Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan yang dialami oleh remaja laki-laki dan perempuan. Masa peralihan remaja mengalami perubahan biologi, psikologis serta kematangan organ reproduksi. Perubahan yang terjadi salah satunya menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian menstruasi pada siswi SMP Negeri 1 Malunda. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 orang. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan random sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden berusia 15 tahun (41.0%), skala nyeri yang dirasakan umumnya skala ringan (67.9%), dampak dari nyeri menstruasi sebagaian besat responden tetap beraktivitas dan masuk sekolah (75%) dan terapi yang digunakan dalam mengatasi nyeri dengan istirahat dan tidak melakukan apa – apa (35.8%). Pentingnya penyediaan Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) sehingga dapat memberikan ruang kepada siswa untuk mendapatkan terapi saat menstruasi

Abstract

Neonatal asphyxia is a condition where the baby cannot breathe spontaneously and regularly after birth. This type of research is analytical observational with a case control approach. This research was conducted at the Majene Hospital with a sample of 66 babies who met the inclusion criteria using the total sampling method. The independent variables of this research are age, parity, gestational age, type of delivery and uses a checklist measuring instrument. The research results from the chi square test results showed that there was no significant relationship between the incidence of asphyxia and age with a p value of 0.438 > ꭤ 0.05, there was no significant relationship between the incidence of asphyxia and parity with a p value of 0.248 > ꭤ 0 .05, there is no significant relationship between the incidence of asphyxia and gestational age where the p value is 0.592 > ꭤ 0.05 and there is no significant relationship between the incidence of asphyxia and the type of delivery p value 0.125 > ꭤ 0.05. The conclusion of this research is that there is no significant relationship between the incidence of asphyxia and age, parity, gestational age and type of delivery at Majene Hospital in 2022. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the risk factors for anemia in pregnant women at the Pamboang Community Health Center, Majene Regency in 2022. The method used is observational with a cross-sectional approach. The results of this study to find out what factors influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Pamboang Community Health Center. This research was conducted with 110 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria using the total sampling method and using a checklist measuring instrument. Data analysis technique using the SPSS program chisquare. From the results of the chisquare test, there is no significant relationship between the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and KEK with a value of p=0.825 and there is no significant relationship between the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and parity with a value of p=0.158 and there is no significant relationship with the incidence anemia in pregnant women with age with a value p=0.575. The conclusion of this study is that there is no significant relationship between KEK, parity and age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Pamboang Public Health Center, Majene Regency in 2022.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a toddler’s body does not reach the appropriate length or height based on age standards. This research aims to determine the relationship between early marriage and the incidence of stunting in north bonde village. The research method used is analytical observational research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 107 toddlers aged 0-59 months in February 2023. The sampling with technique used purposive sampling with certain criteria so that 60 repondents were obtained. Data collection uses a checklist sheet. The research location is in north bonde village. The time of the research was from august to September 2023. The results of the research were mostly early marriages of 51,7%, stunting of 50,0% and chi-square test analysis data (p=0,605). The conclusion was there was no relationship between early marriages and the incidence. Conclusion there is no significant relationship between early marriage and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 0-59 months in north bonde village

Abstract

Objective: In general, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between parity and maternal perceptions of hyperemia gravidarum at the Majene District General Hospital. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all pregnant women. The sampling technique uses the Total Sampling technique. The sample of this research is 47 people. The analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 22.0 application. The test was carried out by observing the significance value of the Chi Square test. Results: The results of the chi-square test on the pregnant parity variable were obtained with a value of p = 0.016 <0.05. The results of the chi-square test on the perception of pregnant women were obtained with a value of p = 0.211> 0.05. Conclusion: In the parity variable of pregnant women there is a relationship between parity of pregnant women and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum and in the perception variable of pregnant women there is no relationship between the perception of pregnant women and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum
