Abstract

Job Analysis in the Administrative Section of the Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University Case Study This research was conducted at the Sheikh Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang. This study aims to determine the extent of Administrative Positions in the Faculty of Economics, FKIP, Postgraduate Program. This research uses Observation, Interview, and Documentation. In the case study research, Spadley did not use the term population, but called it "social situation" or a social situation consisting of three elements, namely: place, actor, and activity that interact synergistically. This social situation can be stated as an object of research that wants to be understood in more depth "what happened" in it. In descriptive research it does not use populations, because descriptive research departs from certain cases that exist in certain social situations and the results of the study will not be applied to the population, but transferred to other places in social situations that have similarities with the situations in the cases studied. Samples in descriptive research are not called respondents, but as informants, or participants, informants, and teachers in the research. The sample in qualitative descriptive research is also not called a statistical sample, but a theoretical sample, because the purpose of descriptive research is to generate theory.

Abstract

This research was conducted at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas. This study aims to determine how much influence the service quality of workshops and workshop promotion has on corporate image at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas. This study uses a quantitative description. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. With a population of 200 people, the sampling technique was determined, namely purposive sampling, while the sample obtained was 67 people, namely customers who came directly to the workshop. From the results of the research on the variable quality of service workshops, the value of tcount > ttable (7.002 > 1.998) is obtained. it can be concluded that the service quality of the repair shop has an effect on the company's image at the AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas while workshop promotion on corporate image is tcount < ttable (1.537 <1.998) so it can be concluded that workshop promotion has no effect on corporate image at AHASS PT. Telaga Mestika Mas.

Abstract

The Grade Point Average (GPA) is a measurement and assessment of learning outcomes that have been carried out by someone after carrying out learning activities as evidenced by the form of tests and learning outcomes expressed in the form of numbers and letters that have been achieved. This study aims to determine how much influence socio-economic status and campus environment have on student GPA at the Faculty of Teaching and Education, Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang. The author uses a representative sample of students who are registered and active in the Teaching and Education Faculty of the Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang Islamic University, totaling 56 samples. Data obtained with valid and reliable research instruments. The author uses a Likert scale as a measurement scale and distributes a predetermined questionnaire with simple random sampling. With multiple regression analysis, the authors found that socio-economic status had a significant effect on the cumulative grade point average of students while the campus environment was not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher personality competence on learning motivation and the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement in Public and Private Senior High Schools in Tangerang City. The samples in this research were students of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang and SMA Syekh Yusuf Kota Tangerang. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing 20 statements which were distributed to 100 respondents. This research is a correlational research and a quantitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Cronbach's Alpha Test. Analysis prerequisite test consists of normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. hypothesis testing consists of multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that partially, personality competence influences learning motivation and learning motivation influences learning achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang signifikan dan dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) Tangerang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional mengenai tema permasalahan. Sampel sebanyak 204 orang, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang antara lain adalah faktor kecakapan dan keterampilan, faktor sarana/fasilitas, faktor kedisiplinan dosen, faktor layanan akademik dan non akademik, faktor kegiatan pembelajaran, faktor kesesuaian perkuliahan, faktor akses kampus, faktor keamanan kampus dan yang terkahir adalah faktor konseling dosen. faktor kecakapan dan keterampilan merupakan faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerng berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Kualitas Akademik terhadap Keputusan Calon Mahasiswa dalam memilih Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi pada Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model penelitian yaitu deskriptif korelasi dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 194 mahasiswa yang kemudian ditetapkan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling sehingga didapat sampel yaitu sebanyak 131 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara parsial Kualitas Akademik terhadap Keputusan Calon Mahasiswa diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,629. Pada taraf signifikansi 5%, dapat diketahui thitung sebesar 9,097 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 karena koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Akademik terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Calon Mahasiswa dalam memilih Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi.

Abstract

Job training and career development have an important role to improve the performance of employees and improve quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and career development simultaneously and partially on the performance of Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital employees. This research is a causal associative study where the population and sample of this study are employees at Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, F test, T test at the significant rate (confidence level) alpha 0.05. And the calculation process was carried out using the SPSS version 24 program. The hypothesis test showed that the results of the effect of job training on employee performance were 2,115 at a significant level of 0.038, the effect of career development on employee performance was 1,535 at a significant level of 0.130. Thus the hypothesis in this study shows that job training has a partial or positive effect on employee performance at Ciputra Hospital Tangerang Hospital while career development has no effect on employee performance

Abstract

The Influence of Educated Unemployment Rate on Economic Growth in Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the level of educated unemployment on economic growth.This research was conducted in the Tangerang and Cipondoh sub-districts in Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of educated unemployment that occurs in two sub-districts, whether the level of educated unemployment has an impact on growth in the two sub-districts in Tangerang City.The method in this study uses descriptive correlational analysis of the Quantitative type. Basically to explain the relationship between the factors or various variables that influence the variable level of educated unemployment on economic growth. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents who were from 50 Tangerang sub-districts and 50 Cipondoh sub-districts in Tangerang City.Based on this research, it can be concluded that the value carried out in the T test shows that the estimation results of the regression model produce a positive educated unemployment coefficient (0.706) with a sig probability value = 0.000 < α (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, based on the test results, it can be concluded that partially educated unemployment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the two sub-districts in Tangerang City.
