Abstract

Bali, as one of the world's leading tourist destinations, offers various tourist activities including cycling along the beach. To support these activities, an efficient and user-friendly bicycle rental system is needed. In this research, we developed and optimized the user interface (UI) of the "Gowes" bicycle rental mobile application using a prototyping method approach. The prototyping method was chosen because of its ability to create an initial model of the interface which is then tested and refined based on user feedback. The stages in this approach include requirements gathering, initial prototyping, user evaluation and testing, prototype refinement, and final implementation. By involving users in each iteration, developers can ensure that the resulting interface truly matches their needs and preferences. The results show that this approach not only increases user convenience and satisfaction but also reduces the risk of project failure. The implementation of the system using Level 0 Data Flow Diagram (DFD) provides an overview of the data flow and main processes in the application, ensuring that all features and functions run as planned. The "Gowes" application is expected to improve tourists' experience in renting bicycles and enjoying the beauty of Bali.

Abstract

PT Akselerasi Sumber Berkah is a local company engaged in the production and distribution of beauty and health products, under the brand name Beaudelab. This company was established in 2019. PT Akselerasi Sumber Berkah is located in West Denpasar, Bali. In processing sales data, the company uses Microsoft Excel. The weakness of the data or information generated is still in the form of tables that do not display more informative information in the form of graphs, making it difficult for companies to see sales developments and other information in a short time. Therefore, in this study, a sales data visualization using tableau was built to assist companies in processing table data into information in the form of graphs so that it does not take a long time to see the company's sales development. The research method used in this research is the nine steps kimball method. In this research through the stages of analyzing company data, designing a data warehouse, extract transform load process, implementing data visualization, and testing the system. This system was tested using the user acceptance test method and has obtained results with a percentage of 93% or strongly agree so that this sales data visualization is in accordance with the needs of the company. The results of this study are in the form of 3 pages that display company information in the form of graphs to assist in decision making.

Abstract

One issue with correspondence at the Batuyang Village Office is that letters still kept in the agenda book can lead to file loss if not properly filed. It takes a long time to make letter dispositions since they have to wait for the village chief. So that creating, searching for, and disposing of letters does not take too much time, a web-based program for managing correspondence can offer better and faster filing services. To address these issues, the village office implemented a web-based correspondence administration information system. The system provides officers with up-to-date data and information, facilitating the creation of both outbound and incoming letters.Admin, village head, incoming, outgoing, and letter disposition data are all part of this correspondence information system's data management capabilities. Moreover, it will be able to print disposition successor sheets, generate reports in the form of incoming and departing letters, and more based on the data. In addition, a blackbox testing scenario was used to test the system, and the results showed that all of the available menus functioned properly.

Abstract

This study analyzes the average hourly wage of workers in Indonesia by region of residence, using data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the period 2018-2022. The data is divided into three categories: rural, urban, and combined urban and rural. The analysis was conducted using Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) method and data visualization using Google Data Studio. The results of the analysis show that there is significant variation between wages in urban and rural areas. In rural areas, the highest average wage was recorded in 2020 at IDR 14,242, and the lowest in 2018 at IDR 11,557. Wages in rural areas increased from 2018 to 2020, then decreased in 2021 and 2022. In urban areas, the highest wage in 2021 reached IDR 20,234 per hour, while the lowest in 2018 was IDR 17,326 per hour. The wage trend in urban areas increased from 2018 to 2021, followed by a decline in 2022. The combined urban and rural data shows the highest wage in 2021 at 18,089 Rupiah per hour and the lowest in 2018 at 15,275 Rupiah per hour. The data visualization reveals that workers in urban areas have higher wages than workers in rural areas, with a five-year average of 28,957 Rupiah per hour in urban areas and 13,067 Rupiah per hour in rural areas. In conclusion, there is a significant disparity between wages in urban and rural areas, with a decline in wages by 2022 indicating an economic impact that requires adaptive policies.

Abstract

Kebab Made is a company engaged in the sale of food. It applies an information system in recording and managing data that produces operational information, including sales reports were presented in tabular form. The report cannot display the information about sales growth. The difference in product sales comparison is a weakness of the report results. Thus, another application is needed to reprocess tabulated data into information in the form of graphs. In this study, a system was built using website-based google data studio tools to assist companies in processing tabulated data into a graphs that do not require a long time. The research method used in this research is Kimball's Nine Steps method and conducted through the stages of functional requirements analysis, data warehouse design, Extract Transform Load (ETL) process, system implementation, and system testing. The system was tested using User Acceptance Test (UAT), and showed that the system had run according to the needs. The result of this research is a dashboard that displays information in graphical form to assist in decision making. This visualization allows companies to easily see and analyze sales developments, so they can make more precise and quick decisions.

Abstract

The development of digitization makes the success of an organization is greatly influenced by the ability to manage information technology (IT) to improve digital services. Pizza Hut Sunset Point faces great challenges in ensuring that their IT systems are able to support optimal service. This study aims to measure IT governance capability at Pizza Hut Sunset Point using the COBIT 5 framework and identify areas that require improvement to improve digital services. The methods used include surveys and GAP analysis to assess the maturity level of various COBIT 5 domains, including EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA. The results show that although some domains such as BAI and some EDM have reached the maturity target, there are still some domains that require improvement, especially DSS and MEA. Recommendations for improvement include improving performance measurement metrics, strengthening IT strategy, and regularly evaluating vendors and IT partners. With the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected that Pizza Hut Sunset Point can improve their IT governance capabilities, thereby supporting more efficient digital services and increasing customer satisfaction. This research provides practical guidance for management to improve IT governance and develop effective digital strategies in the F&B industry.
