Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically prove the effect of online customer reviews, prices, trust, and perceived risk on online buying interest on e-commerce platforms. This research was conducted in the people of Madiun City by taking a sample using a porposive sample and obtained as many as 200 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using SPSS version 20. The results of this study are online customer reviews, price, trust, and perceived risk affect purchase intention and online customer reviews, trust, perceived risk simultaneously affect purchase intention.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the behavior of servant leadership (BSL) in enhancing in role performance. The role of work involvement was also examined as a mediator by the researchers. The study employed a survey methodology to collect data from 128 civil servants in Central Kalimantan. Out of the total respondents, 96 individuals willingly and accurately completed the questionnaire. The employed analytical approach utilises the hierarchical component model (HCM) and entails the examination of the second-order model that encompasses a dual-layered structure within the partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) framework to assess the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that the manifestation of servant leadership behaviour, also known as BSL, has the potential to enhance one's performance within their designated role. Furthermore, the construct of job involvement (JI), assumes a significant function as a mediator in the examined associations. This study aims to investigate the various dimensions of servant leadership behaviour and its impact on role performance within government organisations in Indonesia. Additionally, the study seeks to explore the potential mediating role of work involvement in this relationship.

Abstract

Islamic banks operated based on Islamic principles and were more affected by the Covid-19 pandemic than conventional banks because of their higher fee structure. However, to restore the economy, more and more non-Muslim entrepreneurs are applying for business financing at Islamic banks. This study aimed to determine the factors that strongly influence the interest of non-Muslim creative entrepreneurs in Malang to apply for financing at Islamic banks. Using a sample of 112 creative entrepreneurs selected by accidental purposive sampling, the quantitative data obtained from distributing the questionnaires was finally analyzed using PLS-SEM high-level analysis. The study's results divulged four strong factors that influence the interest of non-Muslim creative entrepreneurs in applying for financing at Islamic banks: social influence, reputation, promotion, and services. In contrast, the other four factors did not have a strong effect. Future research is expected to consider the type of financing selected as a control variable.

Abstract

This research provides a deep understanding of the experience and preferences of users of accounting applications such as MYOB, Zahir, and Jurnal. In this study, a class action method was used that involved respondents in dealing with examples of cases of preparing financial statements. For this purpose, respondents will use the accounting computer application Zahir Accounting Enterprise Version 6.0, MYOB version 18, and also access the journal through www.jurnal.id. This research involved 79 MSME actors operating in Malang City, East Java Province, and they were divided into three classes. The implementation of Class Actions takes place over a two-month period, starting from April to May 2023. In data analysis, a descriptive statistical analysis method is used that involves manual calculation of the score of each answer given by respondents. It is concluded that each accounting computer application has advantages and disadvantages in certain aspects. Zahir tends to score well in the categories of "Easy to operate on various devices" and "Additional Presentation of Supporting Information that is easy to understand," indicating ease of use across devices and good presentation of information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for non-lecturer employees at ITB Asia Malang. The population of this study includes all non-lecturer employees at the ITB Asia Malang. and the sample used is 70 respondents using the saturated sample method. The result of this study (1) motivation does not significantly affect job satisfaction, (2) work environment effect the job satisfaction positively and significantly, (3) job satisfaction and motivation effect OCB positively and significantly, (4) work environment does not significantly affect OCB, (5) job satisfaction is able to mediate work environment to OCB, (6) job satisfaction is not able to mediate motivation to OCB. ITB Asia Malang needs upgrading facilities, create KPI standards for each division, systems and environments that can shape work patterns for education personnel, and maximizing roles from the division coordinator for monitoring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand satisfaction dan customer engagement terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand attitude, brand attachment dan customer trust. Metode yang digunakan selama pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode quota sampling melalui pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap generasi Z di kota Batam khususnya yang berusia 15-25 tahun. Dalam penilitian ini menggunakan 412 data dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand satisfaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, customer engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand attachment berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand attitude berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty, dan customer trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan dalam berinvestasi adalah hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan, karena jika investor salah dalam mengambil keputusan maka manfaat yang diharapkan tidak dapat diperoleh. Investor diasumsikan bersikap rasional dalam mengambil keputusan investasinya, namun faktanya seringkali dalam mengambil keputusan tersebut dipengaruhi perilaku bias yang disebabkan oleh faktor psikologis dan faktor keterbatasan individu. Investor seringkali memiliki perilaku yang menyimpang dari logika dan akal sehat, selain itu investor menampilkan banyak perilaku bias yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan investasi. Proses emosional, kesalahan mental, dan ciri kepribadian individu memperumit investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Berinvestasi tidak sekedar menganalisis angka dan mengambil keputusan untuk membeli dan menjual berbagai aset dan surat berharga. Artikel ini adalah studi litaratur yang bertujuan untuk menyajikan perilaku bias yang mempengaruhi investor dalam mengambil keputusan dan kemudian diperoleh kerangka konsep terkait faktor psikologi, keterbatasan individu serta perilaku bias pada keputusan investasi oleh investor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of CSR, environmental performance, environmental costs on profitability. The research population is basic industrial sector entities and chemicals for the period 2016 – 2021. The non-probability sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The research sample is 7 companies. The results of hypothesis testing show that CSR, environmental performance, and environmental costs have no effect on profitability. This study has theoretical implications in the field of financial accounting, namely obtaining evidence that CSR disclosure, environmental performance, and environmental costs do not affect the size of the profitability of the company. This research also has practical implications, namely that it can be taken into consideration by companies in making decisions, especially to increase profitability, companies must balance the company's focus on increasing sales or on company expenses for CSR disclosure costs, environmental performance, and environmental costs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan antara risiko litigasi, intensitas modal, dan financial distress. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019–2020 dengan menggunakan teknik seleksi tertarget. Data kuantitatif dari 62 kasus bisnis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis statistik deskriptif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dan pengujian hipotesis standar dibagi menjadi uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas berganda, dan uji normalitas. Kemudian, untuk menilai hipotesis, digunakan uji-t, koefisien determinasi, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Telah ditunjukkan bahwa temuan penelitian ini pada variabel intensitas modal, kesulitan keuangan, dan risiko proses tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Influence of Price Perception, Product Reviews, and Ease of Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tokopedia in Madiun City." This study aimed to determine the effect of price perceptions, product reviews, and convenience on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Tokopedia in Madiun City. This quantitative research uses a sampling technique using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 384 people—data analysis using multiple linear regression using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there is a positive and significant effect between price perceptions and purchasing decisions, a positive and significant effect between product reviews and purchasing decisions, and a positive and significant influence between convenience and purchasing decisions. However, the perception of price, product reviews, and convenience do not simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.
