Abstract

Economic development is inseparable from economic growth. Economic growth is one of the measuring tools to measure regional economic conditions. Regional economic growth is an indicator of the success of regional economic development. This study aims to determine the effect of labor and Human Development Index on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Sidenreng Rappang district and to determine which variables are more dominant in influencing Gross Regional Domestic Product income in Sidenreng Rappang district. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data source comes from the documentation. The population in this study is the workforce and the human development index and Gross Regional Domestic Product, using a 10 year sample. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables had a significant and positive relationship with the dependent variable. Partially, the labor variable has no effect and is not significant, while the human development index variable has a positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product. The results of the regression value of R square (R2) of 0.982 means that the independent variable explains that labor and the human development index have an effect of 98.2% while the remaining 1.8% is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Tourism development programmed by both the government and the private sector will be directed at efforts to increase the number of tourist visits because it is a significant source of income. This study aims to determine the contribution of the hospitality sub-sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pinrang Regency in 2013-2017. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, documentation. The sample in this study was 19 (nineteen) hotels in Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative descriptive method. With the results of the research, namely the Hospitality Sub-Sector in Pinrang Regency, providing a positive value in supporting the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pinrang Regency, with the results in 2013 the Hospitality Sub-Sector contributed 0.87% in 2014 Revenue the Hospitality Sub-Sector Contribution increased by 0.89% In 2015 Revenue contribution from the Hospitality Sector decreased by 0.86% in 2016 Revenue from the Hospitality Sector increased by 0.88% and in 2017 Syb Revenue contribution from the Hospitality Sector increased by 0.89%.

Abstract

Regional Income is one indicator that determines the degree of independence of a region. This study aims to determine the Management of Mining Tax Group C and its implications for increasing local revenue in Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence the management of Mining Tax Group C on increasing local revenue in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this research are library research methods and field research consisting of observations, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaires). The sample in this study amounted to 37 people using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses technical data analysis in the form of a frequency table, using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Mining Tax Management Group C as a whole belongs to the good category but from 4 (four) indicators consisting of planning (72.25%), organizing (70.25%), implementation (70.25%), which has a low category there are on the monitoring indicator (54.5%) so it still needs to be improved. The factors that influence the Group C Mining Tax on Increasing Regional Original Income in Sidenreng Rappang Regency are Apparatus Knowledge About Organizational Principles (81.75%), High Work Discipline (58.75%), Facilities and Infrastructure (50%) Taxpayer Community Participation (58%), Law (72.25%) and Economics (66%).

Abstract

The industrial sector makes a very important contribution to employment. The increasing number of residents will at the same time increase the number of workers in industrial areas to encourage the creation of various economic activities to meet the needs of life. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the factors that influence the production of tombstones in the Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Regency Rappang. The variables observed in this study were the production of tombstones (Y), raw materials (X1), capital (X2), and labor (X3). The type of research used is quantitative research. Where the data used in the form of primary data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS version 24 application program to analyze the effect of tombstone production in Sidenreng Rappang District, Maritengngae District. The results of this study found that the variables of raw materials, capital, and labor had a significant effect on the tombstone production variable.

Abstract

Agriculture is the largest sector in almost every developing country's economy. This sector provides food for the majority of the population and provides employment. The structural transformation of the Indonesian economy towards a direction that industrialization does not automatically establish an agrarian atmosphere. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of corn farmers in Cemba Village and determine the dominant variables that affect the income of corn farmers in Cemba Village. This type of research is quantitative research. The data sources are taken from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. This study was 264 people. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely 264 population into 73 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variables have a significant and significant effect. positively related to this. The dependent variable is the income of corn farmers. Partially, the variables of land area, cost of seeds, and price of output have a significant effect. While the cost of fertilizer and labor costs have no significant and negative effect on the income of corn farmers from the results of the R square (R3) regression value of 0.865%, then the remaining 14.4% is explained by other variables outside of the study.
