Abstract

Every worker lift burden differently due to physical condition and age of the workers so the researchers wanted to see whether there was a correlation between the  amount of weight lifted with the level of fatigue of the workers. The research purposes was to identify the correlation be- tween the amount of weight lifted and the level of fatigue in workers in the warehouse Bulog Dasan Cermen Mataram 2015. This research was analytic survey research, Cross Sectional want to raise the amount of weight lifted relationship with the level of fatigue of the worker carried out once the observations within a specified period or one time. The study population was all worker of Bulog Warehouse as many as 35 people. Based on the test tool Pearson Chi-Square was obtained was obtained p = 0.005 <a 0.05 (significant). The total Weight Appointed With Fatigue Level Workers In Bulog Warehouse At Dasan Cermen Mataram had significant correlation. With the value of the odds ratio = 7.778, which meant someone who had a heavy burden had seven times greater risk of causing fatigue.

Abstract

Cedera adalah penyebab kematian yang paling sering pada anak-anak. Banyak anak yang masuk rumah sakit, menderita cacat yang serius, atau meninggal karena cedera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui upaya orang tua dalam pencegahan cedera anak balita di rumah. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam peneliti adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dibawah 5 tahun yang datang ke Posyandu Asparaga Bendogerit Sananwetan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 orang tua diambil dengan teknik quota sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum upaya orang tua cukup yaitu sebesar 55,8% orang tua. Dalam penelitian ini masih ada pencegahan cedera yang kurang yaitu menyikat lantai kamar mandi agar tidak licin, menghindari penggunaan taplak meja, tidak meninggalkan anak di kamar mandi sendirian dan menjauhkan perabot yang bersudut runcing. Petugas kesehatan perlu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya pencegahan cedera anak balita di rumah.

Abstract

Program Imunisasi TT pada wanita hamil di Indonesia, biasanya diberikan 2 kali, karena dianggap belum terimunisasi secara sempurna (5 kali). Wanita Usia Subur yang sekarang ada adalah generasi yang belum menjalani imunisasi lengkap Tetanus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap Ibu hamil dalam melengkapi imunisasi TT di BPM Sri Sulikah Desa Gogodeso Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik koresional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil di BPM Sri Sulikah Desa Gogodeso Kabupaten Blitar. Jumlah sampel penelitian 17 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji korelasi menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan ibu baik sebanyak responden (35,3%), responden (64,7%) pengetahuan cukup, dan sikap pelaksanaan imunisasi tt pada ibu hamil mempunyai sikap positif responden (58,8%) dan  responden (41,2%) mempunyai sikap negative. Hasil dari uji korelasi Chi Square menunjukkan  = 0,011 (=0,05)  sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan imunisasi tt dengan sikap pelaksanaan imunisasi tt pada ibu hamil di BPM Sri Sulikah Desa Gogodeso Kabupaten Blitar. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini , diharapkan pada ibu lebih aktif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman imunisasi tt dan dapat menjalin kerjasama yang baik antara klien khususnya ibu hamil dan bidan.

Abstract

Neonates experience changes in all the systems one of the most dramatic changes is the cardiovascular system. Neonates born in hospitals Wlingi all venous blood should be taken where the effect of this action is definitely cause discomfort which can affect the heart rate of neonates. Techniques that can improve the comfort of one of them with techniques 4Ss (swaddling, side, shush- ing, swinging) The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on heart rate 4Ss post neonatal venous blood sampling.This research design using posttest only control group. The research was conducted at room Edelweiss Ngudi Waluyo Hospital Wlingi for 1 month (5-29 November 2014). Subjects were neonates who meet the inclusion criteria. The total sample of 34 neonates in the two groups of 17 treatment group and 17 control group. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The collection of data through observation in the treatment group and the control group. Data were analyzed by T-test.The results showed heart rate is lower in the treatment group compare the con- trol group. The results of the statistical test showed P-valiu = 0.001 which means that there is an influence on heart rate 4Ss post neonatal venous blood sampling.It is hoped with this study 4Ss technique can be applied by health workers and parents to provide comfort in neonates.
