Abstract

In measuring company performance, several aspects are needed to identify and evaluate company performance. With increasingly tight competition in the business world, many companies are utilizing various business strategies as support to improve their performance. Implementing a business strategy will be beneficial if its implementation is in accordance with the company's goals, vision and mission. Implementation of business strategy aims to support the company's growth and long-term targets. PT. XYZ is one of the companies in the maritime sector that is currently experiencing quite good business growth, in an effort to achieve its goals. One method of analyzing company strategy is to use the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and the SPACE Matrix, namely analyzing from an internal company perspective by reviewing the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the company and from an external company perspective by reviewing the company's internal aspects. opportunities and threats that exist outside the company which are then created a matrix to determine PT's position. XYZ. Based on the IFAS matrix, PT XYZ' position is in a relatively good position in facing its internal environment with a value of 2.80. Abstract

Until now, many warehouses in companies are still not neatly arranged, this is because the storage layout is not perfect, making it difficult for employees to reach the materials that will be taken for use in production activities. PT. XYZ is the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. PT XYZ also has several warehouses, one of which is Warehouse 03 electrical. This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Abstract

Rapid technological developments encourage the banking sector to continue to innovate so as not to be left behind. Tight competition in this industry is caused by customers' freedom to choose products and services that are considered more profitable. This phenomenon is known as Customer Churn, which is a condition where customers choose not to continue subscribing to a particular company. The method applied uses a machine learning approach and customer segmentation approach. The churn analysis results show that the machine learning model, especially the random forest model, has the highest level of accuracy with an F1-Score of 91%. This model has the potential to reduce churn rates from 20.4% to 5.61%, illustrating its positive impact. Apart from that, for the clustering results, the K-Prototype model was obtained for the clustering model with the highest Silhouette Score number of 0.1557 and 4 clusters were obtained.

Abstract

In measuring the corporate performance of PT X in the third quarter period, it has not been achieved optimally. This non-achievement is caused by several factors including projects from several corporate divisions in the production section that have not been completed within 1 year, the realization of the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023 which is not optimal, and performance management by each corporate leader that is not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the company's corporate performance using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine performance measures in Quarter III. The research conducted uses information obtained from observations and data sources directly from the company. Then data processing using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine the achievement of the company's corporate performance. From the results of the achievement of each indicator, the total score of the company's corporate Key Performance Indicator in the third quarter of 2023 was 46.45%. For the Key Performance Indicator target based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget of 100%. Therefore, the achievement of the realization of the Key Performance Indicator score on the company's corporate performance has not met the target in the Company's Work Plan and Budget for 2023. So it is necessary to accelerate the realization of indicators that have not met the achievement of performance based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023.

Abstract

X is a Warehouse Distributor (WMS/Warehouse Management System) company that provides sales of warehouse services, this activity is very important to make the warehouse run smoothly and according to expectations. With the capabilities it has, for monthly reports the company has not been able to fulfill user requests. Therefore PT. X tries to fulfill user requests by using the ERP implementation concept. On business processes at PT. X is carried out using Odoo software. By using this Odoo implementation, all data from several different business modules can be integrated. The use of this method is required for the implementation of the Sales module. The purpose of this research is to find out sales reports that are carried out manually in the warehouse rental sales process so that they provide effective, efficient and optimal results in the warehouse rental process. The results of this research can be concluded that the Sales module for creating Outstanding Sales Orders with Odoo Software will make it easier for business process activities to be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

XYZ is a shipyard company in Indonesia. The company PT. However, the shipbuilding process experienced a delay in the project completion target due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In this research, it is devoted to monitoring ship projects for 30 months, so the EVM earnings value management method is needed to calculate CPI and SPI in order to get results of late calculations for the project and so that it can be re-evaluated using the EVM method, in the results of the EVM CPI and SPI method calculations occur. The delay was due to the impact of Covid-19, while for the SPI in the first 10 months the budget realization was small so it didn't require a lot of costs because the SPI result was greater than 1. Abstract

This research analyzes the dressing table products of PT XYZ using anthropometric methods, taking into consideration body measurements such as hip width, thigh length, seated body height, and elbow length. The primary objective is to assess the suitability of product dimensions with human body structure from an anthropometric perspective. The process of testing data uniformity involves calculating the average of observation results, standard deviation, and establishing upper and lower control limits with the coefficient value of k. Adequacy testing of data is conducted to evaluate the quantity of collected data. Subsequently, ideal dimensions for the dressing table product will be determined. The analysis results indicate significant differences between the initial dimensions and the ideal dimensions, concluding that adjustments to product dimensions are necessary. Therefore, it is recommended that PT XYZ make adjustments to the dimensions of the dressing table product based on anthropometric principles to enhance user comfort and customer confidence in the product.

Abstract

The low effectiveness of the road crossing system causes frequent accidents and minor incidents that are detrimental to employees and drivers. The large number of accidents that occur can be caused by many factors, including human error, the environment and integrated systems. To be able to measure the possibility and determine a solution to this, XYZ Port applies the HIRADC method which is integrated with the road crossing system. The HIRADC method is an abbreviation for Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control. HIRADC is a method in K3 that is used to carry out hazard identification activities, assess the risks posed and determine the form of control for the risks. To achieve superior mobility revitalization, there needs to be an appropriate method for measuring and managing risks in the existing road crossing system. Therefore, the HIRADC method is used to measure all forms of danger and risk in several factors related to optimizing the road crossing system. From the risk analysis, the results obtained were that activities that had a high risk of crossing accidents were crossing traffic management activities. In this activity, there are two dangers that pose a medium risk, namely the danger of vehicles crossing and trailers passing, each at level 9. So it requires more comprehensive risk control efforts to resolve these two dangers.

Abstract

Increasing the volume of waste is still a crucial issue in various regions, considering that the dense activity of people outside the home makes it difficult to manage waste. Factors that often occur are people's habits and mindset regarding the existence of waste, namely that the product cannot be reused. For this reason, there is a need for waste activities or programs through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the community such as a waste bank (Bank Sandi) which is the formation of cooperation with stakeholders which aims to manage organic and inorganic waste, provide income to the community, form independence and community empowerment in processing waste. This research aims to find out the stages in implementing CSR, find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing CSR and find out the obstacles in implementing CSR for the residents of Tegal Bunder Village. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research results explain that the stages of CSR implementation are planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The supporting factors are company commitment and the inhibiting factors are technical issues, infrastructure for collection and sorting, changing behavior, and no continuous implementation (regulations already exist). And the obstacles in implementing CSR that occur in Tegal Bunder Subdistrict are time segregation, selling to collectors, no involvement of residents, and place. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program through Bank Sandi has been running well in accordance with the laws and regulations regarding the Company in the form of a commitment carried out by the company on an ongoing basis with the involvement of industry, universities, government and the community.

Abstract

The rapid development of the industry has driven the emergence of various technologies that can support the industry, especially in production activities. Production activities are the actions performed by humans to generate a product, be it goods or services, which are then utilized by consumers. These activities operate around the clock to produce products that meet market demand. For smooth production activities, manufacturing industries need to provide raw materials that meet targets and create plans before operating, with inventory levels set to ensure that needs are met in terms of quality, quantity, time, and low cost as planned. PT XYZ is a fruit juice manufacturer with avocado juice being its most popular product. The production of avocado juice was analyzed over the period of 2015-2020 using Vensim software with four scenarios to assess the availability of raw materials. The research findings reveal that the total availability of flour raw materials in 2020 was 10,000 tons; 9,450 tons; 9,500 tons; 10,150 tons; 11,400 tons; 13,250 tons. To address the issue, PT XYZ can monitor fruit stocks and periodically estimate fruit seasons.
