Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influencing the determination of the retail prime lending rate on government bank in Indonesia. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of BI rate and BOPO for the determination of the retail prime lending rate. The data used in this research is a secondary data which the object of this study is the government bank by using the Financial Statements of the period October 2011 - March 2013.The data in this study is the type of panel data that analyzed using panel data regression of the fixed effect model (FEM) which was considered suitable in this research because the model has a different intercept equations or constant on each individual. Before analyzing the data, first tested for normality and test redundant fixed effect to determine whether the data that normally distributed and used to determine the suitability of the fixed effect model for this research.Further processing of the data were performed using the Eviews 6.The results showed that simultaneously the BI rate and BOPO variables with significant impact on the retail prime lending rate at 95% confidence level. In addition, from the values shown by the coefficient of determination shows that the BI rate and ROA variables are able to explain the variable the re0tail prime lending rate amounted to 97,7%.Key words : BI Rate, BOPO, Prime Lending Rate

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see patterns and long-term relationship between economic growth and human development index (HDI) provinces in Indonesia during the period 2004-2011 by using Klassen Typology to see the patterns and Cointegration test method to see the long-term relationship. The results showed that by using Klassen Typology, there are 8 provinces in the category of fast forward and fast growing (quadrant I). For the category of fast growing area (quadrant II) there are 12 provinces and regions in the category of advanced but depressed (quadrant III) by 6 provinces. For the category of relatively underdeveloped (quadrant IV) there are 7 provinces. Meanwhile, the results of cointegration test showed a long-term equilibrium relationship between Economic Growth and Human Development Index (HDI) in the Indonesian provinces.Keywords : Klassen Typology, Cointegration test, Economic Growth,Human Development Index.

Abstract

This research intended for any identifying characteristic owned regency of aceh singkil as center area growth, namely region fast-growing and fast forward who owns the superior sector, and has economic linkages with other. For this purpose use the analysis tools Location Quotient ( LQ ), Klassen Tipology dan Gravity Model.LQ result analysis showing that almost all economic sectors in regency of aceh singkil is superior sectors but sector that contributes largest was agriculture and the trade, hotel, and restaurant . Through tipologi klassen obtained the result that district aceh singkil including in the classification of income per capita growth, high and high compared with province of aceh or the fast-growing and fast forward. Gravity model described that all districts of regency of aceh singkil is districts gunung meriah, that has seen from its gravitational attraction of the population and its economic activity.From all the calculations that have been done, can be drawn the conclusion that the regency of aceh singkil is fast growing and fast forward, backed by its superior sectors which have competitiveness against other areas, as well as supported also by the gunung meriah district which is the gravitational pull of the powerful social and economic side.Key words : Growth Center, Location Quotient ( LQ ), Klassen Tipology , and Gravitation Model

Abstract

The Research titled “The Analysis of Consumption Models of Poor Families in Medan”. The type of data used in this study is primary data with a sample of 100 people. Research methods used in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive method, using data tabulation frequency distribution and percentages.Tabulation of the results showed that the average income of poor families around Rp 600,000, - per month to the average food expenditure every month for Rp371.000, - and for non-food expenditure for Rp318.000, - every month. The average level of expenditure for most poor families food is rice that is equal to Rp180.000,- every month and the average level of expenditure for the largest non-food poor families are housing that is equal to Rp200.000,- every month. All respondents do not have a residual income or even a minus, because the income they receive is minimal.Keywords: Income, Consumption, Residual Income/Saving

Abstract

The problems of this study are the factors that influence the micro and small entrepreneurs (MSEs) to use the services of working capital financing in Islamic banks in the city of Medan and how these factors influence the SME entrepreneurs to use the services of capital financing work on Islamic Banking.As for the object of this research is the MSE entrepreneurs in the city of Medan. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires directly. The sample used in this study were 95 samples with a stratified sampling method.Results of primary data processing with methods of descriptive statistics showed that most respondents agreed that if the factor procedure and factors affecting service is influencing them to use the services of working capital financing in Islamic banks and to be neutral to the belief factor.Keywords: Procedure, Faith, Services, Islamic Banking, SME Entrepreneurs
