan uji t-Tes atau uji beda dengan mencari Mean dan standard Deviasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode play therapy dapat meningkatkan kemantapan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut pada siswa. Hal ini berdasarkan pada hasil analisis data uji t-Tes, dimana harga t hitung = 10.983 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Oleh karena signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka hipotesis (H1) diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan play therapy terhadap kemantapan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa. Dengan demikian metode play therapy ini efektif diberikan kepada siswa yang mengalami ketidakmantapan dalam pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut.
