Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ALMA on financial performance with Entity Value as an intervening variable. This type of research used a descriptive approach and explanatory approach, with exogenous variables namely ALMA and endogenous variables are financial performance and firm value. This study takes the population of all publicly listed banks listed on the IDX, as many as 37 (thirty seven) banks. In determining the sample, a purposive sampling technique was used. This study found that ALMA had a negative effect on company performance. ALMA has an indirect effect on firm value, company performance has an indirect effect on company value, ALMA through Company Performance has an indirect and significant effect on company value on several banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The optimal application of ALMA enables all series of banking activities to be effective, efficient and effective.

Abstract

Indonesia has signed a trade agreement with Australia and hoped that this agreement can benefit both parties in facing global free trade. Indonesia is not Australia's main trading partner currently and Indonesia's exports to Australia tend to decline in recent years. Indonesia can take advantage of Australia's export market which is experiencing an increase in the value of exports which has risen faster than import prices which has affected the growth of the Australian economy. Indonesia can utilize the export market, especially markets that have trade agreements with Indonesia in order to indirectly increase Indonesian exports by utilizing the issuance of Certificates of Origin from Indonesia as partners of producers of Australian export products. The abundance of natural resources and labor in Indonesia is expected to attract the interest of Australia to invest in Indonesia to build an industry that aims to produce goods for the needs of the country's export market demand and for Indonesia to increase the entry of foreign direct investment to Indonesia.

Abstract

Developments in the current era require companies to continue to develop and make appropriate strategic decisions. One strategic decision that must be appropriate is related to human resource development. One of the management developments is the management of human resources. One of them is in terms of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and spiritual intelligence on performance. This study aims to determine the effect of variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and spiritual intelligence on employee performance at the STIE ASIA Malang academic community. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing and causal associative research types. Data collection using a questionnaire / questionnaire. The population in this study were all academics of STIE ASIA Malang and sampling techniques using 77 sample respondents. The results showed that: 1) intellectual intelligence influences performance 2) emotional intelligence influences performance 3) spiritual intelligence influences performance 4) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) influences performance.

Abstract

The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of RETE, CASHTA, TETA, ROE, SIZE, LEVERAGE on the dividend policy on the company lifecycle of 2014-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this research was an IDX registered manufacturing company in 2014-2018, with a total population of 170 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, and 76 companies were obfained. The independent variables of this research are RETE, CASHTA, TETA, ROE, SIZE, LEVERAGE; While the dependent variable of this research is a dividend policy. The results of this research show that RETE, CASHTA, TETA, SIZE, LEVERAGE are not significant to the dividend policy on the company's lifecycle. In general, there is a variable ROE that has a significant influence on the dividend policy. Further, if analysis is conducted on each company's lifecycle, the ROE has a significant effect on the dividend policy at the start-up stage.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental factors and macro-economic performance of the bank to the stability of banks in Indonesia during the period 2011-2017. Fundamental factors indicated by the LDR, NPL and CAR. Meanwhile, macroeconomic factors indicated by variable Bi rate and inflation. Banking stability is reflected by the banking stability index. This study uses a quantitative approach to the panel regression analysis model data by using the tools of the computer program eviews 10. The results of these empirically demonstrated that simultaneous, variable factors of fundamental and macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on the stability of perbankan. While partially, the results of this study indicate that the variable LDR, NPL, Bi rate and inflation significant influence on the stability of the banking and CAR variables not significant effect on the stability of the banking system.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and to understand the relation between service quality, perceived service fairness, convenient and product portfolio to customer service satisfaction. The research is also done to find out the effect of customer service satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth specifically in the car wash industry. The data is collected by using questionnaires as the survey method which analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The survey result shows that there are influence service quality, which are assurance, product portfolio, convenience, perceived service fairness, and reliability. The five dimensions also show the positive relation with customer service satisfaction, so does customer service satisfaction and trust to word of mouth. Based on the result of this research, gaining positive customer satisfaction and word of mouth in the car wash industry imply the need in focusing on improving service in matters concerning assurance product portfolio and convenience. This research shows that the assurance dimension has the most significant influence on customer satisfaction and the trust dimension has the most significant impact on word of mouth in the car wash industry in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship between several variables that affect the level of return visits to the local coffee shop in Batam, including the variable perception of product quality, service, eWOM, trust, and also the experience felt by consumers. The construction of hypotheses and their framework is based on previous researchers who really focus on the level of return visits, so researchers add relationships that have not been previously studied and also with the hope of providing more varied and accurate results. The hope of this research in the future is aimed at increasing return visits to local coffee shops in Batam City, and is also expected to improve the local economy of entrepreneurs in the field, then also be able to provide answers to entrepreneurs to realize what are the concerns of consumers in determining the level of a return visit.
