Abstract

Bank harus mempertahankan sejumlah alat likuid guna memastikan bahwa bank sewaktu-waktu dapat memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Likuiditas bank bisa di nilai berdasarkan Loan to deposit ratio (LDR). Kinerja pertumbuhan industri perbankan akhir-akhir ini tercatat meningkat, termasuk perbaikan dari sisi kredit macet (Non Performing Loan/NPL). pertumbuhan kredit secara tahunan berada di kisaran 9 % sampai 10% persen di Agustus 2016. Sedangkan kredit macet mulai membaik dari 3,1 %, turun ke 3 %. “Salah satu faktor perbaikan ini karena tax amnesty Penelitian ini didasarkan atas sampel yaitu 22 bank persepsi yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah, untuk melihat likuiditas pasca tax amnesti maka digunakan t test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian likuiditas yang di tunjukan oleh Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) bank persepsi sesudah tax amnesti berada pada standar kinerja yang cukup bagus yaitu 84,785 % . Berdasarkan peraturan BI target likuiditas berada pada minimal 78% dan maksimal 92%. Secara keseluruhan rata-rata bank persepsi berada pada kondisi NPL yang sehat yaitu sekitar 3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui macam-macam metode yang digunakan para petani dalam mengelola (manajemen) keuangan hasil pertaninnya dan juga untuk mengetahui dampak dari berbagai macam macam metode yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif komparatif yaitu dengan membandingkan dan menggali sumber sumber data terkait dengan manajemen keuangan petani yang sering digunakan sekelompok petani Tebu dan kopi dalam mengelola hasil panen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Hasil Panen masyarakat menggunakn dua metode yaitu hasul panen lansung dijual dan di timbun, yang kedua-duanya mempunyai kelebihan dan kelemahan. Kelemahan metode hasil panen langsung dijual mereka sulit dalam penggunaan uang mengingat kebutuhan sehari-hari kurang bisa terkontrol dengan anggapan mereka terdorong untuk selalu menggunakan uangnya, sedangkan kelebihan dari metode ini adalah mereka beranggapan bahwa metode ini lebih bisa merasakan hasil pertanian mengingat uang yang mereka terima bersifat kumulatih secara langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, describe and interpret what factors influence women's empowerment so that it can improve the family's economic welfare. This study is a descriptive study using structured interviews. Subjects were 30 female batik entrepreneurs in Pejagoan and Alian Districts. The results show both women entrepreneurs run businesses to help the family economy and still have little business knowledge, so the local government still has to provide assistance for the progress of the batik industry, especially those owned by women.

Abstract

At this time technology is growing well, so that the existing technology becomes sophisticated. Sophisticated technology can be utilized to conduct marketing activities such as promotional activities like promotional products via the internet (online advertising). The development of online advertising in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly, so when opening the internet, online advertising is always appear. Too much online ads that appear not necessarily make the internet media as the right media. Online advertising can be said to be ineffective because based on research states that people avoid advertising because it interferes with the main purpose when accessing the internet. However, on the other hand online advertising can be said to be effective because of its wide range, it can determine segmentation, and need low budget. Therefore, this topic needs to be examined more deeply to see if online advertising is really effective or not.

Abstract

Nowadays, more and more companies continuously conduct product innovation in order to survive the market competition. One of the strategy to survive the competition is by advertising. Advertisement can be done through a lot of platform, for instance: television, radio, newspaper, magazine, and online platform. In this technological era, advertisement through television is still preferable. According to research, advertising through television is one of the most effective platform since spending rate due to tv commercials is increasing every single year. But on the other hand, television could also be not the most effective platform due to high advertising cost, vast segmentation, and unorganized running time. Because of that reason, it should be researched further whether advertising through television is effective or not.

Abstract

Low financial literacy will have an impact on making decisions in daily life. Making wrong decisions will end in poor and ineffective economic management that can lead to financial vulnerable behavior and crises and potentially suffer losses due to financial sector crime. The level of financial literacy will vary according to the demographics. Women, minorities and low income tend to have low levels of financial literacy. Likewise with age, age determines the point of view of people towards something. Generation Y is the generation born in the years 1980-1994 where this generation is very closely related to technology and has different habits with other generations. The purpose of this study is to measure the financial literacy index in the millennial generation. This study uses a type of descriptive research so that researchers describe the index that has been calculated previously. Then it tested for its effect on financial behavior. The test results show basic and sharia financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. It show by thet value of both variables are greater than t table (3.147> 1.97; 2.512> 1.97). The more someone understands the financial concept, the more he is able to manage his finances well.
