Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of transformational leadership, organizational learning and innovation on the performance of Prama Sanur Beach Bali organization. The research approach used is explanatory research type, with data collection method used by survey technique, using Likert scale in survey with interval of score between score 1-5, where score 1 shows very dissatisfied perception while score 5 shows perception very satisfied. The sample in this research is employees of Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali. In this study selected 81 people from a total of 420 employees of Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The analytical method used to determine the relationship between variables is the path analysis using the method PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of software SmartPLS 2.0.Sebanyak four hypotheses of the eight proposed hypothesis accepted in this study. Some of the key findings of this research are: 1. Transformational leadership has an important impact on organizational performance, 2. Transformational leadership has an important impact on organizational learning, 3. Transformational leadership has no significant impact on innovation, 4. Organizational learning has no significant impact on innovation, 5. Organizational learning has an important impact on organizational performance, 6. Innovation has an important impact on organizational performance. Discussions about the results and research findings are discussed further with suggestions that can be addressed, among others, the importance of enriching the ability of leaders and knowledge models for organizational learning in order to give meaning to innovation in Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh stress kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap intention to leave dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dengan subjek penelitian pegawai DInas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. Hipotesis yang diajukan terdiri dari 1. Stres kerja (work/job stress) mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction). 2 Iklim organisasi (organizational climate) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction). 3 Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk pindah (intention to leave). 4 Stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk pindah (intention to leave). 5 Iklim Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk pindah (intention to leave). Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 60 orang yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan penentuan ukuran sampelnya menggunakan metode probality sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder baik data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan metode partial least square (PLS) yang mendapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1 Stres kerja (work/job stress) mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction). 2 Iklim organisasi (organizational climate) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction). 3 Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk pindah (intention to leave). 4 Stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk pindah intention to leave). 5 Iklim Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk pindah (intention to leave).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kemampuan dan pelatihan secara parsial maupun serempak terhadap kinerja anggota/ staf Laboratorium Forensik Cabang Denpasar. Hipotesis yang diajukan terdiri dari 1) Kemampuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota/staf Laboratorium Forensik Cabang Denpasar. 2) Pelatihan berpengaruh positip dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota/staf Laboratorium Forensik Cabang Denpasar. 3) Pelatihan berpengaruh positip dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan anggota/staf Laboratorium Forensik Cabang Denpasar. Design Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM (structural equation modelling) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Secara deskriptif, penelitian ini menggambarkan Kinerja Laboratorium Forensik Denpasar serta fenomena yang dihadapi seiring dengan perkembangan jaman. Dalam mengolah dan menganalisa suatu kasus sangat dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk bisa mendapatkan bukti-bukti yang akurat untuk kepentingan penyidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Pengaruh Kemampuan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Anggota/staf Laboratorium Forensik Cabang Denpasar berpengaruh positip guna meningkatkan pelayanan yang profesional dalam pengungkapan kasus.

Abstract

Given the importance of commitment organization and employee performance, the issue which is of particular interest are the factors that incluence it, among others, transformational leadership style and training. Otherwise in Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar an effort to get employess who have the commitment organization and high performance, have noticed transformational leadership and training. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether transformational leadership influence on commitment organization, whether training influence on commitment organization, whether transformational leadership influence on empoloyee performance, whether training influence on employee performance, commitment organization influence on employee performance, whether transformational leadership influence on employee performance by mediation commitment organization and whether training influence on employee performance by mediation commitment organization. And to answer the problem, we conducted research with 60 respondence. The method used collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Parsial Least Square (PLS) Version 20. Based on the results obtained conclusions include : transformational leadership have positive influence and not significant influence to commitment organization, training have positive influence and not significant influence to commitment organization, transformational leadership have positive influence and significant influence to employee performance, training have positive influence and not significant influence to employee performance, commitment organization have positive influence and significant influence to commitment organization, commitment organization is partial mediation to influence between transformational leadership to employee performance, commitment organization is partial mediation to influence between training to employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti bagaimana pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Denpasar. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai pada Dinas Kebudayaan sebanyak 30 orang yang kesemuanya dijadikan responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner dimana variabel diukur dengan instrument berbentuk skala Likert. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan sampel jenuh karena populasinya berjumlah kurang dari 100, untuk menentukan hasilnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi dan lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Denpasar didalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan harus dimulai dengan upaya peningkatan kepuasan kerja melalui peningkatan motivasi dan juga peningkatan lingkungan kerja fisik.

Abstract

Given the importance of discipline and employee performance, the issue which is of particular interest are the factors that incluence it, among others, motivation. Otherwise in Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar an effort to get employess who have the discipline and high performance, have noticed work motivation. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether motivation influence on discipline, whether motivation influence on employee performance, whether discipline influence on empoloyee performance and how function of discipline in mediation influence motivation on employee performance, and to answer the problem, we conducted research with used sample 69 respondence. Data collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Parsial Least Square (PLS) Version 20. Based on the results obtained conclusions include: motivation have positive influence and not significant to discipline at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar, motivation have positive influence and significant to employee performance at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Discipline have negative influence and not significant influence to employee performance at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Discipline is not mediation between motivation to employee performance at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Disable person is one of development targets in social welfare that sum of tends to increase, so as challenge in development itself. The government of Gianyar is policy in giving service and social rehabilitation through business group programmer is to achieve income and how to realize the social and lead independent life much better. The purpose of this research is to analyze 1) there is not an influence of economic working facility that arranged through business group programmer by disable person, in another hand to support their come, and 2) there is not an influence of economic working facility that arranged through business group programmer by disable person, against disable people of working hours. To response purpose of that research, head a special research by taking eleven KUBE respondents with 62 participants, taken as simple by using census methods data collection by an interviewing method according to the list of question that has been prepare. Then the business group programmer in order to deceive the economy of disable family in Gianyar is measured its influence to increase the disable family income after received the group programmer help. The analysis method that used in this research is parametric statistics analysis in the test of a couple two sample to know the differences between disable family income before and after receive their group business disable programmer. The result of this research shows that business group programmer in order to deceive the disable economy in Gianyar has got positive influence to develop the income and working hours of disable family in Gianyar. The suggestion given here are 1) to manage and aid the productivity, lead independent live, and able to develop the welfare level need supervisor, in charge as builder and director 2) beside various sewing skill who have owned other skills need to be given with the intent to be able to fill leisure time.

Abstract

Performance of employees at Warung Mina Denpasar has experienced problems. Problems in employee performance are associated with some constructs such as training, motivation, work environment and morale. The purpose of this research is to know: 1). The effect of training on morale. 2). The effect of training on performance. 3). The influence of motivation on morale. 4). The influence of motivation on performance. 5). Effect of Work Environment on morale. 6). Effect of work environment on performance and 7). Influence Morale on performance. Research data obtained from the questionnaire, which then will be processed through statistical processing methods Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this research is all employees of Warung Mina Denpasar which amounts to 120 people. After calculated using slovin formula then the sample in this study amounted to 48 people by using the probability sampling method of simple random sampling. This research was conducted at company of Restaurant Warung Mina which located in denpasar region that is peguyangan and renon. The results stated that: 1) Training has positive and insignificant effect on morale. 2) Training has positive and insignificant effect on performance. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale. 4) Motivation has positive and significant impact on performance. 5) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on morale. 6) Work environment has a positive and significant impact on performance. 7) The spirit of work has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Toll road is one of the alternatives used to overcome the increasing congestion in Indonesia. To manage toll roads is not enough with large funds, but must be supported by intensive, planned and measured form of training for all employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership on employee satisfaction, the influence of motivation on employee satisfaction, the influence of satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of leadership on employee performance, the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Jasamarga Bali Tol in Denpasar. To answer the purpose of this study then conducted research with a population of 94 employees with positions officer PT. Jasamarga Bali Tol as population. Samples were taken using Census method. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of PLS. The results showed that leadership have positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Denpasar. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The suggestions given need to increase the motivation given by the company to the employees, for example by giving the financial motivation more feasible and non-financial motivation such as awards for employee performance.
