Abstract This research explores the efficiency of semi-strong-informed capital market in Jakarta Stock Market toward the announcement of the dividend initiation. The testing focused on the effort to show the influence from the announcement of the dividend initiation toward the abnormal return of the capital at the event date of the announcement. It also tries to show the speed of adjustment from the stock price to equilibrium price. The result of the research shows that Indonesian Stock Market, represented by Jakarta Stock Market, has been semi-strong-informed efficient toward the announcement of the dividend initiation. It is proven by the positive and significant (6% at date of announcement) content of information in the announcement of the dividend, and the 1 day speed of the adjustment from market reaction toward the announcement of the dividend initiation. Abstract This research aims at identifying anything used as Judge’s consideration in determining the amount of cost of child’s nursing after divorce and at identifying the effort taken when the husband in charge of the cost does not follow the decision. This research is juridical-normative, based on the library research to gain secondary data in low accompanied by field research. This research employs two kinds of data, primary data obtained from interview with resource person, and secondary data obtained from library research-by collecting and studying documents of primary, secondary, and tertiary materials of law. Then, the data were analyzed qualitatively. The following conclusions are dawn from the research findings, 1)based on Decree Number 560/Pdt.G/PA.Smn, the Judge’s consideration on determining the cost of child nursing after divorce is in line with Act Number 1 year 1974 regarding the Marriage and Compilation of Islamic Law (CIL). The Judge’s consideration are article 41(a) Act Number 1 year 1974 and article 156 CIL. Because the child is still underage, the father is in charge of child’s nursing cost. 2)attempts that can be made if the husband in charge of the problem disobeys the law are by bringing rekopensi and an agreement between the wife and the husband. If the husband still disobeys his obligation, the wife tends not to put the problem in court because it takes a long time and big money-not as worth as what are demanded. Abstract The main problems in this research are how the woman status is depicted in prophet hood of Muhammad, how Muhammad’s hadiths posit the woman, and why the mysogyny hadiths emerges. Therefore, the aims of this research are to explore an to find the answers of the problems above. The research uses content analysis approach. The object of the research is misogynic hadiths that show aversion to women. The selected hadiths are those which become the basis of ulama’s arguments about the position of women. The result of the research shows that, in general, the depiction of woman in Prophet’s hadiths tends to be different from that in Quran. It can be seen from ulama’s understanding that there is an imbalance position is a lower than men’s. the view is strengthened by misogynic hadiths showing dislike to women. Studying the problem with different approach from what ulama believe, the misogynic hadiths do not mean as what the ulama interpret. Using metaphoric (majazi) and contextual approach. Contextual approach puts the hadiths in its place, with the more appropriate meanings. Keywords: hadiths, misogyny, contextual

Abstract This research aims at describing “ Le Colonel Chabert” as a filmic novel by using structuralism approach focusing on the intrinsic elements of the work. Abstract The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between cultural value orientation and the spirit of entrepreneurship for the lagged villagers, between the level of education and the spirit of entrepreneurship, between the cultural value orientation and the education resulted from the entrepreneurship, as well as the contribution of cultural value orientation and education resulted from the spirit of entrepreneurship in the lagged villages in Yogyakarta Special Territory. The population of study is the lagged villagers in Yogyakarta Special Territory (YST). The sampling technique is Quota Area Proportional Random Samplling in which the subject have been determined and the number of lagged villagers are 12 villages. The method of compile data is the polling method for cultural value orientation, education, and the spirit of entrepreneurship is taken from Wisnu Giono (2004). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant and positive relationship between cultural value orientation and the spirit of entrepreneurship for the lagged villagers in YST (r xly=0.937 r table 5%=0.138). (2) there is a significant and positive relationship between education and the spirit of entrepreneurship for the lagged villagers in YST (r x2y=0.963 r table 5%=0.138). (3) there is a significant and positive relationship between cultural value orientation and education all together with the spirit of entrepreneurship for the lagged villagers in YST (F reg=1,257.78 Ftable 5%=19.49). (4) there is a relative and effective contribution of cultural value orientation and education to the spirit of entrepreneurship for the lagged villagers in YST (Predictor XI= cultural value orientation has a relative contribution (RC) of 0.005% and Predictor X2= education found has a relative contribution (RC) of 99.995% to the spirit of entrepreneurship and totally has an effective contribution (EC) of 91.425% to the spirit of entrepreneurship). Abstract This research aims at finding out the society’s perception on the role of P3A D1 Pengasih, on the role of women in P3A organization, and on the role of woman in P3A DI Pengasih. It also aims at finding out the improvement of women’s involvement in managing the irrigation. This research is a descriptive-explorative research. Data collection is conducted by focused group discussion (FGD), interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The result of the data analysis shows that the society in DI Pengasih has good perception on the role of P3A. There is an improvement of the women’s role in P3A. Before the effort of empowerment, the involvement of the women was only in paying the contribution fee at harvest and providing logistics when they had cooperative mass working cleaning the tertiary channel. After the implementation of the empowerment, the women play their role as members of P3A, by sharing their opinion in meetings, cleaning drains and channels, paying the contribution fee, attending the training, and using groups’ cash. There is also an improvement in human resource. Before the implementation of the empowerment, women’s access was limited to land irrigation, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and human power. Now, they are able to access the trainings, irrigation, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, human power, and marketing. However, there is no improvement on the control on human resource by women. KERLIBATAN PEREMPUAN DALAM KEGIATAN SOSIAL KEMASYARAKATAN Hastuti Hastuti

Abstract This research aims at studying the characteristics of social activities conducted by wives in two different accessibility villages. The populations of the research are 120 wives in bantarjo village and 83 wives in Kalitengah Lor village. The data are analyzed descriptively using percentage shown in tables. The result of the research shows that there are different characteristics of wives in those villages seen from education, job, and field management. The education level of wives in Bantarjo is better than that in Kalitengah lor. Field management does not always determine socio-economy condition of the people in Bantarjo. There are wives, in Bantarjo, who do not work. In Kalitengah Lor, all wives work. In Bantarjo, there are iincome generating activities beyond agriculture. In Kalitengah Lor, however, farming is the main financial income. Accessibility influences the social activities. Bantarjo’s accessibility is better than Kalitengah Lor’s. In bantarjo, cooperative mass working, kerja bakti, ritual-religious activities like bersih desa, kenduri to fix the road, water channel,irrigation channel, security post, mosque, burial aredone bymen or husband. On the contrary, in Kalitengah Lor, women or wives mostly do the activities above. The mean of time, in poor and upper household, used by wives in conducting social activities in bantarjo is less than in Kalitengah Lor. In the have families, the mean oftime used by wived in conducting social activities is bigger than that in Kalitengah Lor. Keywords: accessibility, social activity
