Abstract

PT.X merupakan perusahaan retail yang bergerak dibidang fashion, yang saat ini memiliki 8 cabang di beberapa tempat di Indonesia. Dari survei kepuasan kerja karyawan diketahui bahwa terdapat ketidakpuasan kerja dari karyawan dan sebagaian besar ketidakpuasan tersebut karena manaje-men karir yang dirasakan belum memadai. Untuk itu maka didesain manajemen karir yang lebih baik dengan mendesain ulang pula sistem penilaian kinerja, program pengembangan karyawan serta kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Dengan manajemen karir yang lebih baik, di-harapkan kepuasan kerja karyawan akan meningkat yang berdampak pula pada kinerja peru-sahaan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Karir, Perusahaan Retail, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect its students any high school in Tangerang to buy prepaid cards IM3. In this study the factors that influence purchasing decisions in terms of marketing mix (4P). The results of this study indicate that there are factors that influence consumers in their buying decision IM3 prepaid card. These factors enter into 9 new factors are: Factor 1 has the name of Excellence which consists of a broad scope of IM3, Bonus sms, Nominal pulse varied, sophisticated multimedia, fast data transfer, and 3G technology, GPRS, MMS provided, factor 2 was named Privileges consisting of an sms package voucher price they can afford, talk per second rate, and ease of getting a voucher, Factor 3 was named facility consisting of card availability IM3, IM3 voucher availability, and ads on television, Factor 4 Ease named consisting of GPRS settings, MMS, and 3G is easy, efficient tariff until satisfied, and IM3 Ce eS's, factor 5, was named Promotion consisting of the radio ads, brochures, pamphlets, posters, Event, held IM3 , and send 10 free 10 sms, Factor 6 was named design consisting of an interesting shape or packaging, design an attractive card, and design an attractive voucher, factor 7 was named Quality of service consisting of a satisfactory service, after-sales service / warranty , and the quality is strong and stable network, Factor 8 was given a name consisting of Availability Availability Gallery Indosat, and Factor 9 was named The price of a cheap price sms vouchers, and vouchers to speak at affordable prices. Keywords: Factors that Influence Consumers, Marketing Mix, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Experiential marketing, an approach to create emotional connection with customers through careful planning of tangible and intangible service elements. With ever-increasing competition, service pro-viders seek to develop loyalty by aggressively designing, continuously innovating, and managing their customer experiences. This research empirically investigates and explores the influence bet-ween different service elements designed to create enhanced experience toward on Lion Air and Mandala Air Lines customer loyalty. The secondary purpose of this research is aimed to know how much difference mean of cusomer’s  loyalty between Lion Air and Mandala Air Lines. The sample was taken by clustered sampling method and were analyzed by using regression analysis and mann-whitney U  test. The result of the study proved that there was a simultaneous influence among Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Relate toward Loyalty on Lion Air dan Mandala Airlines passenger. Partially, only Act which had significant influence toward loyalty on Lion Air, and only Relate which had significant influence toward loyalty on Mandala Airlines. In summary, the authors conclude there is no significant difference loyalty between Lion Air and Mandala Airlines . Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Sense, Feel

Abstract

This research aim to study and obtains empiric evidence to independent variable influence con-sisted of by corporate governance proxy to become ownership of institution, ownership of mana-gement and composition of board of commissioners, auditor independency, company growth, company age and leverage to quality of financial reporting of manufacturing business which go public in Indonesia. Besides also studies and obtains empiric evidence to operating cycle and com-pany size as control variable to quality of financial reporting of manufacturing business which go public in Indonesia. This research applies sample 67 companies with overall of sample 333 cases in range of time five years that is from the year 2002 up to the year 2006. This research measures quality of financial reporting based on estimation cash flow from operation applies Ordinary Least Squares. After found residual value each company every year his then is searched absolute of its value. When value absolute smaller than residual value absolute of industrial median (|ei,t=1|< Industry Median |ei,t=1|) hence variable quality of financial reporting will be given assessed by 1 and if other hence will be given value 0. After that, measurement of independent variables influence to variable quality of financial reporting is done to applies binary logistic regression. Fac-tors influencing quality of financial reporting to indicate that ownership of institution, ownership of management and composition of board of commissioners of all showing influence that is is not sig-nificant to quality of company financial reporting of hence inferential that corporate governance doesn't have an effect on significant to quality of company financial reporting. Company growth, le-verage and company size also has influence that is is not significant to quality of company financial reporting. While auditor independency, company age and operation cycle of company has influence signifikan to quality of company financial reporting. Abstract

This research explores the association between student perception about CPA firm and its effect of their motivation to be an auditor.  That perception was measured by auditor career, salary and be-nefit, job flexibility, personal issues, and accounting curriculum. 114 students filled questionnaires related. The result shows that only auditor career variable which is significant at 5 % level to pre-dict student motivation becoming auditor.  Keywords: Auditor Profession, Motivation, Accounting Curriculum

Abstract

Social relationships in the work environment is one source of job satisfaction. Work environment is employees place to have a socialization. Work environment is a major focus social bond formation, as employees find opportunities and legitimize the intent to find something new. Organization or educational institution is also the social sphere. Educational institutions can be defined as an organization that was founded and is run with the aim to become a place of development and dissemination of education, which of course depends on the segmentation of the intended participants. Type of the research is descriptive study, the purpose of this study was to see the preliminary description of social skills at an employee of a PT. X. The study population, is 130 people. Samples were selected by Non-Probability Sample techniques. Sampling mode with purposive sampling. Purposive sampling was conducted on the basis of considerations that researchers consider only the desired elements have been present in samples taken member. Thus, the sample in this research is 57 people. This research data collection method is by questionnaire. Data collection instrument of this research is to scale, ie, Likert scale. Results obtained in this study has not been able to prove the depth of social competence, although some may be disclosed allegations of social competence, such behavior will not give a hasty assessment of something, which is reflected in the statement "at a party, I can conclude as soon as there is someone who is interested in me ", gaining the majority of respondents" disagree "(as many as 50.9% of all respondents).  Keywords: Description, Skills, Socialization
