Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang terindeks LQ45 periode 2015-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 yang secara konsisten terindeks tahun 2015-2017. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari ringkasan catatan laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Earning Per Share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham untuk perusahaan terindeks LQ45 secara konsisten periode 2015-2017.

Abstract

The government's efforts to encourage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to "go online" get great support from the business people of e-commerce.This is because the economic power, especially in Indonesia with 60% lies in MSMEs. In the current mobile internet era, the number of smartphone users who have done online is the main source in the development of MSMEs. One of the strategies adopted by many businesses in Indonesia is the Online to Offline or Offline to Online (O2O) strategy.The O2O business model not only changes consumer mentality and service models but also bring a new challenge to the traditional e-commerce. It can be said that e-commerce is currently looking for new ways to combine online and offline economics, which is an inevitable trend in e-commerce development.Therefore, the O2O business model is the right business model for MSMEs because it has great development prospects. This paper will discuss the introduction of the O2O model and its development strategy to MSMEs, as well as to promote the development of O2O-based e-commerce applications at MSMEs.

Abstract

The goals of this research is attempt to know how the effect of leadership style to the employees job performance and leadership style together with organization’s culture to the employees job performance at Toeng Market Malang. This research is a causal research, population of this research is 69 employees. Sample of this research is 69 employees by used full sampling technique. Hypothesis is tested by used t test (as partially) and F test (as simultaneously).The t test result shows that leadership style has positively and significant effect to the employees job performance, organization’s culture has no effect positively and significant., but leadrship style and organization’s culture simultanueously have positively and significant effect on the job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of management of regional property. This research was conducted by using quantitative descriptive method. The research method used is associative in which the research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The analysis technique used is factor analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis test, it was found that testing of 33 factors in asset management in the local government environment. The sample uses 50 respondents, data analysis techniques using factor analysis in this research data are grouped into 6 (six) factors, namely: BMD Planning and Procurement (20.71%), Usage and Utilization (18.12%), Security and Maintenance (10 , 05%), Elimination (6.29%), Administration of BMD (5.00%) and Control and Control (4.89%). The results of this study indicate that of the six factors the most dominant factors are the factors of procurement BMD and BMD uses, in fact this is reasonable because planning is very important to be done to support the control and supervision process. While the use and utilization can be said to be effective if supported also by good administration and periodic maintenance.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran keterikatan psikis dan emosional Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam memperkuat dimensi iklim kerja etis publik dalam upaya peningkatan kewajiban yang dirasakannya untuk membantu pencapaian tujuan dari sebuah organisasi publik. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini mencoba untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian tentang apakah komitmen afektif mampu memperkuat efek dari masing – masing dimensi iklim kerja etis pada peningkatan perasaan berkewajiban pegawai, dan mana diantara dimensi tersebut yang paling dominan dalam memberikan efek terbesar secara tidak langsung pada perasaan berkewajiban melalui komitmen afektif pegawai. Sebanyak 42 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bekerja di kantor Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural berbasis Partial Least Square. Temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa seluruh dimensi iklim kerja etis mempunyai arti penting dalam membentuk keterikatan emosional pegawai dengan organisasinya, terutama dampak terbesar dihasilkan oleh rules and codes. Hal menarik yang terungkap adalah Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa keterikatan emosional pegawai dapat memberi dampak sangat besar terhadap peningkatan perasaan berkewajibannya kepada organisasi. Implikasi penting bagi organisasi publik adalah bagaimana memperkuat dimensi iklim kerja etis yang tidak hanya berangkat dari aturan semata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and product creativity on the product innovation, the effect of market orientation, innovation, and product creativity on competitive advantage, and the effect of competitive advantage on industrial performance. This research is a field research on creative-preneur in Malang town, especially those who are members of Malang Creative Fusion (MCF). The number of samples taken was 133 people that selected using an accidental purposive sampling technique. The results showed that market orientation and product creativity have a positive and significant effect on product innovation. On the other hand, market orientation, innovation and product creativity also have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. In addition, competitive advantage is also has a positive and significant effect on industrial performance. The implications of the research are to achieve high industrial performance, creative industry should improve the competitive advantage by improving the market orientation, innovation and product creativity. While to improve market orientation, innovation and product creativity, creative industries should know what the customers want, how the strategy of the competitor is and improve cross-functional functions. Besides it, creative industries should invent new products that are original, unique, and have a high attractiveness or at least develop existing products, make a differentiation of the products and sell them at competitive prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Operating Costs and Income and Loan Asset Ratio to Achievement of Profit in Islamic Rural Banks in East Java. The existence of Sharia Banking is increasingly recognized by the government as shown by the increasing number of banks conducting business based on sharia principles in 2011. In 2011, banking performance showed positive growth supported by high profitability, and other financial indicators that showed positive growth , where growth in 2011 is relatively higher. Total assets of BPRS increased by 28.21% from Rp. 2.73 trillion (2010) to Rp. 3.50 trillion (in 2011), (Bank Indonesia, 2011). This study uses multiple regression analysis model. And the type of data used is secondary data taken through Bank Indonesia Report.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial knowledge on gender relations and the intentions of individual investor transactions in the Indonesian capital market. Given the high number of passive investors in Indonesia it is important to know the influence to improve understanding of financial knowledge, especially about stocks. Test method using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with a sample of 41 individual investors who conduct transactions selling and buying shares. The results showed that gender has no significant effect on transaction intention. The interaction variables gender* transaction intentions have a positive and significant effect on the transaction intent. This implies the importance of improving the understanding of investors' financial knowledge in order to generate the intention to transact shares.
