Abstract

Daya saing ekonomi merupakan kemampuan suatu perekonomian untuk mempertahankan perusahaan-perusahaan dengan kondisi yang stabil, diikuti dengan kemampuan untuk menciptakan pendapatan dan kesempatan kerja yang relatif tinggi dengan tetap terbuka terhadap persaingan domestik maupun internasional sehingga meningkatkan standar kehidupan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menjadi penentu tingkat daya saing ekonomi di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara pada tahun 2014 dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner dan wawancara terhadap 30 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, pengajar, masyarakat umum, birokrasi, perbankan, non perbankan, dan pengusaha.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor perekonomian daerah menjadi faktor yang paling penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara dengan bobot sebesar 0,320, diikuti dengan faktor infrastruktur fisik (0,217), faktor tenaga kerja dan produktivitas (0,214), kemudian faktor dengan bobot yang cukup rendah yaitu faktor kelembagaan (0,132) dan yang terakhir yaitu faktor sosial politik (0,117).Kata Kunci : Daya Saing Ekonomi, Analisis Hierarki Proses

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of stock liquidity on stock mispricing which listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The applied sampling method is purposive sampling. The sample in this research is banking firms registered during January 2010 up to December 2013.The analysis method applied to analyze the influence stock liquidity on stock mispricing is descriptive analysis. Stock liquidity uses three measure: amihud illiquidity, amihud risk and share turnover. This research uses multiple regression and panel data with 22 banking companies listed which based on criteria of research at Indonesia Stock Exchange as a sample. The result of this research shows during Januari 2010 – December 2013 that size and book to market ratio have negative effects and not significantly influence on banking’s stock mispricing in Indonesia. Stock liquidity measured by amihud illiquidity shows that liquidity has positive and significantly influence banking’s stock mispricing in Indonesia. Stock liquidity measured by amihud risk shows that liquidity has negative and not significantly influence banking’s stock mispricing in Indonesia. Stock liquidity measured by amihud share turnover shows that liquidity has positive and significantly influence banking’s stock mispricing in Indonesia.Keyword: mispricing, size, book to market ratio, liquidity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menjadi penentu daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten Batu Bara pada tahun 2014 dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Metode Pengambilan Sampel yang di gunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dan menggunakan data primer dengan kuisioner dan wawancara terhadap 50 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, pengajar, tokoh masyarakat, birokrasi, perbankan, non perbankan, dan pengusaha.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor infrastruktur menjadi faktor yang paling penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi Kabupaten Batu Bara dengan bobot sebesar 0,353, diikuti dengan faktor tenaga kerja dan produktivitas dengan bobot sebesar 0,328, kemudian faktor perekonomian daerah dengan bobot sebesar 0,171, faktor kelembagaan dengan bobot sebesar 0,085, dan yang terakhir faktor sosial politik dengan bobot sebesar 0,063.Kata Kunci : Daya Saing Ekonomi, Analisis Hierarki Proses

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to measure and to analyze the efficiency ratio of Bank Aceh, Bank Nagari, and Bank Sumut during 2011-2013. This study uses secondary data from financial statements that issued by each Bank and Bank Indonesia. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with 3 regional enterprises from North Sumatera, Bank Aceh, Bank Nagari, and Bank Sumut. Measurement of efficiency in this study is using DEA method and intermediation approach. The input variables used in this study are deposits, assets, and labor costs, and output variables are total credit and income.The result of this study indicate that Bank Aceh and Bank Nagari has achieved an efficiency of 100% during 2011-2013. Bank Sumut efficiency is 100% in 2011 and 2013, in 2012 Bank Sumut efficiency achieuement 99.7%.Keywords: Efficiency, Bank Aceh, Bank Nagari, and Bank Sumut, Data Envelopment Analyze (DEA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of rice consumption in North Sumatra and to knew the role of diversification of rice, corn, cassava for food security in North Sumatra. This study uses secondary data by the method of data collection through documentation method, articles, and journals. The analysis technique which is used in this study is a descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (Ordinary Least Square). This data is processed by using Eviews 5.0. The results of this study indicated that the development of rice consumption has changed throughout the years during the period, this is caused by the change of agricultural land. Based on the results of multiple linear regressions to the consumption of rice and corn showed a significant effect in the consumption of rice, while cassava was no significant impact in the consumption of rice. However, for the diversification of food consumption has very important role, but difficult to done. Efforts are needed to support food security in community is related with diversification of food consumption, set the amount of land, infrastructure development, so that land conversion can be controlled in the next few years can be accomplished along with the increasing of population growth.Keywords: Consumption of Rice, Corn and Cassava Production, Diversification, Food Security
