Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the intervention of MWD, trans-verse friction and mills manipulation with intervention of MWD and transverse friction towards consequence pain reduction tennis elbow type II. Methods: 16 person at me-disakti clinic - Sample at as into 2 groups that is 8 person in groups treatment at give therapy mwd, tranverse friction and mills manipulation and 8 person in control groups at give therapy mwd and tranverse friction. Tennis elbow be a disturbance that in group muscle ekstensor wrist especially in ekstensor carpi radialis brevis and longus. While tennis elboe type II be certain disturbance that in area teno periosteal ektensor car-piradialis brevis, where tenoperiosteal ekstensor carpi radialis brevis experience micro-ruptur pulling consequence that over do from muscle ekstensor carpi radialis brevis con-traction. Therapy gift mwd, tranverse friction and mills manipulation in condition tennis elbow type II can demote pain according to have a meaning and give influence differ-rence that have a meaning at compare therapy mwd and transverse friction. Result: This matter is proved in statistics testing that shows value p = 0,035, Intervention mwd, transverse friction and mills manipulation more have a meaning in demote consequence pain tennis elbow type II at compare with therapy mwd and transverse friction.keywords: Tennis Elbow, Manipulation, Intervention

Abstract

Objectives: The amounts and percentage of older age who are more than 60 years old in Indonesia from year to year are increasing.  As comparation  in 1990 the amounts were 7.99 millions  percentage 5.55 % of total resident :  in 2000 the amounts were 15.88 millions percentage 7.60 %  of total resident.  Aging is a  physiology and pathophysio-logy process in the human body which run  continuosly and can’t be stopped. We can make some effort to minimize the aging process so the general condition is getting better and the life span will be prolonged.  According to Katz VL in 1991  it was that one of the effects is to increase the general condition by increasing the physical fitness Physical fitness is personal activity to do daily physical activity, without causing exhaust feel.  Method: We have a program of health education and walking exercise program one mile or 1.6 km.  The exercise frequency is 3 times a week, and is done for 3 months. One’s physicall fitness can be measured by VO2  maximal (maximal oxigen consumption para-meter).  The  reason of using walking exercise as a tool to measure VO2  is that in this exercise most of the muscles are in active motion,  so it will increase the action pump  of perifer blood vessels.  Venous return and stroke volume will increase so that VO2 maxi-mal  is increasing.  Results: From 30 samples of study it’s found that average of VO2 ma-ximal  amounts before walking exercise : 25.89 in l/kg/minute, and after walking exercise the average of VO2  maximal  31.65 in l/kg/minute. Abstract

The happening of complication paru pasca operation often found in patients after done operation action in abdomen part on and piston operation. physiotherapy as one of has character to minimalizing risk the happening of complication lung. Technics physio-therapy that used in patient pasca operation highly varied and still to be controversy about technics best to overcome that troubleshoot pasca surgery action. Aim from this watchfulness detects description about physiotherapy management in patient pasca ope-ration action abdomen part on and piston operation in this time done at home ill type a and b at java and balinese. Watchfulness method: a questioner sent to 35 hospital widespread at Java and Balinese that ask about about reference pattern, patient profile, technics physiotherapy that given in patient pasca operation abdomen part on and piston operation. As much as 68,5% from respondent gives response towards this watchfulness. Data  analyzed to use independent t-test and chi-square. Result from this watchfulness is identificated that fisioterapis doesn't has direct access in patient without get reference from doctor. Although in the case of physiotherapy technics kind that is given, fisioterapis only get a little information from doctor. Assumpted that a large part fisioterapis in ope-rated base in erudition that obtained during follow education from in base in scientific. More than 50%respondent doesn't has access towards watchfulness result. Technics breath practice in (deep breating exercise) be technics most commonly used to increase lung function.Keywords: Poet Operative, Thorax and Abdomen, PT Management

Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to detect capacity profile aerobic that got good for evaluate to what professional fist athlete that competes good in also abroad has sta-mina jantung-paru good. Methods: By using research method to measures capacity aerobic, number that got compared normal value. Normal value for boxer that has heavy body 48 - 60 kg 65 ml/kg bb. Min, 61 - 74 kg 60 ml/kg bb. Min and on 74 kg 50 ml/kg bb. Min. heart capacity paru measuresed by astrand test, by using ergocycle monarch. Body weighing boxer 48 - 60 kg given load 150 watts, body weighing boxer 61 - 74 kg given load 200 watts and body weighing boxer on 74 kg given load 250 watts. Pedal ro-tation speed 50 rpm. Long load 5 minutes or until conditon steady state. To count heart capacity lung by compare load and latest pulse frequency in a table. Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to detect: (1) difference between practice method bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear towards result throws javelin, (2) interaction between practice method and power arm muscle towards result throws javelin, (3) difference between practice method bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear in sample that has power arm muscle very good towards result throws javelin, (4) difference between practice method bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear in sample that has power arm muscle less towards result throws javelin. Methods: 40 person taken by purposive samples based on power arm muscle very balk and less. This study uses experiment method with factorial block 2x2 design. Instrument in this Study: (1) test has throwed medicine ball that is tool to measures ability power student university arm muscle that tested level reliabilitas as big as (r = 0,90 (2), tests throws javelin to measures result throw javelin, that tested level reliabilitas as big as (r = 0,94 (3), practice programs bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear. Analysis technique that used analysis variant two directions (two-way anava) continued with test tukey in standard significant = 0,05. Results: (1) found difference between practice method bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear towards result throws javelin, (2) found interaction between practice method ably power arm muscle towards result throws javelin, (3) found difference between practice method bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear in group power arm muscle very good towards result throws javelin, (4) found difference between practice method bent arm pullover and press according to non linear and linear in group power arm muscle less towards result throws javelin.Keywords: Exercise, Muscle Power, Bent Arm Pullover
