Abstract

Unemployment and poverty in Indonesia became one of the problems is endless. Number of Students dropouts and educated unemployment also exacerbate the economic downturn in Indonesia. annually, University chip in alumni who are not absorbed by the employment. Not again secondary students who drop out or do not continue school. One of efforts that can be done to cultivate enthusiasm and motivation to entrepreneurship. entrepreneurship education is not only necessary but must be given to the public, good for basic education,secondary  to College in order to shape the mindset of the younger generation to entrepreneurship. Support from all parties, such as family, community, education World, government, business world and industry can also increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Various efforts, special are needed to resolve the problems in creating entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Accounting of Shari’ah Banks is the financial accounting process from the collection of funds, distribution of funds. Every collection of funds is done by Shari’ah Banks have the accounts that are different from conventional banks. In the collection and Shari’ah Banks uses the accounts product and savings wadi'ah and savings and mudharabah deposits. In distributing and to Shari’ah Bank community uses 3 featured products  are, financing mudharabah, Musharaka and buying and selling murabahah.

Abstract

Consumers often consume goods and / or services resulting in damage, pollution and the loss on himself. So that the rights and obligations himself always disproportionate (balanced). So that consumer rights are not permanently harmed by businesses or otherwise,  the Republic country of Indonesia established a law that became the basis for consumers, businesses, Non-governmental organization and the Government to take  the legal actions as a result of violations committed by parties who are not responsible responsibility. Through UU No. 8 the year 1999 on Consumer Protection became the constitutional basis for businesses and consumers, especially in solving problems (disputes) that happened to himelf. Legal effort in problem solving (dispute) can use the lines outside the court  (Non-Litigation) and through the courts (Litigation). The lines outside the court  carried out by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Board (BPSK). BPSK in resolving disputes of consumer through mediation, arbitration or conciliation.

Abstract

The Charge imposition of factory overhead based on traditional systems often cause distorted costs. One of efforts to overcome these distortions fees is with charging the costs  factory overhead  by the activity based costing. The use of activity based costing can also help companies that produce many products  in determining the level of profitability. Profitability indicates whether an enterprise has good prospects in the future for the company's survival. This research is a quantitative descriptive research conducted at UD NIAGA BAKTI engaged in the processing of tuna fish PETIS in Pamekasan located in the village of Konang, Subdistrict of Galis, Regency of Pamekasan. The type of data  used in this research is quantitative data obtained by direct observation and Interview. This techniques of research analysis calculates and compares the products profitability of PETIS by using traditional cost systems and costing system based activity. The results of this research indicates that there are differences in the principal cost of production and profitability UD NIAGA BAKTI by using activity based costing compared  Traditional Cost Systems.

Abstract

This research illustrates the effectiveness of the use of direct budgetary towards performance-based budgeting at pamekasan subdistrict office, Regency of Pamekasan. Based on the ratio comparation of the budgetary utilization effectiveness at Pamekasan subdistrict Office in 2009 showed that the Program of  Office Administrative Services, Program of Facilities and Infrastructure Apparatus Improvement. Program of Apparatus Resource Capacity  Improvement, Program Intensify the Society Complaint Handling, Program of Planning New Autonomous Region, Programs of District Administrative Services  said effective according to the effectiveness ratio reaching 100%. Then the ratio comparation of the budgetary utilization effectiveness at Pamekasan subdistrict Office in 2010 showed that Program of Office Administrative Services, Program of Facilities and Infrastructure Apparatus Improvement. Program of Apparatus Resource Capacity  Improvement, Program Intensify the Society Complaint Handling, Program of Planning New Autonomous Region, Programs of District Administrative Services said effective according to the effectiveness ratio reaching 100%. Next, direct expenditure contribution to expenditure budget total at Pamekasan subdistrict Office in 2009 and in 2010 there are some activities that are necessary to be done the increase , among others, as follows: Program of Facilities and Infrastructure Apparatus Improvement, Program of Apparatus Resource Capacity  Improvement, Program Intensifies the Society Complaint Handling, Program of Planning New Autonomous Region, Program of District Administrative Services.

Abstract

The purpose of this reserach was to know how much the contribution of the regional tax towards the original revenue of region on revenue (PAD) in regency of Pamekasan in 2011 to 2015. In accordance to the data contained in Revenue Department , Financial management and Regional Asset in Pamekasan Regency of Local tax from 2011 to 2015 more increasing so that the original revenue of region also increase. Thus local taxes contribute to local revenues. The results of the analysis in chapter discussion obtained the contribution magnitude of local tax to original revenue of region as follows: Contributions of local taxes to the original revenue of region  in 2011 amounted to 15.7%, in 2012 by 17:13%, in 2013 by 1:33%, 2014 at 13:52% and the 2015 amounted to 13.78%. So that on average each year, reaching 12% local tax contributions toward the original revenue of region

Abstract

The Research aims to know the advisability and investment banana crop farming in increasing income of farmers in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, Regency of Pamekasan. The population in this researh is a banana farmer in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, regency of Pamekasan. For this study, researchers determined the total sample of 475 people, but the questionnaire who managed to return only 83 respondents. To test the hypothesis uses analysis factor. The Research result showed Plantain crop farming that is done in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, Regency of Pameksan is not worth the effort seen from the financial aspect, namely payback period of 1 year 8 months longer than the economic age is 1 year. Market aspects, technical aspects, and social aspects are in good category with score average of consecutive 4.15, 4.06, and 4.03. The number of workers absorbed in full from plantain crop farming in a year as many as 179 people. Obstacles in the plantain crop farming in the village of Ponteh, Subdistrict of Galis, regency of  Pameksan are: the technical Obstacles is the harvest plantain difficult set according to market needs. and drugs required are not available in the village. Nontechnical Obstacles is the selling price of plantain is determined by the buyer (collector) so that the farmers' bargaining position is weak, the selling price of plantain is not stable, the land area of the narrow become an obstacle in the development of crop farming of bananas, the group of farmer as a forum for farmers of plantain crop to hold interaction is not functioning optimally
