Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control with intention as intervening variabel to tax compliance. Population in this study is tax professional in KPP Semarang Barat. The selection for sampling method is convenience sampling or sampling which selection by easyer. The samples echievement is 86 respondents. Technique analyze for data is regression with path analyze. Finding of this research indicated the effect of attitude and perceived behavioral control influential toward taxpayer intention, subjective norm not influential toward taxpayer intention. Attitude,subjectif norm and perceived behavioral control influential toward tax compliance, intention not influential toward tax compliance.Keywords: attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention, tax compliance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish the SME development strategy of creative economy, batik burnt in Pati, Central Java, to improve competitiveness. SMEs of creative economy of burnt batik are felt capable of developing the local economy of the surrounding community through science, creativity, and innovation. SMEs are also considered to be able to develop jobs. However, the SMEs of creative economy of burnt batik are unable to give special characteristics to the Pati itself. This study uses Analytical Network Process (ANP). Analysis of the development strategy of competitiveness in SMEs kreati burnt batik covering aspects of the industry, technology, resources, institutions, and financial intermediation. ANP analysis results shows that the five aspects of competitiveness developer in the SME creative burnt batik can generate the resources as a top priority and the development of appropriate strategies to improve the quality of human resources in hopes can help the use of renewable raw materials. Recommended strategies for improving the quality of creative human resources is a strategic with the highest priority with a score of 0.2329. Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the role of the People's Business Credit (KUR) meningkatakna performance in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Yogyakarta. To determine the difference in performance (the cost of production, turnover, profit, and working hours) MSME fund before and after the People's Business Credit (KUR). The research population is the population of this study is the Small and Medium Enterprises in the province who get help KUR, methods of sample with purposive sampling using criteria as follows: SMEs in Sleman and Bantul, which get KUR funds in 2013 and 2014, then the second technique with insedental sampling and sample that can be affordable to be sampled. Using the technique of collecting secondary data, the identity of respondents, the data cost of production, turnover and profit as well as the monthly working hours. The analysis tool used is descriptive testing and test the difference paired sample t-test. The results that the People's Business Credit (KUR) was instrumental in meningkatakna performance in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Yogyakarta, evidenced from the findings that the cost of production, turnover, profit, and working hours are increased before and after getting KUR funds.Keyword: people's business credit (kur), small and medium enterprises (smes), costs of production, turnover, profit, working hours

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the factors affecting the level of disclosure in the financial statements of the provincial governments in Indonesia. The subjects in this study are the Summary of Financial Statements Examination Results of Provincial Governments in Indonesia conducted by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). In this study, the sample included 30 provinces with a 3-year reporting period. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done, it shows that the capital expenditure and number of population give significant positive effects on the level of disclosure in the financial statements of the provincial governments in Indonesia.Keywords: level of disclosure, level of dependence, Locally-Generated Revenue, capital expenditures, population, audit findings, government accounting.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is want to know the effect of business risk factors, profitability, asset growth, liquidity, and sales growth to influence the capital structure of the food and beverage company in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2006 to 2009 The Sample which is used in this Research 10 food and beverage companies in the consumer goods sector industry from 2006 to 2009. The method that used is purposive sampling. It is a sampling method that takes an object with certain criteria. The Result of data analysis partially showed that there was effect of business risk, profitability, assets growth, liquidity and sales growth on the capital structure with a significant level of each 0.000, 0.002, 0.005, 0.000, 0.020. Then the result of simultant analysis data showed that variable business risk, profitability, asset growth, liquidity and sales growth has affected to capital structure with a significant level of 0.000 and the greatest effect 64.9% and the remaining 35.1% described other variables.Keywords: capital structure, business risk, profitability, asset growth, liquidity and sales growth.

Abstract

This research aims to test the market expectation on minister reshuffle announcement in Indonesia and answer the doubt of event study existences. Using 61 days as a windows period and all of construction firms as research sample, it confirm the positive respond of investor on minister reshuffle announcement and no doubt on robustness of event study method. This research also capture the anomaly of market condition, as like the better performance of risk-free rate return than market return. Abstract

Solo City is a city with the second highest visit in Central Java. Development of tourism in the city of Solo is not separated from the role of community participation in developing tourism in this city. Public participation can not be separated from the tourism economy. Embedded value of social capital is one of the things that make up the community participation in tourism development. Collective action in the form of public participation can be a catalyst driving the tourism sector in order to grow continuously to stimulate economic growth in the city of Solo. The purpose of this study is to explore the role and value of social capital in the development of community-based tourism. This study applies the concept of social capital to create an understanding of how the public perception is capable of forming or building and participate in the development of tourism. This study used a qualitative research methodology and data collection through semi-structured interview method, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and observations that made in the field.This study shows social capital through participation of Solo community that made up of expectations that leads to cooperative behavior, as seen from the cognitive aspects such as public perception that considers that the development of tourism has a positive impact (what the people feel) in the economic recovery. Expectations of a better quality of life through the development of tourism can encourage people to form a community to facilitate their participation in the development of tourism. This community serves as a place for discussion for the people in expressing their ideas about the development of tourism (what the people do), it is part of the structural aspects of social capital. Aspects of cognitive and structural aspects in social capital are able to bring the community together with government cooperation within the framework of the legal form of the Calendar of events in the development of tourism in the city of Solo.Keywords : community participation, Social Capital, development of tourism
