Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive research which is aimed to find out the effect of Direct and Indirect Expenditure towards the Economic Growth of Surakarta areas in 2009 – 2014. The technique of analysis used in this research is autoregressive distributed-lag dynamic model. This regression model includes not only the current but also the lagged values of the explanatory variable (Economic Growth). This regression model also includes one or more lagged values of the dependent variables (Direct and Indirect Expenditures) among its explanatory variable. The result of the analysis shows that Direct Expenditure gives more significant effect to the Economic Growth in Surakarta Areas, so does the Economic Growth of the past one year. Both Direct and Indirect Expenditure of the past one year give positive effects to the Economic Growth of Surakarta Areas in 2009 – 2014. Based on the analysis, it is recommended for the government to more thoroughly and carefully count the number of government expenditures to be allocated to economical activities which are able to contribute and positively affect the economic growth of a region or district. It is also recommended that government pays more attention to the allocation of Direct Expenditure which gives more significant value to the Economic Growth.

Abstract

Regional autonomy policy has brought about major changes in the patterns of local governance. Regional government are required to maximize the potential in administering government, because regional autonomy make regional government have a more dominant role than before. In addition, local governments are required to have an actual development program such as prioritize allocation of capital expenditure. This study aimed to analyze local generated revenue(PAD), which is the original source of local government revenue and balance funds are transfers from central government to local shopping districts / cities in Central Java province. Based on F test, it can be concluded that the variable regional revenue and equalization funds simultaneously significant effect on their spending. The results of the t test showed that the variables of regional revenue and equalization fund significant positive effect on regional spending

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of service quality and loyalty of banking customers in Indonesia. Banking as an institution of financial institutions that have a big role for the economy that can prosper the community. Customers who are part of the public interest in transacting products in the form of services marketed by banks in Indonesia. The quality of services provided by a bank will have an impact on customer loyalty. This research method compares the results of research and journals that examines the loyalty of banking customers in Indonesia. Then reviewed and reviewed theories of service loyalty that has been there so it can be concluded the customer's consideration of transactions in a bank. The findings from previous studies show that the dimensions of service quality affect the loyalty of Indonesian banking customers. This can be seen in several banks spread over Indonesia regarding the quality of service and customer loyalty. The results of the study of some previous research, can be a reference and consideration for banks and stakeholders in hooking and retaining customers to remain loyal to use his services in transactions at a bank

Abstract

This research was conducted on small and medium business. This research takes an object on the typical food Lumpia in Semarang. This research is a continuation of our previous research on Semarang's specialty foods, specifically more specifically researching the lumpia and want to increase the competitive advantage of the product in Semarang, so that the product can continue to exist and develop as Semarang's special food.The purpose of this research is to identify the problems that arise related to competitive advantage, the performance of UMKM lumpia business in Semarang, and to know whether competitive advantage can be a bridge between product innovation with business performance & between market orientation and business performance. In addition to know the effect of product innovation & market orientation on business performance.The population of this research is lumpia industry in Semarang city which amounted to 30, with the method of collecting data in the form of questionnaire obtained from businessman lumpia as respondent. Stages in this research are as follows: identification of research problems, data collection and tabulation, data quality test and data analysis. The result of this study are, the effect of market orientation (OP) on competitive advantage (KB) is significantly positive. While the influence of OP on business performance (KIB) is postitf, but not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether green product, distribution channel, and brand image influence the purchasing decision of Nestle Pure Life drinking water in Semarang City.The population in this study were buyers of Nestle Pure Life drinking water in the city of Semarang. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using the Probability Sampling method that is Random sampling because the taking of sample members from the population is done randomly regardless of the strata that exist and in the population. While data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that green product has a positive influence on sales, distribution channels have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and job characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the moderation of Person Organization Fit in Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City. The population of this study was civil servants with a minimum of high school education in Kardinah Hospital in Tegal City with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents. Testing instruments with validity and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is multiple regression, while to test the hypothesis using the t test. The results of the study show that leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The person organization fit moderates the relationship between leader member exchange towards organizational citizenship behavior. The person organization fit moderates the influence of job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an effort so that the implementation of all company activities becomes integrated, planned, effective and efficient in order to produce good and sustainable performance. Total Quality Management (TQM) is also a guide for companies to be able to manage resources within the company to the maximum in order to improve their performance and be brave to compete with their competitors. This study investigates the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Competitive Advantage, innovation and company performance. The research conducted through an online survey of property companies in Indonesia with research respondents was Middle-Top Level Management in the Indonesian property sector. Data analysis was carried out through a regression process and path analysis.The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive effect on Competitive Advantage, innovation but has no significant effect on company performance. Total Quality Management (TQM) affects the company's performance through the mechanism of innovation and Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of TQM on managerial performance and work motivation as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to sample members, namely operational managers or parts of production in manufacturing companies in the cities of Seamarang, Ungaran, Salatiga and Solo with the observation year 2019. Samples obtained were 32 respondents per company. Measurement of variables in this study using a Likert scale. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the research using SPSS version 16. The results of this study state that TQM does not have a positive effect on managerial performance and work motivation as a moderating variable that cannot moderate the influence of TQM on managerial performance.
